This is either mud on the broccoli crowns, or something else. Rarely have I had the thought "I hope the produce is all muddy at my store today" but today I did.

The rating is specifically for the fried chicken at the deli. Bland, average at best get there early or wait 25 minutes and good luck getting potato wedges because they won't make more it's an hour they close the deli. The young guy working in the deli trying to do a good job and answers questions without getting an attitude. Which is my biggest complaint, the other persons attitude.

Called yesterday to see if I could have a cake made for my teens' birthday, which is today. The female employee told me to hang on and it sounded like she was moving papers so I assumed she was checking the cake decorator's schedule. Then she tells me that yes, they can make a cake for tomorrow. I placed a cake order with her and this morning I called in to double check something on the cake...only to be told THERE'S NO CAKE DECORATOR! She's been on vacation for 3 weeks and will be back tomorrow! The lady said she saw a note sitting there for my cake order but they couldn't fulfill the order! I won't be having cakes made here anymore if I can't trust that they can actually be made. Not sure what happened, but employees should know if the cake decorator is gone!

The sushi fell off hard on quality, I spent 16 dollars on what tasted like 5 dollars sushi. The only good part was the rice because it's extremely hard to mess up rice

I go to this QFC regularly as someone who does shopping for a local theater during productions. As others have mentioned, the parking lot is exceptionally small and hard to navigate, but that can be traced back to when it was built and the insane population growth that has happened since - not much to be done about that.The service has always been good - never had a bad experience there (knock on wood). But last weekend (Sunday the 16th at around 12:30 pm) we had a tremendous customer service encounter with the person working the self-checkout. We run a non-profit, so it's important that we spend as little money as possible on our concessions and stuff - so we picked up a case of bottled water for what we thought was a great deal. But when we rung it up, it didn't go through as on sale. We didn't notice until we'd checked out - and this employee overheard us talking about it, and took our receipt over to the water section with us. He saw that there had been an expired sale tag left on the shelf, apologized, and walked us back to the counter where he cheerfully gave us the $2.40 back from the difference. Even though the deal was expired.He didn't make us feel dumb or say anything snappish - just dealt with it professionally and with smile. I was *so impressed.*Also I love the Sbux there - they're all great too.

This place is the best! Kasia the cake decorator is so fantastic and helpful. I tell everybody to go here for the bakery needs.. the whole staff is amazing.

Honestly, the chicken from the deli was probably some of the worst chicken I have ever had. Picked up one breast and two strips, and there were probably six specks of pepper on each piece. Was bland, had no seasoning, no salt, and was dry, and that was an hour and a half after the deli opens which is typically 9am. I don’t know who is cutting corners, but I haven’t been this disappointed in some time in my food. Some of the employees seemed unhappy to be there as well, and if that is the case someone or something needs to change. A good store experience starts at the store floor, with your employees. If they need better pay, then go ahead and do it. If you are cutting corners as a store overall, then stop.

Extended their hours and now employees just glare at you trying to self checkout, ignoring when the machine calls for them to complete the purchase. Clearly this location is unwilling to pay their folks enought to give two-whits about the customer or sales.

Purchased a large expensive fancy cake from the deli for a social event. The cake was very pretty with ladyfingers all around it, but the taste was blah and nobody wanted seconds. We won't make the same mistake again - if you want a TASTY cake, go to a real bakery.

6:30 on a Sunday evening with five people in the deli and all of them had better things to do then put an $8.00 sandwich in a bag and hand it to me.Only one checkstand open and I stood there for a good 90 seconds listening to two checkers and a customer gab about personal issues.Went to self check out where I spent most of my time picking my groceries up off the floor because of a postage stamp sized scale I’m expected to put a cart full of groceries on after checking them.Next stop, Safeway!

Busy little store, but clean and well stocked. Super stressed Mgr today, because of power outages in area causing extra customer traffic, while they are short staffed. Handled the extra customer traffic well, though, no waiting in long lines!!

To me a grocery store it’s just a grocery store. However this one is a little on the pricey side compared to Safeway and such. However I must admit that they’re fresh produce looks great. Also their fresh meat and seafood looks very high-quality. There is floral, balloons, a bakery, deli, and several other additional services available at the store.

I really like this location as our neighborhood store. It's on the small side compared to other locations but you can find basically everything on your list; it's just that the aisles can be a little tight. The store is always clean and well lit and easy to navigate.The staff is always super helpful, attentive, and friendly. And this goes across all the departments, from pharmacy, to meats, to bakery. We have had their bakery do our special occasion cakes for the last 2 years and it's been a total success.

All I can say is WOW! From the time I walked in, EVERY employee was friendly and super helpful. People were pandemic shopping and pandemic “Karen-ing” but the staff took it all in stride and were gracious. I grocery shop for a living these days and this is the most professionally run QFC I’ve been in ever! The tall dark skinned guy in the meat department was super helpful even though he was obviously shutting down and trying to go home. The cashier was very friendly. The manager Hunter I believe was very friendly. The kid bagging my groceries actually asked if I wanted my soap in a separate bag from the food! Great attention to detail great overall experience. I look forward to the next time I get to shop at this store. Keep up the good work!

Still in sticker shock from Seattle food prices!This was my favourite grocery store. I went half a dozen times during my 10 day stay.It's clean, fresh, and we'll staffed.How lucky you are you can buy beer in the grocery store like a normal state.

Used to be my favorite QFC, but since the sales to Kroger the quality and service jas gone down to the point I no longer use this grocery store. FOLLOW ME for more thoughtful recommendations as I travel the world 🌎

How is this store still in business. The deli department has dry, old food sitting in cold and warm cases. The store smells of ammonia, which means the meat dept is not properly cleaned. The floral dept is pretty clean and organized.The starbucks dept usually has one person working. All the young men in that dept are LAZY.I see the store manager walk around with a stick in his ***.This store overall seems poorly managed and operated.

Out of stock on most things on a Saturday at 10:00 a.m. with employees everywhere stocking the aisles while blocking the aisles completely with pallets even had an employee walk right at me and forced me out of an aisle without acknowledging me asking to go by. Will not shop at this QFC ever again. Oh and I almost forgot to mention they only had two cashiers working and each line was over six people longUpdate: I came back, because I apparently like to be miserable. Even worse than. A few months ago, even longer lines too.

The Staff is Always friendly. Competitive prices, and good produce. Great place for all with disabilities and or a wheelchair. There is usually an open handicap space right next to entrances with ramped curbs . I can usually find everything I need. There is a pharmacy in the store, as well as a Deli, Bakery, and Butcher, but no candle stick maker. ( LOL )

Remember the days when you could go grocery shopping and get what you wanted?Well those days are long gone, at least at this Location.Wanted a simple boars head sandwich, all I got was excuses about staffing problems and told to get some regular meat sandwich that was sitting there who knows how long.

I was visiting from Oregon and called a Lyft to what I thought was the store close to my daughter's house. I had my big travel bag with me. Feeling awkward, I explained I went to the wrong store but decided to shop there anyway and planned on getting another ride straight to her house, and I am glad I did! They were so welcoming, and the store was clean and aesthetically pleasing!

I needed a last-minute cake for my aunts birthday, in a pinch, so I thought I would try the QFC bakery. When it comes to sweets, I personally feel that a simple, fresh, beautiful cake is much more appealing than one with all of those frilly details. This cake was absolutely delicious, and it didn’t break my wallet either. Everyone in my family loved it, including the kids. The women behind the counter where extremely helpful and fast. Would definitely go back for another birthday, even if I wasn’t in a hurry.

Staff and management do not make sure Covid-19 precautions are followed. I saw a guy without a mask and when I told one of the employees, she said “I cannot do anything about it or congregate like that, I can call a manager” at which point the guy had already left the aisle. I saw two other white men not wearing their masks over their nose and mouth. When I confronted one of them, he just shrugged his shoulders and kept walking.The store was so crowded and practically no one was keeping 6 feet distance. I will not be coming back here again.

Best grocery store in town. Might be little pricey on some of the items, but definitely a store I love. 4 stars and if they will lower prices just a bit could be easily 5 stars.
