We stopped here for ice cream and the restaurant was extremely dirty. The employee making our milkshake stuck his finger inside the cup after ringing out a dirty dish rag. When we brought it up to his attention he said "you should see what everyone else does" then walked away very upset. We drove off without our food not wanting to trust the unsanitary practices.

We've only ever done the ice cream there, which has met our expectations each time. The dining room was clean and the servers are always friendly. The server working the register up front is always fast and welcoming. I didn't catch her name but she has short hair. The restaurant design is older but certainly not dingy or run down, it's well kept. I actually appreciate that it has not been updated like other DQs because it reminds me of the ones I use to visit as a kid. It's retro and nastagic.

I'm trying so hard to understand the concept of the price vs quality. 1$ a chicken strip and this is what I recieved for my kids. The staff is ok but next time we're traveling, we're going to avoid this location

The kids in there work their tails off. It's a shame the owner won't do things like fix the drive thru speaker / microphone. That thing is horrible!The prices are a bit high for fast food. Which is fast food chain store "quality" (aka not quality, bought locally or anything like that). Don't expect the best tasting food ever, but the kids in there really try their best with what they've got.

We stopped at this DQ on a Monday night and had the absolute BEST experience ever! The restaurant was clean and the crew working that night were hardworking, funny, enthusiastic, friendly and were working as a seamless team. Even my daughter mentioned how great it was "why are there not more people in the world like that". Kudos to this crew.

Hadn't gone here for three years because the customer service and wait time was so bad on that occasion. Unfortunately, things didn't change today. The restaurant was fully staffed and business was steady but not overwhelming. The guy next to me waited close to 15 minutes for a milkshake and when they gave it to him it wasn't the flavor he ordered. Another guy waited quite a while for his combo order for his family. He took his food and drinks out to the car and told the employee at the front counter he would come back for the sundaes. When he did and asked for them they weren't made because the same employee said, "I didn't know if you were coming back". Are you kidding me? As for my sundae? Also a 15 minute wait and the employee tasked with making it didn't know how to and waited over 10 minutes before finally asking another employee for help. Maybe I'll give them another try in three years. Or then again....Maybe not and I'm guessing the two other guys are probably going elsewhere to in the future.

I have not recently ordered food (other than ice cream) at any Dairy Queens and am not sure whether the prices here are unusual, but I was surprised that the pre-tax price for a Flamethrower (double) was over $9.00--that's not the full-meal price. Some items were over $10. There were three other members of my party, and we ordered around 9:00 p.m., so that I expect the food was made to order, but they might have held mine back or something, because it seemed only lukewarm when I bit into it in the parking lot. I have no other complaints, but the next time I am passing through, I will try to remember to get off I-5 at the more easterly exit and benefit from the greater number of fast food options (and competition that induces?)

Any time I've visited this DQ the wait has been very long. This time, February 4, I sat in drive thru for about 15 minutes waiting to order and no one took my order. I was blocked in by a car in front and in back so I couldn't leave. I finally drove through once the car in front of me was finished. The employees didn't even notice.

We were traveling out of Washington State. Stopped here for some food at 10:00 in the morning. After ordering I could see through to the kitchen and the person making the food sniffed the hamburger meat before putting it into the microwave or oven. My wife unwrapped her burger, while I was driving she took a bite and spit it out, she told me the meat tasted spoiled and had a very rotten smell. So the person cooking the burger knew the meat was not fresh and he cooked it anyway. Please avoid the dairy queen.

Food quality is the on par with other Dairy Queen Franchises. I will comment on the drive through experience. I don't know what it is about this store but everytime I dine here the wait time is abnormally long. You will sit and wait even though you order one of the ice cream treats without food. Do not go here if you are in any type of hurry. The food quality is on par with any other Dairy Queen franchise but, just know you will be waiting to get that treat at this store.

On 5/30 I got a cheeseburger meal. I spent the entire night vomiting and exploding over the toilet. I've never had food poisoning that bad and I've lived in developing countries. Everything else I ate that day was shared with the rest of my family and they were fine, this was the only difference. Worst $13 I ever spent.

The service is kind of slow but I am usually ok with it and understand. Today my experience was really great! I was handed my food and it caught me off guard with how informative he was with what all was in my bag to make sure nothing was forgotten. Usually at fast food restaurants I'm rushed. But he took the time to talk to me which I thought was pretty nice. Everything was perfect and my order was correct and delicious

I rarely eat at Dairy Queen however I was craving chicken strips and country gravy on my birthday. I’m happy to say that it tasted just as good as every other time I’ve eaten it in the past which is going back at least 35 years and locations around the country. The staff in this location was friendly and helpful our food was hot and fresh and overall enjoyed our visit.

Food was fine but fries were barely warm. (Yuck). It is a fast food place like all the others. Not what it used to be. The bad part is a simple combo (burger fries and coke will run you about $11. If you get onion rings instead of fries and a small shake in place of your soft drink. You'll pay $20. Wow! Not worth of that price.

I regularly go to this dairy queen about once maybe twice a month. The food is spot on for dairy queen and does not deviate.I usually go for the ice cream treat on Saturday around 6pm. I am usually behind two cars. I find the wait time between 20-30 minutes with the occasional 15 minutes wait. The rating is purely based on the speed of service and not the quality.

Yes, it’s an aged location that hasn’t been updated to the latest corporate ‘look’ but it was immaculately clean! The staff were super friendly and it was clear that the owners take great care of what they have. Food was what you’d expect from DQ.

If I could give this store a 0 star I would!Today, was the worst experience I have dealt with in a fast food chain, EVER!Window slammed in my face, yelling at me in front of a toddler, being told to “get a life and good luck with it” by a SHIFT LEAD that was the only person in charge…. A little girl, less than 20 if that.Then when I asked for the manager’s information or her name, she again slams a window in my face telling me to wait, has me stay at the window for 8 minutes to come back and hand me a blank paper, laugh and be extremely rude and waves “goodbye” behind the closed window!I will never spend a penny here again, with many friends and family who is local, we all will refuse brining our business here again!

For a dairy Queen the food was very quick to get from the drive through.. usually if I order anything besides a blizzard it ice cream related it's a pretty long wait at any other dairy Queen. Also the employees were very lively and friendly.
