Beautiful location on the water. There was a bass tournament the morning after we checked in so there was no parking for other motel guests because of all the boats and trailers.Otherwise, rooms were very clean and comfortable

Like all the other reviews say one of the front desk ladies is very rude, not the blonde one. Also like the other reviews say.. They took our reservation and card number over the phone 2 weeks before we came. When we got there we gave her our name and she said she didnt have anything in the book, then just stared at us like we were stupid. Didnt offer us one of the avaliable rooms or say "sorry someone must have forgotten to put it in the book" just stared at us, it was kinda weird honestly. They did have a room avaliable thankfully and we didnt have to see that lady again there was a nice blonde lady when we checked out. The location is beautiful! Make sure you get a room in the back with a view.

We loved the views and the rooms were really good size and the kids loved the pool. Banks lake is basically right outside your door. The room was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay. The front desk lady was very nice also.

The location is awesome as it's right on Banks lake and walking distance to water rentals and small grocery store. The staff is all great, I've stayed here a few times and have no complaints. The rooms are huge and every room has a water view for a reasonable price. The only thing I would hope for is upgraded beds in the future, not terrible at all but could use improvement.(after all it is a hotel so can't expect the best of everything) I will stay here for years to come.

The view is amazing and the room was clean and the front desk staff are super nice. The only thing is bring your own coffee marker because the room didn't have a coffee pot but they do have coffee in the lobby. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the sky deck. Motel is older but room was nice and clean. Nice bathroom and nice thick towels. I would have liked a coffee maker and microwave in the room but I can bring my own next time. We plan on coming back next year and staying longer. Great Views off the deck and nice chairs out there to enjoy it. We are already looking forward to another trip

We had reservations here, pulled into the lot. It looked weirdly deserted from the street, and trashy in the back. It did not look like the photos on Google. Decided to go elsewhere.

A good hotel to stay at in the Grand Coulee area. Nice clean rooms, older for sure, but nice. Kitchenettes are available and have good views of the lake (almost right on the water). Only annoying thing is setting the heat in your room in the winter, you do not have settings in degrees, just a dial of unknown temperatures (but you can figure it out trial and error). Be sure to stop by the Fusion (restaurant) for food as it is excellent and very close by (just across the main road).

Clean, well maintained with large rooms located right on edge of the water. Chairs located outside the rooms to enjoy the views. Parking for those guests w/boats and friendly staff that genuinely care about their guests. Located next to a boat launch with lots of activities for families. Excellent experience, our new place to stay in Electric City.

It is the off season and the place was mostly vacant. Plesent desk staff. A big fat cat greets you with typical cat like ambivalence. The rooms are comfortable. Temperature was set to an ideal comfort level. Soft towels. Nice TV and Cartoon Network. Waking in the morning to a beautiful fog over the lake. This would be a very relaxing place for a several day vacation.

Love they Sky Deck hotel! The staff is very accommodating. It's a small operation so you may have to wait a min for them to get back to the counter but they will do everything they can to make sure you have a great stay. The location on the lake is beautiful, the rates are great and the people are even greater! It's the only place I stay if they have rooms and the place I reccomend to anyone looking for a clean, relaxing location.

This place is a dump. I can't believe it gets 5 stars. No AC, no coffee maker, no kitchen, a computer monitor for a tv, people smoking cigarettes all over the place that gets into your ac vent, small rickety bed, no shower head and they charge the same price that they would for a Hampton Inn or Best Western. But hey, if views are that important than this is the place for you.

Have stayed at just about every hotel in the Grand Coulee area over the years and tried the Sky Deck a few years ago. Won't stay anywhere else now.Nicky and the outstanding staff couldn't be nicer or more accommodating and the rooms are always clean and well maintained. The location on Banks Lake is great. The views from the 2nd floor balconies is exceptional, especially at sunset. The facility is spotless and the staff and locals are very friendly. Not huge on amenities. Frig in the room and coffee available at the front desk in the morning. Outdoor pool available in the summer.

My family and I stayrd for 4 days, and when we got there it looked clean. It had been vacuumed and counters were wiped down. But once we settled in, we noticed little things like I had found a chew can behind the night stand, and spiders webs. Nothing to bad. But it did have an amazing view of the lake, no dock sadly. And it does have good wifi, and an outdoor pool.

Absolute worst service I’ve ever encountered the women that owns the motel traumatized my son yelling at me because I was parked in “family” parking yet there was no sign to indicate that so that I would know. Then continued to yell at me and my son and said she would call the cops of I didn’t move my car which I said I would then she continued to verbally abuse me and my son because we were staying there because my husband works out of town and said we’re not welcome here and we have ten minutes to leave or she’s calling the cops. I would never stay here again. The toilet was backed up there was holes in the wall. Complete dump.

The view of Banks Lake from our room was great! All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would give 5 stars except the rooms and furnishings are pretty out dated.

We stayed one night in our ground floor room. The room was clean but nothing fancy or modern. A nice view out the back sliding door looking out on to the water.

I called in and got a reservation and payed the deposit on a room for the skydeck hotel in febuary and asked if I needed to return the conformation form to them. They said that the money was all they needed. A month later I received an email stating that my reservation had been canceled due to not returning the form. I called in to get an explanation and was told by the manager that I was a liar and no one said that I didn't need to return the form. I then asked for a refund. They returned some of my money and kept $50 dollars for a processing fee which was news to me. I warn any one that is thinking about staying here that the management is very unprofessional and they are willing to take your money and leave you with nothing. Not Pleased!! The only reason I put a one star is because it wont let me do zero.

Great staff, great location, and the rooms themselves are in need of a remodel (which the staff tells me will happen this year), but still a great little hotel. Bring your own pillow, though; the ones in the room are terrible.

Good place to stay if just looking for one night to sleep in area. Limited places to stay in this area so glad it is available when fishing in area. Its on water. Can almost fish from your room.
