Check ur receipts and prices at the register.They re having lots of 2 for 5 and other sales. At self check out the numbers aren't adding up. Computer took ¢20 off for items it should've been taking $1 off of.Happens every once in awhile that sale market items don't ring up correctly, but it happened with everything I specifically picked because it said it was on sale. So tired of the price gouging and misleading sales.

If I could give negative stars I would. 2 days before Thanksgiving I bought 2 Jenny-O turkeys one had a exp of Nov 26th the other Nov 27th, Thanksgiving day I open one up to cook it and it smelled horrible so I opened the other one to check it out it was bad too, so I called and spoke to a Manager he was short and snappy told me to bring them back and hung up on me. I take them back and talked to another manager higher up his name was John big guy with a goatee and glasses he was rude as hell when I brought it to his attention that I had not one but 2 turkeys that had gone back before there exp date he looks he was rude snappy and looked at me like I care why?, then looks at the customer service cashier and says just refund it after that I was trying to explain my concerns to him not only for other people if there turkey is bad but my own family's my 2 year old daughter was born with a genetic disorder and had a weak immune system if she would have eaten those birds it's a good chance she could have gotten extremely sick and needed medical attention. I work with the general public as a general manager in the food industry and this man is the poorest excuse of a manager I have ever seen he is rude and unprofessional when you work with the public and control what can affect there health and safety, you have a duty to do so this man does not care at all and deserves to be fired.

The online order process is absolutely ridiculous. Nearly every order I have placed in the past few months has either been cancelled or delayed hours. When I do get to pick it up on time, I’m waiting in the car for at least 20 minutes. Really disappointing because the order pickup used to be great but has seriously gone downhill.

Cashier named Collin was mad that he had to scan our soda and waters in the cart after we offered to hold them up for him. Had a nasty attitude towards every customer in his lane. I understand it’s a holiday but we weren’t rude first. Hope he can fix his attitude or has a better day tomorrow.

Beautiful one stop shopping. Right now they're remodeling the entire store, so that's the reason for 4 stars. It's difficult to find items. Being honest, I preferred the old layout. They've intermixed the organic items in with the regular items so it's a bit time consuming now. And who puts the bread aisle half way across the store from the bakery... And puts alcoholic beverages next to the bakery .

Had some trouble finding hiking boots but when I went to buy my other stuff. The lady asked me if I found everything. I told her I was kinda looking for hiking boots. she was nice enough to lock her till and show me where they were. " no one else in line" very limited choice but found what I needed and even on sale, plus a coupon.

Please find the daytime manager- I believe that he is in multiple departments minus front? I didn’t get his name but he’s blonde-ish with tattoos & works all over the place. He’s so busy but he & a produce employee helped me with a situation with a customer on 11/20/23 early afternoon regarding my service dog that’s been going with me to Freddy’s since she started training at 6 weeks old- she’s 7 now. These two stopped me from crying {embarrassed but dealing with 2 traumatizing events then this happened} These two- I just wish that I could give a hug. Both are so so kind. When one walked away, another customer that overheard what happened looked at me & said, Listen to him. He was really great. Both were. Their attitudes towards me & the situation was unmeasurable. Most employees don’t care. They were completely compassionate. One more BIG reason to love shopping here. I appreciate them. They both deserve employee of the month. One I’ve seen for years bust his tail working so hard. The other I’ve never seen before but he was just a sweet soul. Freddy’s always hand picks the best. I just want to acknowledge them & how they handled the situation.Best place to grocery shop, electronics department, clothing & household goods in Ellensburg! Clean & friendly service. Great prices as opposed to Safeway. You can’t beat the prices. Hence, the parking... it’s not the best but it’s worth it! You WILL save way more money if you shop here. They have a wide selection on everything. Easy returns & nice customer service with Western Union. Great Starbucks & friendly baristas. They have pretty much everything & you can’t beat their sales. They have a great rewards system & every item purchased counts towards gas & dollars towards your future purchases. How can you beat that? Perfect for our college students.

The customer service desk isn’t available the full open hours anymore. This is the second time I’ve driven all the way from Cle Elum to return something and the customer service desk was closed. I’ve cut my Freds shopping way down due to the inconvenience and many times the prices are higher than Safeway or super one. Also, I hate how they announce security checks constantly. It makes the shopping experience feel trashy.

Ive never posted a review but today was just an over all horrible experience. Customer service is garbage. I went today to get some Christmas decor with my family and I got ornament hooks. The ornament hooks were poorly packaged so if you knocked it just a little they proceeded to bust open all over the floor. It happened to my twice. Once infront of a store associate and he proceeded to laugh at me and walk around me. I then asked him if he "thinks it's funny" because at this point I was irritated and that was just the cherry on top. Him and another store associate then continued to laugh saying "yes I did think it was funny." In shock I walked away. At this point I start picking them up and he says "you can just go get more I'll pick them up" I thanked him and walked away. I understand college students need jobs but I just wasn't expecting that from there employees.

I'm sad that this location is changing its layout. I love the old fred meyers and this one was great. Thanks Kroger for destroying our local fred meyers. They are reducing shoes and apparel with their Dip brand which is just poor quality. Too bad. Sorry to see it changing

The store closed an hour early without notice tonight. I double checked the website before making the trip because of the holiday. Website made no mention of closing at 10 pm instead of 11 pm. Wasted trip. Plus it still literally smells like a mix of backed up sewage and/or something died in the bulk foods & organic section near the deli. Been that way for months now without explanation. It’s like the management just doesn’t care anymore about their competitors.

Great place but prices are outrageous cheapest shoes where 55 bucks unlike Walmart where same shoe is 24 clothes spendy unless you find them on deals movies prices are absurd 25.99 for a new movie Walmart same movie I bought at Freddy's for 25 had it for 15.99

I literally drive to Yakima just to go to Winco because I will absolutely not shop at Fred Meyers unless I have to. A lot of the staff are students, which I understand. The training is where I have a problem. Why doesn’t any employee know where anything is? And why don’t they help me find the item I’m looking for? Why are the aisles always empty? And why do I get attitude when I ask for things at the deli/meat department? Training is important and it’s obvious that they’re too short staffed to care about the basics; customer service. Although Fred Meyers will never be as cheap as winco, I don’t mind paying for quality product or even quality service. Even though it’s inconvenient for me, I’ll choose the Winco in Yakima over the Fred Meyers in Ellensburg any day.

I almost always do all of my shopping at Fred Meyers as the employees are always so helpful as well as kind. It is very rare that I write reviews on establishments but I absolutely think it is necessary to write one about my experience last night.Last night I went in with my son, who is 4 and very talkative. I only needed a few items but was unable to locate where the Club soda was and asked an associate working by the self checkout. His name was Cody, he was visibly busy but went out of his way to describe what isle it would be on as well as the exact location on where it would be found (which it was exactly where he said). Afterwards I went to the alcohol case where I pressed the button to alert an employee, no other than Cody came to help and unlocked the case, it was shocking how fast he came as normally I would have to wait a little bit. I joked and asked "are you the only employee working tonight?" which he responded with a slight laugh, "no, we are a bit understaffed for a Saturday night but we offered to help the grocery department with the alcohol case as normally this would be their responsibility." After a short chat he grabbed the bottle I requested and went back on his way.I finished my shopping shortly after that were I went through self checkout to find Cody now chatting with my son distracting him as I checked my items, all while he cleared the machine for my bottle of alcohol, he even reminded me to put my rewards card in so I would receive sale prices!We finished checking out and Cody gave my son a fist bump as well as a sticker, it completely made his night. Amazing customer services, we will be back!

I can never find a small cart. How hard is it just to make sure there are carts for people to use? As I'm writing this, there's a woman and her daughter also walking around the parking lot looking for carts.Get some small carts and actually put them where people can get them.Absolute failure.
