Cool coffee shop with a drive through at a highway rest area - perfect location for folks traveling and living in the town of Ellensburg. The number of flavors they have for coffee, tea drinks and smoothies are amazing. You name it they make it. Staff taking orders and making drinks was very polite and friendly. Good Italian sodas. Strong on syrup flavor and generous with whipped cream.The cream and flavoring mostly sunk to the bottom while the seltzer water stayed at the top. But with an occasional stir, it wasn't a problem.I got a mix of lime and coconut with cream.

Their special of the day is Top notch! 3.50$ for a nice 16 ounce specialty coffee of the day. Barrista's are friendly, pleasant, and fast. Easy to see from a distance and access with no fear of car accident.

We ordered two iced oat milk lattes (one with vanilla) in our own coffee cups which we had straws and lids for. The barista broke one of our cups and said she broke it mixing a drink we already had been handed; very clearly not true. Then she wouldn't comp one of our coffees and gave us the drink in a plastic cup with a plastic straw after we pretty clearly were trying to be sustainable

The coffee was pretty good. Service was ok, barista could have had sharper customer service skills. Lemon poppy seed muffin top was awful (prepackaged too). I'll probably come here again.

Great little drive-up coffee stand. The baristas have all been friendly and efficient.I enjoy the hot chocolate, and the kids love the coffee. I’m amazed that these girls don’t even flinch when I order the huge frappe for my boy. I call it the gallon sized coffee.

Disappointing experience this morning. I ordered one coffee and before I could order the next one, the barista left the window. Then when I told her that I needed another coffee, she seemed annoyed. The coffee was not very good-very watery and it seems like she forgot to put the flavor in.

They roast their own coffee and its delicious!I've lived in ebrg for 12 years and had never tried kolettys when they first opened. I started going here 8months ago when the local coffee shop I went to just wasn't working for me anymore.I wish I had tried them earlier. The customer service here is amazing. You're not just another person to them, they remember you, your order, and genuinely care about how your day is.My favorite parts the punch cards. You get to see your rewards build up unlike places that use digital rewards. I go here 3 to 5 times a week, have never had a problem with my order, have never had rude customer service, the prices are better than anywhere else in town. my normal americano drink is 1 to 3$ cheaper here, for what I think is better quality coffee and way better service. The lines are long some days but it's worth it.All the girls are so wonderful. My mom and family from out of town only come here too.The pastries are good, the cookies are huge, and coffee flavor options seem endless.

Anytime I’ve been here, they take forever to greet you. The last two times I’ve attempted to get coffee here, the girl doesn’t even acknowledge that I’m there. I watched her serve other people that were there after me, before greeting me. It’s cool, I went somewhere else. I’ve worked in coffee stands for 7 years, I understand if you don’t see someone right away, but most definitely pay attention. It shouldn’t take you 5 min to greet people. That’s how you lose business.

Service was horrible. I literally just pulled over to leave this review. The lady seemed like she didn’t want to be there, not even a half fake smile. She was so dismissive that she didn’t even give me the chance to tip her lol. The coffee was way too sweet. Will definitely not be returning.

Their custom roast coffee is the best! When we're not buying the brew, we buy the beans to grind at home. Locally owned, friendly and they make it a point to remember you for next time.

Our go-to espresso place any time we travel through Ellensberg (at least 4 times a year). We have a list of espresso stands that we go out of our way to visit, and this is one of them. Excellent quality roast, good, strong robust espresso, without being bitter. It's one place where the taste really is like that wonderful coffee aroma. Quality is always good, and our espresso is always consistent (Tastes just as good, every time), no matter the barista. Very nice and friendly staff, always smiling, no matter how busy..

Absoulutly the best coffee stand in town! We are picky coffee drinkers and the owner gets our order perfect everytime! When I pull up she remembers our order all the way down to the type of straws we like! They roast their own coffee beans and we can taste the freahness in ever sip! I would highly recommend them if you want a coffee to kick your day into gear!

My frappe was almost 10 bucks and it tasted super bland and watered down little to no flavor and it was obvious they don’t use espresso 🙄 they use powder…no coffee taste whatsoever. Super dissatisfied will never go here again. If you want a good coffee go to 1883 on university only reason I went here is cause 1883 was closed .

Paid good money for 3 Italian sodas for my 3 grandchildren and they were all watered down! I promptly returned to koletty's after my grandchildren complained about their drinks not tasting good, but the 2 boys had nearly finished drinking theirs despite their dislike. I'm writing this because, first of all, the customer should always be treated as "always right", with respect and NOT being questioned! She only replaced 1 drink. I will not be back, they lost a regular customer.

My favorite coffee stand in Ellensburg, and they 1201 bagels place is fantastic as well. All the baristas are super friendly and always get your order right! Sometimes there's a line but that's because they are so darn good. Definitely worth it!

Went pretty fast for a coffee stand but I got a 16oz mocha for 6 dollars that tastes more burnt than Starbucks, I'm not sure there's even chocolate in it.

The coffee was great. The service superb. BUT, by using my credit card, I was entered in Square Inc email list (allegedly a credit card receipt with credit card info) obtained from my credit card. That is creepy and I have no interest giving my credit card info or email to Square Inc. and in getting spam from Square Inc. I won’t go back for coffee at Koletty’s. Sorry.

I've been coming here for their breakfast for a long time and I've always felt like it was a 4.5 star place but today was not cool. I got the breakfast sandwich with some veggies and a protein shake. They charged me $19 for a sandwich and shake. Way over priced! I've never been charged this much, or waited this long in line (20 minutes) and to top it off the gal hands me the sandwich, says good day and walks off with out giving me the shake I ordered. I eventually got it but seriously Kollet, nothing but respect for you but today was uncalled for.

The coffee tasted okay, but they overcharge and it took them 30 min to get through the three cars in front of me. After waiting, I was charged $4.60 for a small blended coffee. It used no frap product/flavoring. Just a regular coffee with blended ice. They essentially charged me $2+ extra to put ice in a blender. I pointed out politely that this was a bit expensive for a regular coffee with blended ice, but she still charged me for a frap. I'd suggest going to one of the other coffee shops in the area or starbucks for faster service and more reasonable prices.

When I don't feel like getting out of my car but need a bite to eat, a Koletty's bagel and a drink is my typical choice. They have tons of flavours and options for everything and they give you things toasted and ready to be scarfed down. They pack their bagels with mountains of creamy cheese which I LOVE. My biggest complaint is that you can often be waiting in the drive thru line much longer than one would like. It can take a while.

We ordered four coffees, and they were all 1) The wrong drink, and 2) Terrible. Oh, and the barista forgot to give us the cookie we ordered but it’s fine because that probably would have been awful too.

Waited in line behind a silver Silverado for over 10 min thinking they just had a big order. Then truck turned on and she drove off… they were just chit chatting while myself and another car waited. I followed the truck out and went to D&M. My time is important too

Everytime I come through to get a bagel my bagel is never toasted (even tho I ask) and it has like a tiny amount of spread only on one side. Every time. Also customer service sucks, the girls act like they hate being there and like the customers are the burden. I work at a coffee stand here in town and I get multiple people PER WEEK coming through complaining about an experience they had at kolettes. Just saying. I like your guys bagels but it’s BS that every single time even when I ask you guys are still ripping me off if I could post a picture of the bagel I got today I would

I decided not to order after I found out they use the cheap pump syrup for thier lotus 🤢 🤮After I told her I'll go somewhere else she slammed the window in my face... very unprofessional... its too bad because I tip well for good service 🤷‍♂️
