Cameron in the Blue Peterbilt made an awful day better!I hit a deer and needed a tow from Leavenworth to Tacoma, Cameron came with the truck when I called AAA, he was prompt and professional. He was sympathetic to my issue and helped address my concerns.I spent 2.5 hours in the truck with him and enjoyed his company, what could have been a boring awkward ride was a great conversation that made the time pass quicker.Thank you Cameron and Mountain Highway Towing!!

Great service, My car got a stick through the radiator. This towing company sent out a truck asap and had my car on a trailer less than 30 minutes after the phone call. Owen was the operator on call and did well with my car (being that it’s modified) no damage or even scraping my bumper. 10/5 service.

It pays to tow local!I prit near drove an F-250 Transit connect (U-Haul, bald tires) off my own driveway trying to get up after 2 days of rain. Not only did Jamie pull me back onto the road (a 2-minute job with a Dually 4WD Towtruck), he mud-dogged it the rest of the way up my primitive, clay, 20-degree slope. Saved me probably $100 plus the ire of my erstwhile wife. Call these boys first!Did I say it pays to tow local?

Jamie from mountain Highway Towing was amazing! I called for a tow because my was broke down on the side of the hwy, he already knew where I was, what color my car was and that there was a State Trooper with me. He was there in less than 5 mins and towed my car off the hwy! If I need a tow again, this is who I’ll be calling! Thanks again Jaime!

These are the guys you want to see when you're in trouble! Top notch service!Had a roll over accident up a forest service road near Leavenworth. The vehicle was off the road in a difficult location and was on its roof. Owen (one of the coolest guys around) quickly figured out the quickest and safest way to remove the vehicle and was constantly hustling, hard working, highly professional and extremely kind/compassionate. Saying I only have good things to say about the service provided is an understatement. High quality service with higher quality people. Thank you Mountain Highway Towing!

Had a flat on my way back from Wenatchee to Leavenworth on a dark Saturday evening. I called AAA and they dispatched Mountain Highway Towing. John, the tow truck driver was terrific, and towed us back to Leavenworth since the tire shop wasn't open until Monday. We called them again on Monday morning, and John came out and got us to the Wenatchee tire shop all without issue. Many thanks to him for making the experience a relatively pleasant one.

Had a truck get a major electrical issue while being fully loaded that shut it off and wouldnt let it start again. These guys helped us get the truck unhooked and towed it for use and we still were able to finish the load. Thanks Charlie, Justin, and most of all Brandon for all the help today. Really appreciate how fast you guys came to help us. Will definitely use them again for personal and commercial towing needs.

I never write reviews, but the more I think about it, I think this deserves one. The driver happened along an accident I was involved in. He stuck around, was friendly, talked to police. I heard and saw a police officer tell him "This is insurance" - twice! He eventually hooked onto my front bumper to pull it away from my tire so that I could maybe drive my vehicle. I was so appreciative I handed him $40 cash just as a thank you (because there was no charge). He said to feel free to call him back if I had any trouble. So when I tried to drive away pulling my attached horse trailer my tie rod broke. I had to call for help again. I called police to come back and direct traffic and asked them to call the same guy that had just been there because he said to call him back if I had any trouble and I wanted to give him the job. When he came back he had an entirely different attitude and was actually pretty rude to me. I heard him tell an officer that he had just gotten home and ordered a pizza and was going to "watch the game" when he got the call. If he didn't want to take the call, I wish he would have just said so. When we get to my property to drop the horse trailer he dropped it so fast that I couldn't get over there to put a block under the jack and post. I'd just had dirt work done on the property and the ground was obviously very soft. So then I had to hire someone to come out and jack up the trailer so I could move it. When we got to the mechanic's shop to drop my truck he told me the cost. I said, "Can you bill the insurance?" "Nope, we don't do that." Considering I heard an officer tell him twice this was insurance, it seems pretty disingenuous to me to wait until the job is finished to break it to me that he wanted cash right then and wouldn't bill insurance. My insurance company, State Farm, later confirmed that this is the only company in the area that refuses to bill insurance. This is the last tow company I will ever call again.

One is being generous. To employ truck truckers who are so unprofessional and unethical is beyond me . I had a friend that used their service and there truck driver was bad mouthing me and mind you I don’t know him he is just an unruly neighbor . Once the driver knew my friend knew me he proceeded to bad mouth and trash talk me . You should NEVER have those kind of conversations with your clients . Luckily me being in the industry I’m in I can detour all my clients from this company !!!!!!

Charlie and his crew are all really good guys to deal with if your car has been towed after it breaking down. When you are in a tough spot and need help, these are the guys you want coming to help you out, they are more concerned with community and customer service, then they are at turning a profit, what I mean by this is, while other tow companies, will try to stick every last little charge on your bill. I had a wonderful and understanding man, Charlie who, even though it was after 7pm was able to find one of his drivers that would take me and my car almost 3 hours to my home area. That driver Owen was wonderful and very calming to me. Got stuck on an icy hill hundreds of miles from base with a 45' coach bus and my passengers after I lost a chain due to my spider breaking. Sometimes torque isn't your friend. Our camp host said these guys were fantastic, so my bosses back home made a late night call and arranged for me to make an early morning appointment the following day. These men were knowledgeable, professional and after looking at my situation, were impressed and amazed that I'd made the hill and subsequent turn successfully previously. They had great equipment and were super safe.When we got back out to Steven's Pass, I let the parking folx know about this company, as they already had a couple customers in a jam. 100% would use this company again professionally and privately should I need it when in the Chelan County area.

Had a caliper bolt come off of the R/F wheel of my Lexus after getting new brakes the day before I left for Leavenworth. Called Mountain Highway Towing and they were there to help me within 30 minutes. I got towed to the shop and was back on the road very quickly. The driver was friendly and even offered to drive us to our hotel if my car wouldn't have been a quick fix. I'm very grateful and would definitely recommend!

Had a front tire blowout on winter roads far from Wenatchee. . These guys not only towed my vehicle but helped family get to a hotel when no cabs would travel that far from wenatchee…even helped us get our gear from the car! I believe the driver’s name was Cody. I had to drive the car until it could be put in the shop, but it unfortunately had issues and broke down. these guys took my brothers van from his legal Parking spot across the street from his house in Wenatchee towed it to Dryden where they all auction cars off. They will not work with him on the price. they are straight up thieves l!!! we called to try and get him to work with us and they're unwilling he says. Oh I've been Burt one too many times he says, my question is what did it cost you a cost to the gas money to steal my brother's van? you straight up stole his vehicle.karma is real!! very shady people. watch your legally parked vehicles if they are plowed in with snow cause they will likely disappear if these guys see it.
