They did some work on our propane stove several years ago; when we had trouble with it today we called and their bookkeeper answered. She was incredibly patient and helpful, taking a great deal of time to try to work through the problem over the phone, ultimately grabbing one of their techs to get us an answer on-the-spot. We offered twice to pay something for this, but she declined. This is definitely the way to build customer loyalty. Thanks so very much for the help today!

Armstrong's serviced our wood stove after we purchased a new home this summer. It had been a very very long time since it had any maintenance done, and the guys got it repaired and working well for us. When they reinstalled the stove, they noticed the connecting pipe wasn't level, so immediately cut it down to do it's job. Both men were very courteous, explained what they were doing and answered my questions well. They even cleaned up after themselves very nicely. Thanks!

Prompt, helpful service willing to get the job done right even if they need to come back.They are not the cheapest guys in the area, but they send out friendly service providers and make sure you are happy with your finished work.Conveniently located on the edge of town - they are a great option for Ellensburg folks looking to support your local businesses instead of calling someone out of Yakima - trying to get things done on the cheap.I recommend their work, and will use their services again in the future!

Buying a fireplace can be overwhelming when you are going for a specific look. We bought ours for new construction. Coordinating a build out can be tricky. Knowing what your contractor vs your installer is responsible for is important and plan ahead! They get booked out! Make sure you read the manual for your fireplace too. Our contractor used Sheetrock instead of cement board around the fireplace face as specified in the manual and had to tear the fireplace apart a week before we moved in. Armstrong caught it thank goodness! Their installer Ryan is also very careful, tidy and explains everything well. You should be able to see pics of ours on my instagram @jenwidner soon. When the heater/stove quit working suddenly we had only space heaters. with the temp. outside around 30, it was difficult to keep the house at a comfortable state. Robbie, our tech, came quickly and was very efficient at repairing the stove. I would highly recommend this company,,thanks again...

This place has a justifiably bad reputation. We had a fireplace screen installed and installation and product were very low quality. Our contractor purchased a fireplace from them. I went in to get a quote on a glass door 3 times with a promise to respond shortly but never got any follow thru. Seem very indifferent to customers

We contacted them about fixing our gas fireplace. We were told by several other companys it could not be fixed. Colton came out inspected it, found the problem and fixed it promptly. We were very impressed with his knowledge and attitude. He was very professional and honest. We would highly recommend this company.

They came out to light my fireplacesI smelled gas after a day or 2, so I called them and didnt use until I could get someone out which took multiple calls and threats not to pay my bill before somoen came out and said it was fine, well the blower was still smelling odd so I qasnt satisfied so the owner came out. He was pretty rude about this whole ordeal, let me explain furtherHe said he smelled nothingI sought a 2nd opinion from forseens in Yakima and it was determined the fireplace were dangerous and should never had been lit due to a gas leak! So much for knowing what Armstrong was doingPlz do not give them your business
