Wow! I’ve NEVER had such a seamless, efficient, enjoyable experience washing my doggy as I had today at Good Karma Dog Spa! Their tubs are at a PERFECT height for comfort (my back was happy!) and the water and all the extras were by far better than I’ve ever used before, and I’ve done self-wash at a lot of places. Not to mention the staff and owner made my pup and I feel like royalty! I highly recommend!

Dropped by Good Karma Dog Spa to get Michelle’s nails done. She is such a nervous little dog but today she was totally chill with the groomer while I held her. Took 5 minutes at the most and we were on our way. Here she is with her new nails but she wasn’t very excited about pictures. The staff at Good Karma always takes care of us and we’re both very happy with their service.

Loved! My 15 yr old little toy poodle is a bit anxious, and they were very caring and aware. He looks fantastic also! He was a hot mess, as i say, beforehand.Definitely my new go to. Side note, they have a lot of unique and yummy treats there, shampoos and even CBD treats.

I took my dog to a park, and she had a little too much fun, and she found her own smelly perfume to roll in! I had to fix that! When I arrived, everyone was welcoming and helpful! When I told them I wanted to do a self-service bath, they showed me how to use the dials in the bath, and they even mixed a special shampoo for me to eliminate the odor! While I was bathing my dog, I noticed that they were really sweet to the dogs who were dropped off for grooming. After her bath, I was able to buy some delicious treats for my dog there to reward her for being a good girl. Thanks so much for your help with my baby! We'll be back!

Would definitely recommend good karma dog spa for your fur baby’s grooming needs! I took my shih tzu (he’s 13) here for our first time since we moved to Duvall and I was so pleased with his haircut when I picked him up. Melissa was so kind and made him feel comfortable at drop off, which made me feel comfortable as well.

Our dog, Quigley, has been going here for a few years now. We know she is well taken care of and always comes home with the perfect doodle cut! I’m also happy that the quality hasn’t changed with the new ownership!

I tried to clip my own dog's nails and only found that I did a great job crate training when he hid from me in his crate, so he wouldn't have to worry about me sneaking up on him to clip his nails.I walked in and she offered a nail trim and we were done in 10m and it cost less than 20 dollars and ZERO DOG TRAUMA. 😭I couldn't be happier. I came back today and got him another trim and was given equally great service.Getting a good look at my dog's teeth during the nail trim, I could finally see his pearly whites were less pearly and was able to get a recommendation for dental care items for him from Aimee, the store owner -- so he walked away with a "treat."Their store has also expanded making it easier to move about without feeling in the way of other patrons or "clogging the aisles" when waiting for services.I am happy to have such an easy, friendly, local place to help me make good experiences synonymous with dog maintenance.

Lovely people working here! I got both my goldens nails trimmed. I loved how their baths are set up and that they aren’t metal at all. My pup was curious and almost hopped in for fun…needless to say, I’m definitely coming here to use the self-wash!

Fostering a dog and the first night we got her she desperately needed a bath. However, she didn’t know and trust us yet and she’d never been to the dog wash. The gals were so helpful with their suggestions and encouraged us to come back (even if just for treats) to get her more comfortable. Fast forward 4 weeks and my daughter and I tried again. They were 20 min to closing and I just expected to get a treat and leave. But we were able to get our foster dog in the bath, wash and dry her! Again, the employees were so gracious to help us even though I’m sure they just wanted to lock up and get home. Thank you for your kindness and generosity!

Went for the first time to Good Karma today for my pet’s grooming. Grooming was done very cleanly and exactly how we wanted it to be. Our pet also showed no signs of irritation or avoidance after coming home and was enjoying as usual (unlike previous times when he clearly showed signs of avoidance after coming home). Though it is only once, felt good with the quality of the grooming and would love to continue with them.

Very kind & helpful staff. My dog had a couple hotspots and they put some cream on her and let me use some extra calming soap. They offered our dogs treats and helped us get them washed up too!

Ravioli and AJ enjoyed their grooming today, even if they were a bit vocal. I had no problem with scheduling them for grooming together before the holidays. This was a definite plus!
