Frustrated! It would be nice if they would at least be open during their listed hours of operation. This evening I went to go into dollar tree. After verifying their hours online and the website showing the store as open,, I loaded up the kids and headed to the store only to find the store closed. While I sat out front, there were at least 5 or 6 other cars that pulled in around the same time - people hopped out almost all with kids in tow and a group of 3 out walking attempted to enter the store and pulled out there phone to double check the website and left very unhappy. Peoples time is valuable- life is busy and hectic. DOLLAR TREE -ITS EASY IF YOURE NOT GOING TO BE OPEN THEN DONT ADVERTISE THAT YOU ARE PEOPLE HAVE BETTER THINGS TO DO THAN WASTE THEIR TIME! Super rude, inconsiderate and very disappointing Dollar Tree

This Dollar Tree does not ever have much in stock compared to other Dollar Trees. I am sure they need to employ more people in this store as unpacked boxes just sit around. I wish they would carry more useful storage items baskets, containers etc. Lines are long most of the time.

This location has more unique items compared to the westside. Workers are very helpful and friendly. The checker I had, had sold me a item while checking out. And she wasn't slow which was nice. They were busy, but she was on it for only having 2 checkers.

I went to go get stuff to make my 70th Birthday cake stand and i only had 7.75 and i needed like 8.25 and the cashier was so nice she was like go I got you. And I just wanted to say that she made my day cause no one has ever done that for me before. And here are photos of what i made.

First of all the store is clean, & the employees are nice. My complaint is the toy section. The most popular toys are never out on the shelves or pegs & the isle is always a mess. I see employees stocking everything but toys. I am a toy collector & I used to buy toys at dollar store but no more & I understand the economy so please don't go there with me. Just put the hot wheels out on display & don't tell me there isn't any.Have a wonderful day

Not really happy with how it recently went to $1.25 store...but I understand why.I hope they will consider offering some 5 for $5 deals, or something like that.The selection was pretty good as usual, shelves were stocked and the store was relatively clean. The cashier was friendly and the store was wheelchair accessible. Their door is a bit difficult to maneuver in a wheelchair if you don't have help with it, but it seems that most people are kind enough to offer a hand.

Ellensburg Dollar Tree 10-15-22Best Dollar Tree I've ever been in!VERY clean and organized. An off-shift worker actually hopped onto a register to help reduce a line of 12 or more customers, which was surprisingly thoughtful and kind! Kudos! And Thank you!

I like the store fine. It has all kinds of things. I just wish the employees cared about it. They don't clean the place or keep it tidy. There are boxes all over the floor all the time and carts if product blocking isles. And it seems that no one goes around to restock or put items where the belong

Dollar Tree should be called "The Buck 25 store" Not everything is a Dollar anymore. This is a nice, very popular store. I get all my holiday cards here because they are Hallmark cards. Lots of things for every need in this store.

Cashier (L) was rude and disrespectful both in person and when I called later. Hung up on me twice, even though I was polite and even after I asked to speak to a manager. I understand having a hard night or getting overwhelmed but taking it out on customers is wrong and on top of that having a terrible attitude. Hope things change and hope that whatever was causing her to act like that stops to give her peace as well. Working retail is no joke, and very very hard, but don’t take it out on customers that didn’t do anything to you.

Havent been to this store for 6 months or more. Used to be a mess. This time only one cart parked in an aisle. Fairly well stocked. Missing one item when I got home. Cashier needs lessons in customer service, Eburg level skills. Only one adult plus 3 kids not masked.

horrible business! i was harassed , accused of things i didnt do and banned from the store because i am deaf by the Dollar tree staff in Ellensburg washington "he refused to listen" and admin fails to take any actions what so ever THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!

The price is great, plus awesome things to shop for. Customer service is horrible! Once I was laughed at by the cashiers for buying butterfly decorations for my room (just because they didn’t like butterflies). Unacceptable. Everyone deserves respect. Another time, I asked a question and the employees answer in a bad mood or act like they don’t know. They are extremely rude!!!

New products! They have rearranged the store. And added some more shelving. They are in the process of expanding the food section among other things. And everything is still only $1.00!Unfortunately, they have not cleaned the store yet. Hopefully, when they are finished it will be clean and organized. So let's cut them some slack until then :)I love that everything is actually a $1.00! The food is not out dated, or bad in anyway. The name brand quality is the same, although the quantity may be different. If you price things out by weight or servings (breaking it down) it is usually cheaper overall to buy it here. And it's ok with me that some of the things, socks for example, will not last forever. I like to change things up often anyway. And at these prices, I can buy new stuff more frequently without breaking my budget!Thanks for staying in Ellensburg Dollar Tree. We love having you in our town!

I don't just shop at dollar tree for the savings, the actual items usually end up being better quality than at a bigger store. All employees are friendly and funny. Don't be afraid to try out something here, i highly recommended the kitchen gadgets

Has almost anything you could need at any time of day. This is the kind of store that you wonder how they stay in business, but the people here are usually very friendly and it makes the experience worthwhile while browsing the store. Not really any negatives but most can be overlooked.

This store has improved this past year. The thing that they need to work on is not having big stacks of boxes in the aisles all of the time. It's difficult to use a cart and a fire and safety hazard.

the prices are obviously great, and the inventory is pretty good..... but its usually really dirty in there, the wait in line is long and its always understaffed. a little work could go a long way here.

Goodies Galore! I can find everything from kitchen gadgets to computer items to makeup to spaghetti sauce to dining ware to toilet paper! Got everything for my birthday party in one stop! It's just great.

Good place to go when or if you're on a budget. Decent product for buck. Again though, you get what you pay for. So don't expect something to be extravagant from there.

Alot of cool items here but its extreamly in organized, and only one cashier open so the line was insane a few people actually put their things down and walked out of the store.
