So excited to find a place with GLUTEN FREE food! I'd never heard of this place let alone been here but my daughter's a fan so she stopped. To my surprise, they had Gluten-free option. I'm so glad I tried it because it was delicious. My only reason for docking 1 star was my bagel was slightly burnt & I'm personally not a fan of burnt taste bur also, the egg was like half the size of the bagel. Otherwise great service & still very grateful they offer a GF option, so "Thank You" not many do!Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free / CELIAC SAFE.... And Yummy!

The service here is good but… Not only did I wait an hour for my single bagel, 1201 Bagels messed up my order and burnt my bagel… Usually I just brush it off but this happens quite frequently…. I love going here but they always burn my bagels and I have to wait an hour + just for a burnt one… 😵‍💫 I do have to say usually when they are not super busy my order turns out fine but they are busy 90% of the time…

Amazing food and well worth the wait!! We were traveling through and came during lunch time. We had to wait for 25 minutes, but it was well worth it. Staff were super friendly and very professional. We had the Hawaiian bagel, Raspberry/ Vanilla protein shake and the turkey with a gluten free bagel.

My wife had to work in town and brought me home a gyro bagel all the way to Waterville wa. It was absolutely delicious! I recommend 10/10, beat dang bagel I’ve had in central WA. It was so good I forgot to take a photo prior to demolishing the bagel! Keep up the great work!

Got a Jalapeños bagel with avocado spread, my son got a blt Bagel and it came to $15 a bit steap for what it was. But the Jalapeños bread had a nice flavor i expected it to be more spicy but it was still good, my son said his was good so we will probably be back.

I don't often leave reviews, but this place is quickly becoming one of our favorites in the valley. Every sandwich we have tried has turned out absolutely delicious. They also seem to be made with high-quality ingredients. I have never been a bagel fan, but these have changed my perspective completely. 100% recommend!

If you've lived here all your life and have the time, this is a great place to stop at. Really delicious food. Only downside? It's definitely designed to pick up your food and leave; however there is limited outdoor seating. All around, not a great location, but the food makes up for it in full! Also, the drive thru is not fast. Don't expect this to be a quick stop if there's anyone else there.

Despite the 40 minute wait in the drive through I was excited for my bagels. The server was pleasant but misunderstood what I was trying to order and added 3 extra toasted bagels with cream cheese to my order. I didn’t mind. Simply leaving a review because I ordered a sandwich with spread and pepper jack and they gave me their traditional breakfast sandwich ( bagel, egg, bacon, American cheese) so I had to go back. The cook then proceeded to tell (a little too firmly) the server he had done what the ticket said and she pulled it back up & confirmed she had put it in correctly and it was made completely incorrectly. I also had ordered 3 bagels to go with spread on the side and never received the cream cheese to go with and didn’t realize until i was back in Tacoma. Along with the 3 they gave me with toasted and spread had virtually no cream cheese on them at all.Giving 2 stars cause the server was nice

This is a great little bagel stop and it is super cool. Made out of storage containers which is awesome. They also have a ton of salads and healthy lunch options as well. We stopped here with the Rv and there is a pretty good sized parking lot to park for a bit to go and order highly recommended

The bagel itself was delicious, but they included so little cream cheese that I could barely taste it. Maybe they assumed that I was trying to diet or something since I ordered a whole wheat bagel with veggies so they kept it thin...but I was looking forward to a nice layer of cream cheese and was disappointed. My friends in the car with me were very happy with their bagels.

This place has great food IF you have time to wait in line for an hour. ALSO be sure after waiting that you get the right food! I called and we went back for the correct food only to be given COLD food that had obviously been sitting around since they made their mistake. When I called I asked that our corrected order be fresh and hot. So disappointed that it wasn't!!! This is the second time this has happened. When a customer chooses to wait in line for good food the least they can do is give out the correct orders to the person buying the food.

With only two cars in front of us we waited for 45 minutes. People who arrived after us were served food first. Ridiculously slow service and I don’t recommend going there especially if just passing through. The bagels weren’t bad but not worth waiting for.

Every time we go over to east WA this is a place to grab a quick and delicious bagel for lunch or breakfast. They have never disappointed us with a tasteful deliciousness. Definitely work the quick stop.

If you're a vegan travelling the I-90 from one side of the state to the other, make sure this is one of your stops! We were recommended by other vegans in Spokane. I had a bagel with cashew spread and huckleberry monster. Such a perfect snack! You can drive thru or order at the window and sit at one of their outdoor tables.

Let's just put it this way. Every time I go past Elensburg and it's within their hours of operation I'm stopping here! The bagel sandwiches are all great. I have only tried maybe six of the many types they have not to mention the tons of different bagels they have. All fresh and yummy. If you have not been you have to go you won't be sorry! Not to mention the customer service has always been really friendly!

Great place to grab food while filling up at the EA chargers up the road.Every experience has been delicious.If they placed fast EV chargers in that large parking lot by the tracks, they would print money from the foot traffic. Ellensburg needs it and it would be a win win for business.

Worth every penny. All of your favorite samwitches on bagles? I think yes, this place is genuinely a dream come true for me, not to mention these are large sandwiches. You will not be hungry afterwards. I will be back, I cannot stress how wonderful this was

So good! I love the interesting flavors of the bagel sandwiches. I had the egg benny and husband had the steak and egg. He wouldnt even let me try it because he said it was so good and he couldn't share haha.
