Bi-mart in Ellensburg has stood the test of time. Just like the customer who shop here daily or weekly. This is by membership only( which by the way isn't much)so you have to show your card while entering. They have great deals every week on all kinds of goods from food to sporting supplies. They also have in house pharmacy which has a really nice staff on hand. I've been a member for over 25 years and I never get sick of checking my card on lucky number Tuesday to see if I'm the lucky winner of something nice or something that doesn't really get me to excited. Thanks Bi-Mart for hanging in there when all these other store gave up because of Fred Meyers. You have my 5 stars just for that alone.

I love Bi-Mart. Their prices are wonderful and the stores are always clean. My go-to areas are fishing/hunting/firearms and hardware, but I usually pick up items from other departments because you can't beat the price. I recently moved to Ellensburg and this was my first time at this store. It did not disappoint. The people were very friendly and the customer service was great!

There was an item with the wrong price and I did not notice until after I paid but the cashier and manager were very nice and were able to return the difference. Highly recommend this store great customer service

Affordable. They had many types of beautiful flower bulbs when I visited today. A membership is needed to shop here and can be purchased for $5.

Its usually always a mess when i go in there. Aisles always being rearranged and moved around. Not bad for the pirce of stuff though. Good deals but some unfriendly greeting staff, didnt even get a hello back last few visits

This store is great I love the fast that they have a little bit of everything. I end up buying almost everything from there lol. Fishing stuff and outdoor gear is great. I always stop by after work. Staff is friendly .

Ive been to Bi-mart so many times, and most of the time, the Slowest check out counters, Ive said one time, that they should go to Costco and Watch how they move customers out fast, with many more items in their carts then what Bi-mart customers have. Today, 6 people in front of me, one cashier, and the line was stopped, i stood there 4 minutes, and no movement, and no other help came, very poor, I put back on the shelf what I was planning on buying. I once worked retail many years ago, and if we have more then two customers waitng, we wore calling for help up front.

Do you actively teach your cashiers to have terrible customer service manners? Is it too much to ask for some kind of acknowledgement when I approached the cashier and hand over my hard-earned money for your products? Is a hello or did you find everything okay too much? Bi-Mart is one of the oldest stores around and there's a reason it still exists. Bi-Mart has discounts all the time but their products are 100% quality products. There is such a variety there from clothing too spirits, food, fishing supplies, hunting, paint and pharmacy and I know there's anything there that way can't remember because there's so many things there. By Mark has 100% of what you need 100% of the time. The people are kind and friendly and helpful.

Clean and well organized. Spring and summer brings a wide variety of fruit, vegetable, flower, and landscape plants. Employees are personable. It is a membership store. But for $5 your a lifetime member!!!

Bi-Mart is not the friendliest of store's that I have been to and to be a store that requires a membership to enter their store, some of us might imagine that it would because of the amazing savings that you would find. However I don't see that as the reason either. So since it's required to have a membership and the self's are always empty along with the sensation of a loom of a thunderstorm that is constantly being had over their store I can say that I would be happy about working there ither.

Best place in town to get hunting and fishing gear. Good prices and frequent sales. Ammunition prices are respectable. Only $5 for lifetime membership is definitely worth it if you live in the valley. If you are a first timer they'll let you in for free if you say you're just visiting.

I cannot recommend the Pharmacy here highly enough. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. They know and care about their customers. When I walk into sight of the pharmacy, they recognize me and will start preparing my prescription before I even reach the counter.

You need a membership to enter. It's only $5.00, for a lifetime! Its worth it. The store here feels a little more country store than other Bi-marts. Maybe because it's an older building.. just kind of dusty feeling. They have a wide variety of things to buy, but small sections of most things. They do seem to have a knack for having something a little different, therefore special, for gift shopping. They frequently have great sales, especially for any holiday that happens to be close. They have average prices on non sale items.
