I’ve shopped here intermittently since 2016 and loved every experience. Employees are warm and knowledgeable! Recently we bought broth for our new foster and they called me with a recall then checked back to let me know it was clear - it’s reassuring to know they’re looking out for my family too!

This location has been extremely helpful with our picky Ragdoll female. I love how the employees take the time, to educate you about some of their products. We have been coming here regularly as not only are they well educated, they sell some pretty sturdy cat toys. I spoke with Karla today, and she was a wealth of information as she helped me to decide which product to use for some kitty hairballs. I highly recommend them for your pet care and play. 😻

I truly love this location! My Grandma has taken her dogs here for years and the workers, especially Elise and Haley, always take such good care of them both. They always have recommendations for my cat also, and my cat always loves everything I bring home! They are awesome here!!

The most amazing pet care - they not only carry quality products, the staff is extremely knowledgeable, caring and welcoming. To give one heartwarming example - my 15 year pup was always a great eater and now I could not get her to eat. I went to All The Best with a broken heart - and they loaded me up with a huge bag of samples, treats and advice on how to help her. She became a very happy eater and I will bless them forever for this care.

Today is one of our dogs' birthday, and I am glad we decided to visit All The Best Pet Care, Edmonds. We have been the customers of Petco for the past five years, but no more! We were amazed by their vast collection of pet stuff and outstanding customer service. We came home with many goodies for our four fur kids at home, along with a thoughtful birthday gift basket provided by the staff! They gave us a new member gift basket too, even though we later realized that I was already a member. Little things like these, indeed, succeed in winning hearts. My husband and I have decided to make this our go-to pet store from now on and couldn't be happier!

Every time we go to All The Best we find everything we need and more. I walked in to buy some disinfectant for my pups paw and we left with all the things he could want while in recovery mode, including a belly full of treats for being a good boy.

I love their product choices. The staff is 100% all in on helping educate me on their products. I feel fortunate this pet store is so close to my home. Lalita helped me today and her cheerful attitude put me in a great mood. She’s always upbeat. She’s a huge asset to the Edmonds location.

I’ve had a rough month which means my sweet little Chihuahua has too. We finally got out yesterday and got her her fav food, a bone and a new treat! I’ve never seen her gobble up a treat like that so we went back today and got her a whole bag of them!The staff there were so kind, sweet and helpful. Bean is kind of shy but loved them somuch! She was so happy and excited that she wagged her tail on the whole walk after our visit.Although the store is a little pricey for me to regularly visit, I know when I do visit that the food and treats are a healthier option for all of my fur babies.Shout out to the awesome team! You made our day.

All staff are incredibly friendly and know my dog’s name. They are always so excited when we come in and offer him treats. We live close and he now runs to the store because he loves to see everyone. Everyone is so knowledgeable and helpful. This is our go to place.

I recently found out my dog probably has Lupus. After doing some research I decided he needed a better diet. I had heard good things about All the Best and was glad my husband and I decided to stop in. Lalita and Danielle were awesome! They genuinely care about helping my beloved pets!

Very disappointed with this location, there were three employees at the register more interested in their conversation then greeting us. They simply watched as we went through the store without engaging us or asking if we needed help, after we entered a few more customers came in and we’re quickly serviced while still ignoring us, but we’re quick to cash us out. I left feeling upset and discriminated against being the only people of color in a store with white employees and customers, the Fremont location which I usually visit is a 180 experience with friendly workers and a welcoming environment, I would avoid this location if I were you.

I’ve gone to this store many times, I’ve had a few bad experiences with employees BUT today was different, Michelle helped from the moments I walked in to the moment I walked out. She answered all the questions I had to the best of her ability and helped me out. The manager was also patient with me & trying to figure out all the stuff I was getting. I am beyond grateful for Michelle and she is the reason I’ll be coming back. They know they’re stuff.Michelle thank you so much. I am so grateful 😇

My wife and I love this store they carry quality products and the staff is very helpful. However when we took our reactive dog into the store today to get her weighed an let her pick out some treats. We had to immediately leave as their was a dog running around off leash unattended in the store. So any reactive dog owners just a heads be extra careful

We are transitioning our little dog to Raw food, and a limited ingredient kibble. I had already purchased the kibble a week ago, & Haley waited on me today and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, answering all my questions and concerns. She helped me pick the best choice of the raw food I was trying to find, and didn't try to sell me simply the most costly, but the best one for my decision making. My dog and I love this place! He knows how to walk there and insists we visit at least once a week. We are greeting with friendly staff who call my dog by his name. Everyone there is so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. This is our go to place!

Great customer experience. Walked in for first time and was immediately greeted by Doug. He was extremely knowledgeable and has a very comfortable, secure and calming demeanor. Came across like he enjoys his work and I would like people like that working in my business. He educated us on the frozen small batch food, which we purchased, and educated us on the food we were already buying and some tips on managing our dogs allergy issues. Will definitely be back. I was helped by the associate Kaycee. She was very helpful and helped me with everything I came into the store for and more.Originally, I had just planned on coming in for toys for my dog. She helped me find good toys that have been popular with other dogs. She also gave my dog some sample treats which was really nice.Beyond the toys, she really helped me out with grooming supplies. I had been interested in a furminator for a while and she helped me pick out the right size as well as spoke about their benefits in comparison to similar grooming tools. She also helped me pick out better nail clippers as the ones I had bought from another store startle my dog too much. Lastly, she helped me pick out some good dog shampoo based on her experience with her pets and other customers experience.I appreciated her going the extra mile for me as a customer, I also appreciate the friendly and welcoming environment of the store. I’ll definitely return here again

My husband and I have been shopping at All The Best since we adopted our sweet pup, Santana, in 2012. We have always been assisted by a knowledgeable, friendly staff and the selection of food, treats and products is great. I’m writing, today, because I think exceptional customer service should be called out. We purchased a bed for our boy, 6 months ago. Part of the seam stitching came apart. We were going to accept the bed’s fate (a good brand), but, I reached out to ATB and, immediately, was assisted by Owen. “No problem” was the response! Yesterday, I exchanged the bed, got a smile from the women assisting me (so nice!) and pup is, currently, snoring away💕We will continue shopping with All The Best. Thank you very much!

I have been shopping at the Edmonds All The Best for over four years now. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. Today I arrived at the store as the clocked ticked to 7pm. The person inside walked behind the counter and saw me at the door. I looked at my watch and at her, but she did not respond. I was bummed I missed it by LITERALLY five to ten seconds.In fact, I had time to walk to my car, and because I thought I would try once more, I drove to the door, got out and beckoned to the staff (it was still EXACTLY 7pm!). She just looked at me and shook her head, as the clock ticked to 7:01.I guess I am surprised that I was turned away like that - I certainly would have let me in to buy ONE bag of food.I will be shopping at alternative stores for the next little while until I get past my irritation:

Horrible customer service and experience. Wasn’t greeted or even acknowledged and was given attitude out of nowhere by Felicia I believe their name was. We normally shop at this store with our pup but at a different location, so I was surprised by the cold shoulder we received. He is usually so happy to come but left disappointed as he was not greeted with kindness.

The specialists are so knowledgeable when it comes to the needs of our dog and cat. They were able to order a type a stew for my dog that they didn't carry. They are all friendly. They also put in sample items in your bag at check out. So close to our home! Love this place!!

They have a good variety of dog items at a relatively good price. High quality items, incredibly friendly staff, nice selection. Most of the items are actually at a decent price or cheaper than their competitors, but some items are marked wayyy higher than other pet stores. So beware, but overall one of my favorite pet stores in the area.
