They did an amazing job with my long haired husky! I felt bad that their studio was covered wall to wall in husky fur when I picked her up but am so thankful it's not going to be house covered in it.

Jenn helped my husband and I at the last minute with a dog who needed some desperate TLC before we could bring him home. She set us up in her self serve wash station and walked us through every step of the process and gave us all the tools and soap we needed. She was kind, knowledgeable, and very professional when giving her honest assessment about the shape the dog was in. I can’t say enough about how helpful she was and what a good experience it was! She’s gained another dog on her books as we will definitely be seeing her regularly. Thank you Jenn!

This place is awesome! I haven’t had my dog groomed before and didn’t know what to expect. When I walked into the place I was greeted kindly and I could tell it was a family business which is always good! They took good care of my dog and did an amazing job on his haircut. I will definitely be coming back here from now on! Amazing work Jenn, thank you!

Jenn has been our groomer for years. She was great with our very furry dogs who didn't like to be groomed, and they looked wonderful! We live in Spokane area and I will take our next dog to her! Did a great job on my Himalayan cat too!

I have not used the actual grooming service here, but I'm leaving five stars for the self-serve grooming station alone. As someone with two long haired rescue dogs (by this I mean they're both uncomfortable with strangers and asking a groomer to deal with that is rude) and a small bathroom at home, this place is a life saver. Prices are very fair and the lady (Jenn?) Is very nice and accommodating, and very patient with our two boys and us. Everything about our experience here was great.

Brought my pug pom in for the first time and Jenn did such a great job! He went in with fur matted and stuck together like a mess and when I picked him up he’s shaven and trimmed so nicely! Totally fluffy and smells so clean. Definitely will be coming back.

It's been rough the past year as we have had many groomers retire... Called Jen, needing an appointment in about a month or so, and she was very accommodating. Will let you know how the appointment goes! 😄

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The lady the front desk was rude and short with me. We called ahead of time to make sure that they could be gentle because my dog is very scared of new places. She was very rough with my dog and literally drug her around by her leash. She didnt even trim my dogs nails down enough after I asked her to cut them shorter. I would not recommend going here.

Won’t be returning - We have used messy mutts many times for self wash with our dog, who’s hair is too long for our apartment tub drain to handle. Since becoming Jenns, the price to wash our dog has increased substantially to $20, and she does not offer nail trimmers (which really made it worth it to go) or the perfumed sprays. With the increase in price and decrease in amenities, we will be washing our dog at home and purchasing our own nail trimmers! Also, I don’t know if she was having a bad day, but she seemed inconvenienced that I was there, especially when I asked about trimmers, and the open sign was also off. After handing her cash to pay and expecting a receipt, she excused me out, guess I didn’t need a receipt anyway. All of my this made it seem uninviting.

We use Jenn's Pet Parlor to wash our own dogs.Walk in tubs, soap, towels and dryers provided for one very low cost. We use it about twice a month.
