The staff here is above and beyond any staff I have ever encountered at a dispensary. Not only are they knowledgeable and helpful but they’re are extremely friendly. You will feel at home on your first visit. This is the only dispensary in Ellensburg I go to. PS……they have the best prices from top to bottom shelf in town bar none.

rude and discriminating staff/manger . if you have a service dog avoid this store , they harassed me about my registered service dog and when i confronted the manager she was rude and screamed at me and was uncooperative on resolving the matter

One of my go to places, love the staff and the atmosphere here.Only gripe is that this is one of the only places in town that does not accept vertical ID's at all. I personally think that the new policy is ridiculous since I can't drive to the other spots and I'm completely legal.Otherwise, very good place, just wish that policy wasn't there.

My wife and I went here yesterday everyone was so friendly the service was outstanding my wife got edibles called hi-burst the pink box she says it tastes like a starburst to her she has them almost gone lol 🤣 I recommend you go here for you're weed definitely a nice place prices are great to

Lots to choose from, reasonably priced. The staff here were super helpful and friendly. They really listened to what we were looking for and made suggestions that would fit our needs. They didn't oversell, just super chill and knowledgable. Also weren't in a hurry to get us out of there, like I've often felt at other dispensaries. Was also able to exchange a faulty cartridge, with no problems. Definitely will go there again, when in the area.

I love this place because of the super friendly and helpful staff! They do great deals too <3Whoever the new guy who was wearing the green cape is, he was kind of a dick o_o his female coworker was looking at him like she wanted him to help her but all he was doing was talking to this guy that seemed to be there just to visit.Thumbs down dude. Very nice staff and always wanting to help. If you are old skool picky like my husband and I this is your place to go. If your looking for a specific strain or a percentage. Just tell the staff and they will get your contact info and give you a heads up when it's in. IF the vape pens leak, they do offer a refund if you can prove it. however, you're not supposed to bring the product into the store. Give them a call.. 😁 With all that said they do have issues too, but their wanting to be the Best store for you. there are deals and they support other local shops.. it's definitely not the worst shop. I willing drive from yakima to E'burg just to shop here. My only other wanting for this and other shops is; they Need to get online and IN STORE MENUS. I enjoy pre-ordering and I like to know what I'm getting before I make a final purchase. I really hate to be talked at and sold to.. I prefer to get the info and then make decisions. As a person with Severe medical issues its not safe for me to be around people. so it would expedite my ordering process and allow me to be safer. Especially in today's conditions...💓

the Green Shelve had such great customer service today. We came in with a cartridge from Total Knockout Extract that smelled bunk (mildew-ish and tasted horribly). Their manager was incredibly helpful, staying after her hours to help us return the cartridge with an equal exchange.Everyone in the shop was knowledgeable, open, and followed protocol ALL while being kind. Would recommend the atmosphere and service.

The budtenders here aren’t very knowledgeable and the “deals” aren’t that great.. I highly recommend going elsewhere.Falsely advertised 10% off of our purchase also. As we were checking out I mentioned “oh that’s awesome you’re doing 10% off for people who went to *event*, WE just came from there”.. I paid for the order and had the chick break a $5 so I could still tip; tipped a $1 only to find out that I didn’t receive my original discount!! — disappointing..Beware!!!! Budtenders make mistakes too, however I’m extremely disappointed that they did nothing to fix it.. instead they mentioned “do you have tickets to the concert .. we have to see them” I answers “yes, do you want me to grab them” however then it was too late, so why did they even ask? We were wearing concert and camping bracelets on our wrists.. Extremely disappointed in my experience. As I mentioned, I recommend going anywhere else:)

Terrible selection of product, They cater to only cheap and low quality everything. If you're a budget smoker this is the place for you, but if you like anything high end or decent for that matter do not shop here. Prices are also extremely high and not even worth it for an emergency. All the oil is brown and tastes like trim, all the flower is dry, discolored and THC results are inflated like the entire market everywhere you go.Cheers Mate!
