Love this place! Great boot & Jean selection & when they have sales, they are excellent! There is also a wide range of clothing & jewelry too that I am particularly fond of. So much more however than clothing & jewelry! You have to go see for yourself if you haven’t already. It’s a great place to get lost for a place that isn’t that big! The prices are fair for quality items, the employees are always friendly, the parking is great! And the cutest chicks on the planet… I wanted to take them all home with me. 🐥

I had nothing but problems with a Traeger grill purchased at Costco last May 2023. After numerous calls to Traeger directly I suggested they send a technician to my house or it would be returned. I got a call from Alex who was instrumental in getting the ear of Traeger and ultimately got a new controller. I just installed it and amazingly it appears to work as it should have from the beginning. Alex has been there as a great resource since I got completely fed-up with Traeger. Fingers crossed the issues are done and it continues to work the way I expected it to from the beginning. Alex is an asset to Old Mill Country Store and is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Old Mill country store in ellensburg is truly the best of the best their staff is very knowledgeable in every department and always willing to lend a helping hand. I have a rescue and they are always willing to take donations over the phone as well as fill my order if I can't get there before closing and leave it for me. They are wonderful even with their discount everything is great priced. Shout out to all the employees and staff at Old Mill because they go over and above and we just love them here at Animal Angel's refuge

I just moved into Ellensburg recently. Went to another feed store not very pleasant employees. Had some questions about chicken feed. They just were not helpful. Then today I went to Old Mill and what a change. They were so courteous and helpful. When they asked if I needed any help they really meant it. From walking in the door until loaded in my truck!You have my loyalty Thanks for the wonderful service.

Love this place ❤️ they got the best prices in town on animal feed! They carry a variety of different animal feeds! They also have a nice selection of jewelry and clothing and boots/shoes,and are very knowledgeable in animal care and needs.

We have always had the best customer service here. Inside and outside at the dock. This local family business has a lot more variety than you think. They are so helpful and knowledgeable about all kinds of animals. We have gotten feed and wood stove pellets here for years. And of course fun gifts for everyone at the holidays.

This is a gal that works at the store is the smartest person I have ever met!! Her name Morgan and she is the tall skinny gal that’s at the front counter. She taught me so much about dog nutrition, and I was so surprised she didn’t push the most expensive dog food, but rather the one with the best ingredients. My dog Beau has serve allergies and for the first time in 6 years he’s not itchy, and his coat is the best it has ever been! I drive all the way from Bellevue Wa to buy dog food, because of that young lady. Very impressed with the Old Mill, and their customer service! Highly recommend!!

We are travelling in a motor home staying on the outskirts of town. I have a little rescue squirrel and needed a certain product. I called here looking. The staff was so helpful I seriously don't think I've ever had better customer service anywhere before. Alex took the time to send me pictures of what they had. Unfortunately not what I needed, but meantime Alex called all over Ellensburg to every pet & feed store trying to locate what I needed. Wow, seriously one of the kindest things anyone has done!!!!

I'm a ranch hand on a small cattle ranch outside of town and I rely on Old Mill quite a bit and for good reason. The sales staff inside the store are always very helpful. They know my employer quite well and are very helpful when it come to what products weve used in the past and what products worked well for other customers. The yard guys are fantastic always working hard and eager to help. Keep it up guys.

This was my first time in this store and I loved it. I received the information I was looking for about future fencing material we will need. But there is one thing they didn't have that was disappointing was they didn't have any shirts or hoodies with their store logo and name. They feel they wouldn't sell, but I think they might be surprised.

I recently bought a baby lamb that was too young to thrive. Never having raised sheep before, I went to Old Mill Country Store and started asking the clerks what they would recommend doing. A couple of other customers joined the conversation and the group recommendations helped me to buy some lamb feed and milk replacer. After a couple of weeks, the lamb is growing and doing well! I also bought a stock tank from them. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
