She's very knowledgeable about her job and professional. whatever your problem is, Please, Approach her w/ patience and she'll make sure you're satisfied!! It's hard to find great leaders like Her..😇😇😇

Telling a 9months pregnant woman that there is absolutely no bathroom available in the entire store is a special kind of cruel.Y'all telling me there's not another bathroom employees use that an exception could have been made for a customer having an emergency? Or are employees also expected to go their entire shifts not using the bathroom at all?Either option is really messed up and not something that happens at any store i want to frequent.

The service can be slow when you are picking up medicine, liquor, detergent, etc. But At the very least, staff was nice and the shelves were stocked. The area can be a bit sketchy at times, though. I wouldn't go too late at night without a group.

A solid grocery store in an area needing one. The prices are competitive, and fantastic if you're a member. At that point you'll consistently get rewards points and discounts on groceries! The bakery section is extensive and the store never feel very crowded. It's a nice shopping experience which is something you won't find at huge big box stores.

So conflicted. The store is cute. The muscled stormtroopers at the entrance slathered in all the leather military gear and weaponry are cute. AND both frightening and exciting. I mean, I do want to feel safe while I shop frosted donuts so I am glad they are there. And someone was murdered in their parking lot, so it makes me feel good knowing they would hear me screaming like a mermaid if someone was to threaten my frosted donuts outside. I like knowing a transformer is coming to rescue me. This location always seems to have a girl who is 'real' and 'cool' working the self checkouts in the morning and I like that. I am not a good time at 830 baby. I haven't had caffeine, red vines, or been fed butterfingers yet. It's refreshing to have someone who can roll with ya vibe and have a laugh.

This is one of, perhaps the WORST Safeway in which I have ever shopped. I don't recommend ANYONE shop here. Why?1. It's in a very sketchy area, there have been shootings in the parking lot, crime and shoplifting are rampant.2. The liquor and OTC drugs/pharmaceuticals are in a separate area, with (typically) only one checker and you MUST purchase items from this area there. The problem is that people bring ALL of their grocery items there and it creates a HUGE bottleneck, which is especially annoying if you're shopping for just a few things you can ONLY get from this area. They say it's a "corporate policy" that they must allow people to purchase all their items there. If that's true, I hope corporate reads this and gets the message and SOMETHING has to change about this, it's awful.3. They rarely have more than one regular checkout lane open, and sometimes none -- everything goes through self-checkout. This is a hassle for some/many people.4. Even some of the store staff are sketchy. I was there when two Safeway employees behind the deli counter got into a knock-down, drag-out fist fight, directly in front of about 20 customer. It was awful.This is a terrible Safeway. Something needs to be done to improve it, and I hope the corporate offices are reading these reviews and taking heed.

Ok this is one of the most disgusting bathrooms I've experienced in a while. I had to walk out. This is used by people who serve food! I would avoid this #Safeway if I lived in this area because this is a symptom of cleanliness standards lacking.

Just don't go! Save yourself the time and hassel. Checkout lady at the liquor and regular pharmaceuticals yelled at me in a nasty "ghetto" way. If you can't handle a little bit of pressure don't work in customer service. Oh wait that went out the window years ago. Shopped here for 10+ years and after tonight will never go there again. Just a plain nasty store literally and physically.

Closest full serve grocery store to the airport. Clean and good selection of anything you may need. Only issue I had was I went later in the evening and there were several scetchy people around. Usual big city problems.

Just. Look at those cakes!!!!!!!, Don't you want to eat one right now,and the food in the deli,that chicken is slap your mama good( Don't really ,but you know what I mean!!) The staff here is off the chain,a real community store,they take great care of the elders here,they know it's a safe shopping experience,prices are good! Love that clearance in the back,in house starbucks,meat dept is great produce,thumbs up,lots of vegan,plant based options all thru the store,floral is picking up, wheelchair accessible, bathrooms too,all and all,a good shop,go early, quantities can run short.

This safeway typically stays stocked, the hot foods are wonderful and not too dry.They have a Starbucks that makes your order without error first time, they always have supplies for any drink.

Imagine there only being 1 other person being helped and you're waiting to be helped but once they finish helping the 1 person in front of you, you are ignored when they obviously see you standing there with the blinking light above your register! But when another person shows up, the worker jumps to help him! Want to take a guess the difference between me and the other person who needed help??? I'm darker than the other person!!! Damn shame this is happening in a area where it's predominantly non wyt folks!!! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere non wyt folks, they don't respect you here!!!!!!! FACTS!!!!!!!

Don't apply working here Tom Reeds is a jerk I'm glad I find a better job. Ginger is just as bad, so is Matt, Michelle. I had some nice managers. co workers there. But Tom. Matt, Ginger and Michelle are all terrible. Especially Tom He have zero respects to employees. he only cares about customers. He do not cares ablyt your health or Dr notes. They only scheduled me one day a week like that will help with rents. He Mico managed all departments. Don't apply here for jobs Every stores Tom run employees quit or transfer because of him Very few can tolerate him.

Takes too long to check out, every time I come here they only have 2 registers open, even on Saturdays, they are inconsiderate of people's time.As you can see the check stands are vacant, only 2 stands are open.It would be quicker to go somewhere else, even a trip to Costco will be cheaper and a better shopping experience.Update: visited this store yesterday at two different times of the day, and once today, for everyone's disappointment they had one register open at all times.

I highly won't recommend shopping here cuz it's sooo dirty and the bathroom smells and nasty and it's so gross where they allow homeless people's to shop there and use the bathroom and Dylan who works there is rude towards me. And he give evil look when he hand me the receipts. I don't like him. I won't suggest shopping there with him working.

Store was clean. Found a couple affordable things for our travel food needs. The cut fruit was 3/$12 and the flavored tuna packets with spork were 10/$10. All departments seemed to have good variety and value.

This place is absolutely disgusting. I come here every now and then for lunch. Their restrooms are filthy. They have their paper towels sitting on the baby changing table, because the dispenser is broken. It smells of sewage.

I moved from Vancouver to SeaTac biggest mistake I made going into this Safeway to transfer my prescriptions. The pharmacy person was very curt,and abrupt with me. I was trying to pick up my prescriptions that needed to be transferred. She kept saying they are not at this Safeway. Duh I know that's what I am telling her they need to be transferred. When I picked the prescription up she praticLly threw the bag at me and walked away. The employees in Vancouver were much nicer and always smiled and talked with me like I was a human being.Second, interaction I bought some cheese and when I got home it was all moldy. I brought it back to the store customer service. The women there said I'm not on the clock, and walked away. I said is anyone here that can help me. She pointed to the sign that said due to staffing customer service is closed until 130. I went to the checkout to ask for a manager and this rude women followed me frowning and snickered. The man said he could not refund me at this register. I again asked for a manager. He went to the office came back and refunded my money to my credit card. What a bunch of clowns. No idea how to talk to talk or interact with customers. Just walk away from you. Well I'm walking away from Safeway will drive out of my way to not shop there selling moldy food no apology either.

The pharmacy is excellent. The store staff are helpful. But this store is in a high crime area with mentally ill people, beggars, etc.I received a police alert that these two "children" were threating bodily harm to customers at the Safeway on 216th in Des Moines and to a young child 12 or 13 yrs old. They ordered hot food and ran out. Authorities were notified as well as Safeway management.

This store is a sham. The store has unstocked shelves with boxes of items strewed about on the floor. Lately, there is rarely more than one cashier on Thursdays and she is in the less than 15 item aisle. I don't know what is going on with this store. Second, Safeway always sends me free coupons for items that are never at this store and the items that are on sale are never on the shelves. See the photo for milk, advertised at $.99. Had to buy Darigold at $3.69 instead. Is this a ploy? Lastly, I have seen homeless people living in the parking lot, people drinking boxed wine on the sidewalk on my way into the store, have had my bags stolen and been overcharged multiple times because the Just 4 U items do not ring up correctly. This is ridiculous. I only go here because it's a mile from my house.

This store is clearly in a trash neighborhood, the store is the worst I’ve been to. Stopped in for the Starbucks. A security voice bellowed in the parking lot and the place has security guards. The management was not friendly and the security guard was dismissive. If Safeway can’t do better than this they should close. Not a good corporate image.
