Last summer, the personnel at Jerrol's store went above and beyond to give a detailed tour of their premises to the Girl Scouts from Ellensburg. They made a deliberate attempt to provide them with extensive information about the store’s historical context and significance.Recently, I have been a regular visitor to Jerrol's and have been consistently successful in finding everything that I have needed. Besides being able to find my required items, I have been pleasantly surprised by their fair pricing. The prices of my purchases from Jerrol's are quite reasonable, which is a definite advantage. Kudos for offering such terrific service!

Quickly yet non aggressively greeted in a pleasant way when entering. It had "been a minute" since my last visit and was concerned to see the pens & pencils moved. Your associate responded quickly to lead me to the new pen & pencil area. You guys are the best!!!

Jerrol's is your one stop shop! I recently moved to Eburg to help open a new hotel in the area, which has meant needing lots of new office supplies. Every time I've gone into Jerrol's, the staff is very friendly and helpful! I'd highly recommend!

Kind of the one stop shop for office supplies! School books for Central students, and School logo clothing! They have items that will keep kids interested with some R/C cars, and a few other toys! Some candles and other items for around the house! A very friendly and helpful staff, a quality family owned business!

I love the store and the friendly, helpful vibe! There are always unique items to buy for gifts or myself, and a large selection of art supplies, books, and things to spark creativity. Jerrols is one of my favorite places!

Only place to buy real art supplies in town, they know it, so they charge outrageous prices. Feels like they're price gouging the university art students.Had a friend work there for awhile, and they treated her petty badly.

I’m only an occasional visitor to Ellensburg and I love to bring my kids here for the toys, children’s books, and ice cream. They do cute seasonal item displays as well.

The clerk was helpful and friendly. Retrieved my order promptly. The entire process of calling in an order for you to bring in a book for me, contacting me that you had received it, and then completing the sale in a manner that gives me the perception that I am a valuable customer is what earns my trust as a customer. It is such a pleasure to do business with Jerrols.

The coffee here is delicious! I love coffee.. I have tried a few other places in town and discovered that Winegars has no competition in my mind to the others. Plus, it helps that they make their own ice cream and can make ice cream espresso shakes (sooo goood). They also have a loyalty program with your phone number to get $5 or free muffin etc. The staff are super friendly. Definitely my favorite coffee shop in Ellensburg.

This place is a wild throwback to an old school department store - books, office supplies, a cafe, art supplies, gifts, maps, and other miscellaneous stuff thrown together under a single roof. Very fun and eclectic. Worth a trip just to browse!

Everyone is ALWAYS so friendly and helpful. And it's not just the knowing where items are in the store, it's the additional knowledge and even background of their personal experience that is always beyond my expectations. Ordering items and getting them next day (like specific printer ink) that I cannot get anywhere else is the biggest benefit. I appreciate the kindness and smiling faces, definitely leave feeling better about my day. Rolf/hiring folks, you do a great job at finding the best people to support Jerrol's in the best way.

There is a ton of stuff in this store, pretty much any craft supply you need you'll find here, there is also an office section and just random gifts section. My favorite thing I found in here was the pepperoni vending machine.

We came in to use a gift card my son received for his birthday. He found a “make your own sword” kit and his little brother bought a Schleich baby panda. Nathaniel was friendly and helpful too.
