Popped in for S’mores and Cocoa in a cozy igloo, looking out at the snowy ranch and mountains. We had a lovely and relaxing experience with holiday music and a great host. The owners were welcoming as they passed through briefly. We felt very well taken care of and appreciated the kindness. It was difficult to drive through the snowy/icy pathway, hope they can get that plowed better. 😀 Will come back and recommend for a unique experience!

I just did a day ride there. So I haven't really had to deal with the owners to my knowledge. I did check in with a lady at the front desk, and she was very nice and pleasant. I didn't catch her name. I do think the trail map needs updated, and new markers on the trails would be nice. I kept getting confused and losing the pink trail. Maybe change the orange or pink to a purple or yellow. Still the trails are nice the water was beautiful and very clear. The pink trail is the most beginner friendly and very easy. We went during a weekday to avoid the weekend trail traffic between residents and campers.

I despise writing reviews, in fact, I've never written a bad review in my life; that being said, buckle up and strap in. The tea is HOT and it gets juicy.I stayed here over this past weekend, Friday Saturday and I planned to stay Sunday night as well. At first, everything was amazing. The views are incredible, the camp itself was so cute and everyone was so friendly. The lady in the office was kind and helpful and even though they had to move my site 3 times because they kept booking me in 50 amp sites and I have a 30, I was having the best time. I invited friends and family and we were all getting on famously. This morning, Sunday July 30 2023, the neighbor approached our site to yell at us about how her off leash dog came onto our site and was antagonizing our leashed dogs. I told her "thank you for the info, have a good day. Instead of leaving and going back to her sight, she continued to yell at us and threaten us with her dog. Eventually she left and we went back to enjoying ourselves. Soon after, management approached us and told us we have to move sites because the neighbor didn't like us.Instead of moving, I decided I wanted a refund instead and I'd be leaving. I went to the office to ask for said refund and they told me, at this point all parties are being asked to vacate. All the while that lady is still threatening us and following us around. I told the office I felt unsafe with all the harassment and threats and their response was to tell me they'd watch me pack so that nothing escalates. As I'm sure you could have guessed, the neighbor stood outside watching us and trying to intimidate our group. The managers just watched. Didn't tell her to leave us alone. I told them, "I feel unsafe with her watching us pack up after she was threatening us all morning". The management then stated that I was "refusing to leave" and that I was "escalating" the situation by packing up so quickly. Needless to say, all in all, I won't be going back as the owner of the camp let this woman yell at us, threaten us, follow us around and she herself was observing this and creating strange narratives regarding MY behavior of wanting to just leave. I asked if I needed to call the cops and they told me not too and that they would keep me safe.If you can, avoid this park and the owners. I will attach photos of the harasser's identifiers

If you love being around horses and camping in a natural setting, then this is the place for you. This is a well-kept campground and takes me back to the kind of camping I did when I was a kid. Had a change in dates for my week-long stay, and getting my reservation changed was no trouble at all. I've stayed here previously and will keep coming back!

I reserved Friday Saturday and Sunday night with a horse corral. The office gal was very friendly, but the corrals are not marked and are in very bad repair. On the website map it shows a round pen which is no longer there. The bathrooms and showers were not supplied or cleaned the whole time I was there and liter was strewn throughout the campground .

Just spent two days here. The service was excellent. The new owner, Craig, has built a roomy cafe with beer and wine and snacks on Friday and Saturday. I hope the word gets out to the locals to support this venue. The main receptionist and bar girl is named Maria. She is a treat to talk to and is very efficient. I hope Craig compliments her and the main facility man Trent. They are who keep this place running. We will return soon

There seems to be a disconnect with the new management as soon as they have your money. They phoned us back when we first were looking into booking there. Very nice. When we tried to extend our stay a day earlier our numerous calls went unaswered. We showed up anyways to no one around. Thankfully Gary was there to advise us to what to do. It seems like a free for all there. No concern what so ever by the new management. Went to the bathroom at 930 AM and found used toilert paper on the floor and no paper in the toilet paper containers. Went and told the young lady that there was no toilet paper, she then said she would look after that. No yard clean up at all, playground full of weeds ect.Would not recommend the place . Feels very unsafe.

Fantastic experience! Sandy went above and beyond to help my family stay in a warm room when we got stuck in the mountains because of snow/road closures. We are very grateful for Sandy and Gary’s flexibility and hospitality! The ranch itself was beautiful, and we loved meeting Billy the horse :).

We had been skeptical about staying here as there had been many bad reviews, but were pleasantly surprised! We had a wonderful time. It was super easy to park our long toy hauler and we were right next to our friends. The setting is lovely and we took walks around the property. We had the pleasure of meeting the new owner who was super friendly. They are in the process of renovating the property so there were some things in progress. We highly recommend this campground!

Scam, would not take a job here or stay. The place looked very run down. Lied to us about accommodations, cabin was run down and had a rotting foundation. The whole place was not up to par with what we were told on the phone or the photos on the site. Owner was very rude and unprofessional, didn't even introduce herself or greet us. Also was rude towards our dog and antagonized him. Absolute trash person!

NOT SAFE HERE FOR CHILDREN DUE TO SANDY AND GARYS Volatile PHYSICAL Aggression. We got woken up on Mother's day because they drove up to our camp site screaming at us because they "didn't get permission to run my card" which was a lie. They screamed at us Infront of our 3 very young children. We had to call the police to safely get off the property. Would NOT recommend anyone go here.

They refused to redact addresses when we made it clear we have a Washington confidential address and violated it even more by taking photos of our cars license plates. And, have poor people skills and came off hostile towards me and my friends in front of my kids on mother's day because they needed "consent" to bill and because they were late to their "mothers day event". Which isn't true do to consent being given upon check in. They also have zero respect for ESA pets.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We booked 7 rooms for a wedding in August. I called to see if they could make furniture accommodations and was told that they are under construction and there’s a high probability our rooms will not be available. I asked when they were planning on telling us this information, as I felt they were withholding it and had I not called, we wouldn’t have found out. The manager explained it’s a logistics issue on construction supplies (understandable), BUT, adequate timing to let the customers know and closing your reservation sight would’ve been expected the minute they knew this- but it wasn’t. In a small town, in the summer tourist season, all other hotels in CLe Elum were now booked. We cancelled our reservations and found out that the pent house room we reserved for the bridal party had been DOUBLE BOOKED! The reservation wasn’t under my bridal parties name, but they were still charged for the room with reservation confirmation. We wouldn’t have found out that they didn’t have a room until we showed up had we not ‘cancelled’. The refund process is also horrendous. I understand banks take 7-10 business days to refund, but I had to call THREE times before my refund actually processed. My mom rented two rooms and requested a refund 15 days ago and still hasn’t received it.The staff is very unprofessional and is not accommodating. This put an extreme amount of stress on an already stressful event we were planning.

We just came home from our annual 40 Something Cowgirls retreat at Silver Ridge Ranch! What a wonderful time we all had. The upgrades being done to the camping area are super helpful (like each pen is now marked with what campsite it corresponds to). No worrying if you're going to get a pen on busy weekends! Thank you Silver Ridge crew!! 😁

The new owners are from California witch means they have no respect for people or themselves I rent an RV spot for a few months but their septic system was plugged I asked to move to a different spot in the park and was told no straight to my face plus the roads were blacktop and now gravel so get ready to eat dust .I left that dump quickly I highly recommend going across the freeway to lake Easton state park much more fun right on the lake !

My kids and I stayed here the last weekend of July 2018 and we absolutely loved it here. Just as everyone says, the staff are awesome and the fellow campers are friendly. I would love to stay here again, maybe when there isn't a 🔥 ban. Again, loved the owners/staff. They made us feel welcomed.

This was such a wonderful experience!! We went camping with our horses for the first time ever. Campsites were very clean corals were big enough for 2 horses. Mine are small the rails were to far apart that I was worried one would crawl through. We tied rope to close the gap. The trails are beautiful. Prices are great.

The new owners/managers (Gary/Sandy) treated me rudely. Here's what happened:I had booked a stay with the former owner/operator (Mikey) for 7/22/21 through 7/25/21(4 nights). Since there was a big horse riders convention that weekend, I was only able to book a lodge room for the first and last days, and a campsite for the two middle days. Upon arriving, I was able to switch the first campsite day to a lodge day due to a cancellation. Now, seeing as how I was now a PAID lodge guest for 3 out of the 4 nights (and a paying campsite guest on one middle day), I didn't think it would be a problem if I kept 2 jugs of lemonade/iced tea and a few pieces of birthday cake in the shared refrigerator used by lodge guests (BTW there was plenty of room in the fridge). Boy, was I wrong! On the morning after my campsite night (and the check-in day for my last PAID lodge night), I went down to the shared dining area in the lodge, made some breakfast, had pleasant conversations with the horse riders, and washed every plate, utensil, pan, and the stovetop. I tried to replace the overflowing trash can, but could find no can liners. No sooner had i finished cleaning up, than the owner, Gary, barged out of the back kitchen area and snarled at me, "The lodge area is for lodge guests only!"I replied, "I'm checking back into the lodge in a few hours."Gary continued in an agitated tone, "You don't check in until 4:00, and the room won't be ready a minute before then, I can guarantee you that!" Bear in mind that I had not said one unkind or rude word to anyone during my stay. Not accustomed to being treated like a vagrant thug by innkeepers, I stared in disbelief. I simply said, "Okay" and walked back to my campsite. After thinking about it, I decided to cancel my last night in the lodge, as I don't generally give my money to people who treat me like trash.I called to have my last PAID night cancelled and refunded and explained to Gary' wife, Sandy, that treating customers in this way is "Chapter 1 in the Book of How NOT to Get Return Guests". Being friendly (I e. smiling once in a while), gracious, and accommodating towards paying guests is how to be successful in the hospitality business. Sandy told me (without any apology whatsoever) I'd have to come back to the office to get the refund run on my card.To top it all off, she then left a snide voicemail: "You can come collect your belongings out of our refrigerator. I was able to refund your money, so you don't have to come and be exposed to our awful customer service again."Seriously???!I wrote this not out of spite, but to assist future guests in making an informed choice.P.S. Oh, I almost forgot! On my first PAID night in the lodge, the mini-fridge in the room was dirty, and the toilet bowl had mildew stains.

This place was a safe haven for my family and I during the I90 closure on February 15th, 2021. We were stranded and luckily we got pretty close there, we were very blessed to find rooms. We decided to stay there because it felt homey. It is rustic but very quiet, the staff was really nice and friendly. We had a great time there.Rhanks for your kindness

My husband made a reservation for another lodge stay while in their office for the following month. When we showed up after our 3 1/2 hour drive they could not find the reservation and the place was booked. Their excuse for the mishap was that an employee did not know how to use the reservation system correctly. No apology. No offer to comp or discount another stay. No offer to help find something nearby. Just said maybe you could check for cabins across the street. Guess what… Everything in the surrounding area and Cle Elum were booked for the weekend. Drove 3 1/2 hours back home. Recommend calling to confirm your stay here before you go.

We are planning on stopping here anytime we need a place to stop for the night when crossing the pass. They have rooms that are $60-$80 double occupancy but fit more for $15 a person with a home made breakfast. But we came in late for a camping spot. They are open all night, lots of camping spots for $20 a night, the owner even said that if they fill up they will open up the back pasture for overflow so I shouldn't worry again about finding a spot . They also have RV spots for $25.00. if you have horses this place caters to you! They even have individual corals at various tent spots.

Needed a last minute spot after being rained our at our campsite. So we packed everything up and drive 30 mins away and they made sure we had a spit for Memorial Weekend.Talk about amazing experience for the kids and us. They got to jump in hay and looked for candy, played softball and had bike rides with their new friends they met there. We will be back again!
