Overpriced. You can get same quality item at home Depot or Amazon. Also, for Black Friday, even the offers did not make sense. For example, 50 percent off regular priced items upto $15, which was still higher than other retailers. Just takes advantage of gullible customers who cannot travel far.

What an amazing store! The garden area was full of healthy, thriving plants and was laid out in a customer friendly manner. Great pots and yard art too. Very friendly staff. Great selection in the store which is clean and well stocked. We just made this our go Ace store!!

In a world full of really big box stores, there is still room for smaller stores (even if they are still chains) that are in a local community and serve a need. This is one of them. Friendly staff, a good choice of items, and good service.

I loved this place!Great selection and very friendly staff. They had everything I was looking for and staff members helped me every step of the way.I really enjoy checking out hometown Ace Hardware's, seems like every local Ace has its own personality and charm and Duvall's was no exception.Very inviting store front. Kind of a tight and busy parking lot but not impossible, just be ready and watch for people.

It's a great store with a good selection but the staff definitely chooses who they want to help based on their beliefs. Don't wear any pride clothing if you want quality help. Didn't have a bad experience, but didn't have a welcoming one either.

This is my favorite place to go and find screws for my projects. There is always a helpful staff member on hand to help me find just the right fastener in their large in stock selection - yes I can buy single screws or large boxes by the pound.

This store is amazing. It has everything you could think of and then some. Their outdoor garden area is absolutely beautiful and the plants they had in there for sale looked absolutely happy!

Talk about a trip to the store! After $15 scratch ticket cash out, looking up to an ACE Hardware sign, I could get a can of desperately needed spray adhesive for my project. Wouldn't you know? A couple of high school employees handing out %40 off bags to fill! Most excellent! (Except the item I needed was still $4 more than elsewhere after the discount.) While there, I spun a wheel and won a really nice water bottle and entered into a raffle to win some 😍 fabulous prizes!I soon found out it was ACE's anniversary, hence all the people there! They must have had the whole town's eligible teens working this day! It was a cherry morning surprise!Case in point, never look the gift horse in the mouth!

They have the most extensive amount of fasteners I have seen anywhere. They also have a lot of hard to find items. And there is always someone around to provide great customer service...there prices may be a tiny bit more expensive...but if you live in the area...then the price of gas more than makes up for the prices...no questions hands down 5 stars...Update...still 5 stars! Just went to pick up some primer for our trailer.

First visit. They had the EGO Power+ chainsaw in stock that we wanted and they were very helpful. We enjoyed their other products and ended up purchasing something else. Also liked the garden area.

The perennial and annual plant selection is amazing they have so many things here I just can’t find anywhere else so I definitely recommend this location if your anoutdoor/indoor plant person like me but to be honest the house plants are a little too over priced but that’s ok it’s a local business.

Liz and Ronn and all team members, are the best of the BEST. They helped use locate a treasured item placed on hold for pick up (3 days earlier) after multiple attempts to locate, we finally gave up…just as we were leaving, Liz came hurrying out into the parking lot “we found it!!”. Tears of joy could not be held back. Thank you!! You will forever be our local favorite home improvement store!! 😊. FYI…They have a 24 hour hold on items, the fact that they held it for 3 days was awesome!!!!

Love this place because the staff rocks and will help you like youtube and google but you get to talk to a real human. Always have an amazing bolt and nut selection, watch out for some heavier prices that you could save on if you can wait.

I always try to shop local, but...............Went in for 3 items (multiples of a couple.) Nothing exotic or rare. They only had 1 of 3 items. Since I had to drive all the way to Lowes in Monroe anyway, I didn't buy the one item they did have. Sooooo happy I did. Duvall Ace = $18.99. Lowes = $10.99. I needed four. Saved $32! Someone is getting rich in Duvall. I don't mind paying a little more to support local and not have to drive to Monroe, but $8 per unit more!?!? Gouge much? Won't waste my my time and money next time.

EXCELLENT service today from Bridgette via the paint department. I wanted to use the curbside pick-up, but wasn't exactly sure what was available in the store. She was very patient in checking things, even reading some of the instructions. And then, when I came for pick up and asked about adding another item to the order she was quite accommodating. That kind of care is so good for business because it makes me want to return. Bridgette added extra to an already outstanding service by her whole attitude.

Ace hardware in Duvall is great. They seem to have a little bit of everything you would ever need a home repairs etc. There's a large nursery area with a wide variety of both indoor plants and nurseries stock for the garden

I can't believe how great the paint section of this store is. We first bought Benjamin Moore paint in Monroe -- black paint for a wall and white primer. We'd never painted a wall black before (it was for a customer's bar wall). The people working at the paint store in Monroe didn't say a word about using gray primer under black, which means we had to paint two coats of black. Luckily we came to Duvall Ace (near job site) to buy the second quart of black from an employee who has worked there for 15 years! He told us to next time use gray primer and we'll only need one coat of black. If we'd gone to him first we would have saved a day of extra driving and painting plus $ for another quart. See how TRAINED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE employees save you money & time?! At least customer service is alive and well in Duvall!

For a hardware store in a small town, this place has an impressively wide selection of items. The staff are also friendly and happy to help you locate a product, or just to chat you up. The whole place has a very relaxed atmosphere. Coming to do a supply run from a local summer camp, a coworker and I lounged on the displayed lawn chairs while another coworker searched for the item we needed. A staff member approached, and instead of chastising us, they offered us complimentary water! If I lived nearby, I'd go here all the time.
