My mom recently ordered flowers online from Duvall Flowers for my birthday. The beautiful arrangement was delivered a couple of weeks early, but we agreed not to say anything because the flowers looked amazing, and things happen. The wonderful people at Duvall Flowers noticed the mistake on my birthday and delivered a second arrangement free of charge. They didn't have to, but the gesture was greatly appreciated. Schatzi is a beautiful florist with a beautiful heart. She recently did the centerpieces and the bouquets for my wedding in September at Carnation Farms. Schatzi understood my interesting requests for the theme of our wedding (Classic & Romantic with Dinosaurs & Video Games) and ran with it. I am so disappointed by the flowers my wife received yesterday and I feel embarrassed , flowers look like was picked from the trash and they charge me $85 for that ,I called them , they asked me to bring them back for exchange , hhh its too late .

Had a wonderful experience sending flowers using this business recently! I planned to send flowers to someone at my company for a bereavement and as such asked the delivery person to call me if any issues with delivery occurred. I’m glad I did that as I was not aware of some gates and other issues that made delivery at that location difficult. The service person worked with me to find a smooth solution that did not bother the person who was experiencing the grief. Very thankful for this great customer service!

A coworker and I ordered flowers for an out-of-state teammate who lost her beloved pet, only to find out upon delivery that she had moved a couple hours away. Not only did Kira (sp?) refund us for the flowers we ordered without any prompting, but she was also quick to recommend a local shop that would be able to deliver flowers on our behalf. I am beyond thankful for the top-notch customer service and could not recommend them more!

My friend lost her dog and she was horribly sad! I called and spoke to Kira who took the time to hear what I wanted, she put together an arrangement that was absolutely beautiful!!! And they sold chocolates too!!! Let me say the price was right also for a custom bouquet!!! Loved my experience a d would definitely use again!

This is a locally owned and operated florist. Your flowers will be fresh when you receive them, not like ones that have been in a box for a couple days.Schatzi and her team do beautiful arrangements. They balance your budget with the person's likes and the availability of flowers. My friend was overjoyed with the bouquet she received last week. It absolutely made her day.

I've received floral arrangements from Duvall flowers twice now. The first was the cutest potted plants and flowers that were delivered in April and are still blooming and growing great. The second was a floral arrangement today that is huge and gorgeous. I even got a phone call both times letting me know they were delivered, and both times the arrangements we're placed in a safe place out of direct sun and or rain.
