I drive for Amazon and use their bathroom weekly. It is disgusting. Constantly. I have brought it to 2 different managers attention and nothing has changed. I will be filling a complaint with the state.

Very clean, well lit, and well stocked. Huge selection, found everything I needed fairly quickly. Staff was courteous & helpful. Visiting from out of state and greatly appreciate little things like logical grouping of products, clear signage, quick & easy self-check directions. Big Plus points from a newcomer's perspective. Surprised at the very large and upscale choices in wine & spirits and ready-to-eat options. Highly recommend this Safeway. Not very crowded mid-morning.

Still no hand wipe at one of the door not covid safe. No wipes or sanitizer at either entrance. Self check has no barriers between stations, and the attendant crowds right in when you have a problem with their bad program. Always the longest and s-l-o-w-e-s-t checkout you have ever been through. Watch the prices in the pharmacy they will overcharge. In fact the whole store is more expensive than a Safeway in Redmond. 8/20 still no wipes.

Store is clean and the employees are friendly. My only complaint is the produce department. I used to think Safeway had one of the better produce departments but I have been extremely disappointed lately. It's not just this location either. Last few times I have bought things they ended up being bad. Also have seen rotten produce out. Unsure how that's not noticed if I'm seeing it.

Friendly folks in the bakery and deli. Appreciate the extended hours and quick assistance at the pharmacy. Easy to find a few special deals/discounts every time I visit. Every team member has a quick smile, especially Ms. Sue.

This location of the popular grocery store is always well stocked and the service is usually very good. I mainly stop in for a quick bite or small grocery run for a meal to cook later. Unexpectedly parking is usually a bit of a challenge. The location is great as it's central to 3 cities, Redmond, Woodinville and Duvall.

Management really needs to address the chronic understaffing of the entire store. There are quite a few products that are almost always out of stock. The shelves are clearly not being stocked appropriately since sometimes the entire shelves are almost bare at times. There have been multiple instances where the dairy aisle for example is almost completely missing product. Today I was going to pick up some things for dinner, but the line for the self checkout was literally 3/4 down one of the aisles and the lines for the one or two manned checkouts were long as well. I just put my stuff away and left empty handed.It has become bad enough that I hate to go in there because I rarely leave with the things I was looking for. When I do find things on the shelf, I usually buy every single one of them (about a weeks supply, not excessive hoarding on my part) since there are rarely more than 2-3 when there could easily be three times more stock there.I know labor is challenging right now, but it is causing you to lose money.

Usually have a decent experience but the self checkout lady was very rude this time around. Looked like she hated her job and didn't want to help customers with problems only she could fix. Said she couldn't watch her customers and fix my discounted items from the store at the same time. Worked at Safeway for years I know that's a lie. Probably should find someone who can actually do their job next time.

This store is declining in service period. People behind the deli conveniently ignore you and make you wait rather than addressing the customer in a timely manner. Then they force you to do self check out when your basket is full. Rodiculous! This is a reflection of poor management and bad leadership.

This safeway carries very few items, and the seafood/deli counter is almost never open for business. The pharmacy is disorganized, dont go here if you need something quick and important.

Monday chicken strips 1b/$6 offer, is the worst deal. They’re the worst deal you can ever find. These strips are good rest of the week when the price is not discounted. Avoid by all means.

I'm grateful that this Safeway is here. Without it, people of Duvall, WA would have very few and even more expensive options for grocery shopping. This is the best grocery store in Duvall, WA. That said, this Safeway location is worse than most Safeway locations in Seattle area. It's understaffed and smaller than most Safeway locations.

Produce is almost always either expired or a day away from expiration. Check the expiration on EVERYTHING because even the stuff isn't regularly checked.

Clean, well-stocked, and efficiently run. We made a couple of stops here during our weekend holiday to grab protein bars, water, wine, and prepared foods. I was pleasantly surprised by the solid American-Chinese fare in the cafe.

Cheryl in the pharmacy was awesome! We have had too many cooks in the kitchen and have been prescribed things we weren't supposed to take per the doctor today. She was so great to get it all corrected. Really appreciate her help. My faith has been restored.

Me and the wife went here yesterday at 11:45pm and had yet to have a welcoming experience in the area since we moved here last week. Our cashier was so friendly and told us all about different things to do in the area. I can't say enough how happy we were to meet someone like this at our local Safeway and it's because of her we will keep coming in instead of going to the Woodinville Safeway. Shout out to her for making us feel like this is our new home town. THANK YOU!

The parking lot is terrible. My groceries were shaking out of my cart on the way to my car. It required an intervention. Your grocery cart becomes a washing machine on spin cycle when it touches the blacktop. However, the content of the store and the customer service I experienced--both great. Pricing was also very good.

Don't think you're going to get anything at the deli after 4 pm. Shelves are always empty and they never have what I'm looking for. Now I can go to Safeway in another city and find everything that I need but do not expect that here in Duvall
