Love the ferry store. The sandwiches are bomb and often there are new selections. (How exciting!) Bakery items are always fantastic. The take away pizzas are great. All of the to go food is fantastic. They also have a large selection of items however it’s a bit pricer then Island Market for regular grocery type shopping. Lots of fun local gifts and gourmet chocolate.

Great selection of fresh and frozen products. Stock up for the weekend, or just get your snacks here for the day.Prices aren't cheap but it feels fair considering how remote the island is.

Came here twice today with my girlfriend and we bought several things both times. The last trip here I bought a drink and on the way out there was a display of locally made skin products. The way it was set up made it look like there were samples, there was one of each product on a front lower shelf. We went to other stores that carried that brand today and all of them had samples presented that same way.We were innocently looking at what we had thought were samples, we smelled and tried one out and the two older women working decided to yell at us from across the busy store, screaming that they were not samples and accusing us of shoplifting. If someone was going to shoplift I doubt there would be much incentive to steal 4 cents worth of lotion. There was no sign saying that they were not samples, and given that we were paying customers and it was an honest mistake, the way they approached the situation was beyond unprofessional. Would not recommend this place

What, why stop at a grocery store? This will likely be your first thought as you drive off the ferry but don't make that mistake. Take a quick (and I mean quick since it's right next door) detour to pop in and be amazed. The selection of cheeses alone will dazzle you, from Drunken Goat (an excellent hardened goat cheese) to St. Andre (just one of many creamy, brie-style cheeses). Then you'll turn around and see the wines, and the beers (one of the few places you'll be able to find a Samuel Smith stout and nut brown ale) and the booze (ditto, the rare bottles of Blanton, always sold out, even in Safeway stores throughout Seattle). Of course, there's the bookshelf of local marinades and flavorings (Girl Meets Dirt, a local herbal farm, has its products here), as well as other novel items such as a strawberry balsamic vinegar from Italy; and did I mention the collection of ceramic pots and pans? So how does this store do it, all while still selling the usual eggs, milks and such to stock up your boat or picnic basket, or enough goodies to hibernate in your rented room? The owners actually run a catering business and so use their knowledge of what people want in both the usual and the exotic. For me, I was pleasantly surprised (enough to write a review) and would gladly go there again...unfortunately, one often only "discovers" this place as one is leaving Orcas. So fair warning, it only takes a quick minute to pop in and take a peek before you head to your B&B or hike. You may even pick up that rare Cote D'Or chocolate bar (good luck finding it anywhere on the mainland other than in specialty shops)...yes, it's there on the checkout counter, right next to the already-cooked teriyaki chicken! How's that sound for a midnight snack extraordinaire?

The guy ordering and stocking the store really has it dialed in with high quality items. Everything is quality, and pretty much everything you need is there, from picnicing in your car waiting for the ferry to stocking up your yacht.

It is a local store with a big heart. I love the welcoming ambience. You can stop there for a quick shopping before catching the ferry to the mainland. I love their quick and easy to go burgers and sandwiches. Love it!

Conveniently located right at the ferry terminal. You can’t miss it. Reasonable prices and excellent selection. Stock up before you board the ferry or before you go explore the town.

Very good store near the ferry. If coming off a trip or tour or heading out, this is a great place to get supplies or a quick to go meal. Nice selection of sandwiches, cookies, snacks and beverage. Coffee as well.

Plenty of great options for when you first arrive/depart on Orca's Island.Be sure to arrive at least an hour before departure time in the morning. We arrived 60 minutes ahead of time and were 14th in line.

Very sweet staff. We came in from Texas and stayed just a few hundred feet from the store so we went several times not a huge selection but definitely able to put together a fantastic meal. All the produce we got tasted great and was fresh. The location is great right next to the ferry port. Great cookies.

Great place. Really good store baked goods, coffee, and sandwiches (so yum). Also a good selection of other supermarket items. We met someone on the ferry that turned us on to their sandwiches - and he was totally right.

I wanted to give them 5stars on tripadvisor but for some reason they are not listed. The handmade sandwiches and pizzas are great! Way above average. We stayed on Orcas for a week. I sent them a list of supplies and they had it ready for us when we arrived. The grocery part is perfectly adequate, but the shinning star are those sandwiches, both breakfast and lunch sandwiches!! YUM! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable!

The sandwiches are very good! They'll even grill them on the panini press if you ask. Homemade cookies are great too. This little spot has all you need before getting on or after disembarking the ferry.

Best Banana Nut I've ever had in my 41 years on this Earth and I'm a big fella who loves food so I know my bakery goods. And it's freaking massive too! The store is a small sized grocery store...much more selection then say a convenience store. And they have a surprisingly larger than expected produce section.

Nice little store, friendly staff. Need food before the ferry ride? No real food on the ferry...only vending machines.

Loved this local market. So easy to stop here when you disembark off the ferry. All your grocery needs and a good selection of ready made items to take with you to wherever you are lodging.

This place is a hidden gem for foodies/cooks. From garam masala and berbere to truffle pasta sauce. They have it. The downside? When it's summer and ferry traffic is high, the store is filled with loud and annoying people, who are essentially there to buy beer, wine and liquor. But on weekday evenings, this is a great place for locals to get their global culinary fix. And yes, any Le Cruiset things you could ever want.

If you are here and they have their chocolate cake out, buy it. It's sooo good. Their sandwiches are also always on point. Some prices can be a bit more on grocery items than the market in town, but they aren't much more.

I walked past this store on the opposite side of the street. An employee came out and accused me of stealing food. It was very confusing and didn't feel great. It was dark, they must have mistaken me for someone else that looked similar. No apology after I explained I hadn't been in the store and have no food.

A great selection of fine produce, beers, frozen food and other grocery store items. I would call this a mid to high end grocery store. A great place to stop while waiting for the ferry to arrive.
