First of all, the women that work at this store are rude with attitudes. The first time we went to this store they were great. The second time, i was less than impressed with this customer service.They were very clear that they were tired of their job and done for the day. They didn’t want to help us, and basically treated my wife like she was stupid. They were irritated that we wanted them to check their stock of iPhones, and that it would take 10 minutes for the safe to unlocked. We said we were fine with waiting, and they pushed us to just order it instead and get 2 day shipping. We declined and said we would wait the 10 minutes, no worries and if they didn’t have the iPhone we wanted we would go to another store if needed.. They all 3 rolled their eyes and got up out of their chairs to start the process. Luckily for them we decided based off their snarky attitudes to just leave.This store is not a corporate store, it is a 3rd party store. Save your time, and go to a different location that is corporate.

I went couple days to the shop. My phone was frozen. There were two ladies working there.Soonest I came closer I felt like unwelcome. Helping naw they looked at my phone and said to wait till my battery gets empty. One of the ladies did the same think couple moneth ago.So I went to a different shop and Steve helped and fixed.my phone within 2 min. He will be in next week in Dupont. Going to stop by and get help worh those stupid ads that is popping up on my phone.

I want to shout out the incredible support that Jason H provided as we switched my parents over from Verizon. Due to the complexity of what we asked him to do, it took a couple of hours to get everything completed but he was patient throughout, easy to communicate with, and very knowledgeable with every question we threw at him. We now have 2 voice lines and 1 MI line with devices set up and numbers successfully ported over. Thank you Jason!

I was with Google fi and I wanted transfer it to T mobile,but employer totaly messed up my phone number so I couldn't transfer it. I went to T&M and they give me new number because T mobile employer just blocked my number. But now I got a charged for the number that is blocked by T mobile. Useless employer,just ruin my old number so I have a new one and I'm being charged for something that I'm not using 😡🤬 Worst customer service and worse employer!!!

Just a shoutout to Jason, Felicia, and Taylor W for their patience with the difficulty of switching my phone over from another carrier. I had to go in there 4 times over a week to figure out what was going on, and every time I was in there, they were so kind to me and patient. They were determined to get to the bottom of it, and we eventually did! They all rock and I would absolutely trust them with my phone needs :) thanks guys!!!

I went into this store to switch over from Verizon, and I ended up just staying at Verizon simply because of how bad the management and employees were acting despite the price being lower. They were bickering and honestly being quite rude to me and my wife. The experience made us so uncomfortable we left. They lost out on our sales.

I've never had an amazing phone buying experience until yesterday. We switched over from metro with 3 lines and Taylor did everything possible to work with us. He was very knowledgeable and professional. His customer service was exemplary. There was no awkward small talk or anything that usually makes you want to rush out of a store. It felt like we were lifetime customers. The store was clean and well kept. The other staff members, Gabe and Chris, were also very friendly. Overall, great store and employees. Very happy to have made the change.

Very disappointed. Brought my phone in to be activated and the guy working tonight said he "couldn't activate my phone because it was already active someplace else." He told me to go home and call Sprint customer service. Sir, Sprint and T-Mobile merged, there are no more Sprint specific services! After calling T-Mobile customer service I got my phone activated. I will not return.

The team there was extremally helpful. I went in there to swap providers as Boost Mobile is going away. The team there was able to contact Boost Mobile and grab me and my brother's accounts for further processing. The team went above and beyond to make sure that my phone was connected to T-mobile network. Much appreciated and highly recommend this store.

Kris at TMobile was awesome. We transferred 5 lines from Verizon in a really complicated way, shipping new phones to my kids at college in other states. Kris took care of everything and made it so simple for us. Thank you so much!!

Don’t waste your time at this store. I actually feel bad for the new guy that is working there, he is still in training and We had a 3 phone upgrade that was complicated, he asked his coworker that has obviously been there for awhile and knew what she was doing to help and she refused to help since the people who came in 20 minutes after us had been waiting for a long time. When she refused to help we walked out.

We had an amazing experience at this location! The assistant manager and two other employees stayed a hour after closing just to make sure our phones where situated! We have been with AT&T for 8 years and they made the switch to T-mobile so easy and we are now saving $60 on our monthly bill! Customer service was excellent! We will be recommending them to everyone we know!

I got Nell (store manager) on Sunday. He not only helped me fix a few issues with my new phone, but let me know of current deals and helped me lower my monthly bill. Very knowlegable, and overall a 5/5 is a deserved rating for his service. My advice, if you need a new phone, want to update your plan, or have questions, come into this TMobile location on Sunday and ask for Nell.

Today we came in to change our family plan. Though we had several challenges in making this happen. Chris and team helped us through every step of the way. This process was timely and took considerable amount of resources to get it done. Through it all they were professional, knowledgeable, and very caring. I have to say that we had the best customer service out of any carrier service today in this DuPont location. So to Chris and team...Thank you for taking care of this military family. Chris and Gabe were beyond amazing. They handled my account so well and was effortless to setup my new line with a port in. They both rock and T-Mobile is the best. Chris was very fast and smart on all our phone needs. I highly recommend DuPont T-Mobile.

Really upsetting to see how these employees interact with one another. I witnessed things being taken out of hand’s, huffing and puffing at each other, and eye rolling. It’s hard to have decent people working in customer service nowadays. This store constantly has new employees working for them, what’s going on with their retention rate? Maybe time to take a deeper look at things.

Pretty rude and poor customers service there .We have Tmobile service for few years .We upgraded and selling our iPhone 8Meet up a buyer there and one of the guy work there tell the buyer not to buy from us because he wants to offer them better deal and lie to them about iPhone 8 no longer work . This is too much hustling .Right of front of me and buyer.Very very bad bussiness.

At first I was nervous when tmobile and sprint merged. But then when it was time to upgrade our five phone devices, Jeremye was able to help my whole family get easily set up! Even stayed over his shift to make sure we were taken cared of.

Rhea and Taylor were seriously SO helpful today (Mon Sept. 24 '18) They helped us for over an hour and a half when choosing our phones and adding 2 lines. A problem arose through the financing system that was difficult to get around, but Rhea and Taylor gave us options and patiently explained everything until we reached a solution. Even though they could've easily broke our budget for their gain, they made sure to know our situation and get the very best deals for our circumstances. We have zero complaints, and only good things to say!! Go here for any of your phone or carrier needs!

Beware. They don’t explain all. Don’t get screen protector from this store! They said it is lifetime warranty and they replace unlimited. But they didn’t mention you have to have insurance protection plan for that.They just added the plan without asking or explain anything. Screen protector is $40 and insurance protection plan is $30-40 a month. Kind of scam, I guess. Go to dealer store not retail authorized store like them. It would be similar cost(you might get sim card for free, Dupont store charges pretty high for that), but at least dealer store would explain what they charge and cover. But I'm satisfied tmobile reception in Dupont area and monthly cost.

Yikes, the game was on, I had plugged my phone in and then I noticed it was very dark, I could see the T Mobile emblem but couldn't turn it on or off, jumped into my car and ran down to the new store! The young man fixed my phone in an instant, while there I bought a new charging cable, and it was on SALE! Great location, nice, knowledgeable people and didn't have to miss to much of the game since the store is right here in DuPont!!!!

Nothing but trouble from this location from the start. Would give 0 stars if I could. Before going further, I'd like to note that I used to be a manager at a phone repair shop, so I understand how difficult it can be to get phone situations resolved.My wife and I were one of the first customers at this location, so the manager at the time said they would give us a $150 cash reward. When we came in later to claim it, the manager "didn't remember saying that" and only gave us $100. In addition to that, the assistant manager at that time who setup our plan added things to our plan that we didn't ask for.Fast forward a few months...we went to get the BOGO on the Note 8. It was at that time that the employee should have explained to us that I needed to have my current phone paid of half-way to upgrade(I didn't know this because I always owned my phones before). Despite that not being the case, he allowed us to go through with the BOGO anyway. This resulted in us having to still pay for the old phone that we upgraded from.Since then, my wife and I have been trying to get the situation sorted out. Aside from last week, we've been in that store every Saturday for about 6 weeks, usually for an hour at a time, and yet despite all of that time spent trying to work things out with this location, they want us to still pay to fix the situation. The current manager seems like a nice enough guy, however he's just been giving me the runaround on when this ordeal will be over.I don't get why this location has 5 stars, because this isn't good customer service. The manager has told me several times that he would call me at a specific time, however as of yet he's never called me. He "committed" to solving this issue before we had to pay our monthly bill so that the nice monthly price is what we would've had to pay. Since he's not interested in handling this problem, my wife and I had to pay another month of a higher bill.If you're reading this, do yourself a favor and try a different location.

The store is a hidden gem. While many wait in long lines in Lakewood we decided to go a few miles down the road and was exceptionally impressed. Go to Jayson! He takes care of the customer and will go beyond to ensure you leave with what you want.
