When you purchase items that are in the warehouse, you just drive through the warehouse, and the very nice people put your purchase into your vehicle and off you go.

This place has everything you need for your animals from cats to cows to chicken coops. I come here to buy kitty litter and crew treats for my dog. The staff are great and will help you with a smile on thiet face.

Last week we bought 4 chicks, from kings feed, after we got home we noticed that one of the chicks was sick, I called them right back and told them that I was on my way back to return it, the young lady told me that they would do an exchange, but were not able to hold any chicks, she did give me a refund, but since then the other two chicks have also died 😢 I told the girl that I was a bit upset about the chick dying, we drove back for nothing, what I am really upset about the most, was the poor customer service, the young girl got super nasty with me, in my opinion when you work with the public you should keep a civilized tongue in your mouth, this young lady needs to be retrained or go to school for proper manners. I will never go back to this store, they are so much more expensive than tractor supply anyway, and since I know a lot of people that shop there, I be sure to let them know not to shop there as well.

I've been going to this feed store since I moved to the area a couple years ago. People have always been friendly and helpful. I've never had any hassles returning items. The workers there seem to be pretty knowledgeable as well, and are always able to answer my questions.

The owners of this company treat their employees horribly. I witnessed the woman screaming at her employees that work in the warehouse. No wonder they are always hiring. How disgusting to treat someone that works for you this way. Shows her true character.Edit: I don't appreciate your trying to discredit my review Tina. You most certainly do remember the incident because you had my first review deleted right after the incident happened. Do you remember now? I most certainly was a customer, however I will not be returning.I did email you. Turns out you didn't want to talk to me after all.

Only place around with baled 2nd cut Timothy hay. A bit of a drive towards Mt. Rainier but doesn't take long and it's a nice quiet drive. Nice and helpful staff makes a positive experience. I recommend!

This is a great place for all your needs pertaining to farms and animal needs. The employees here are friendly and helpful ready to answer any and all questions. The store is large and well keep ,the yard is well organized with many different things from everything from fences to chicken coops.So if you need feed for your chickens,cows or horses this is a great local spot.

I sent my son and his gf for a bag of straw. The women were rude and followed them around like they were going to steal. They also refused to get them the straw. They said they were out. My son asked if she could make a bag and she said no. I spent a lot of money here over the years. I'll take it somewhere else moving forward. I prefer businesses where people, all people, are treated with kindness.

Not for me. Overpriced AND no one was taking precautions for COVID. She pulled her mask up when I approached to check out. The other cashier didn't even attempt to do that. No other precautions were in place. It's unfortunate.
