I used to wait until there was a "sale" on meat at the store before stocking up. But Double Rafter always has fair prices and you won't find better beef anywhere locally. What an amazing business to have in Ellensburg, operated by a great family. Do yourself a favor and stop in regularly. Not only is the fresh display always stocked, but the pre packaged frozen variety is second to none. I stop in more often than I'd like to admit for the cowboy candy. Stop reading and go get some MEAT!

We've never been disappointed by anything we have gotten here. The folks are always super kind and helpful. The butcher talks with my son on best grilling practices. Always memorable and fantastic.

We were having a big family dinner today and the brisket that was brought was no good. Double Rafter saved the day with a bunch of fresh ribeye and New York steaks to feed the whole family. Quality meat, exceptional service!

Wonderful service, very clean & welcoming store. Bought a Rib eye Roast that had amazing flavor & just melted your mouth.. So tender & juicy..Will continue to only purchase my roasts, steaks, ground beef, etc there. What a wonderful addition to our town.

We have been buying Double Rafter meats at the Ellensburg Farmers Market each week throughout the summer and I was thrilled to see "the new butcher shop in town" was opened, specifically, by them! Wonderful family run business, great selection of meats and complimentary products (beer wine, cheese, chips, dried fruits, crackers, honey, raw dog food). We will be visiting them weekly. Really fits the bill if you have country values and a bougie palette!

We started purchasing beef in bulk from DRL last year and I wish we would have started sooner! My other half and I are big beef eaters and their beef is not only amazing in flavor but it also is very tender. Their steaks are better then what you would get at a fancy steak restaurant. The family themselves are great to work with, very kind, and always willing to make sure their customers are very satisfied! Our family will never buy beef from a store again.

My family and I have been purchasing our beef from Double Rafter livestock for years. we have never had beef that is so tender and amazing. the service they provide is top notch! My kids and their friends think that its my cooking that makes the burgers and steaks so great. little do they know that I don't do anything special. thanks to Double Rafter livestock all I hear is how amazing of a griller I am. My wife and I have not ordered a steak at a restaurant in years because it will only disappoint us and we will pay way more than the one I cook at home from Double Rafter. our biggest challenge each year was how to know the amount of burger to get. But then we fond out you can go online and just buy Burger. Jimmy and Casi are amazing with how they work with you to get you what you need. Now they have made it super simple to place my order!

We will never buy our beef from a store again! Great quality, great pricing, and great tasting! Our beef was just delivered to our house and both of our freezers are filled for the year :) Thank you Watterson family for the great customer service and quick turn-around!
