Frolic Pet Services is fantastic. I've used them on trips out of town to help keep my pet family well cared for and they've done excellent. They took pictures daily, communicated well throughout the whole process, and honestly just went above and beyond. I will most certainly use their service again.

We used frolic for the first time last weekend and were very happy with the care our pets received! We were very apprehensive about using a dog sitter but we are very glad that we were able to find a reliable and professional service. Everyone was fantastic and customer service was friendly and easy. Justin and Dylan were so sweet with our boys and we greatly appreciate the effort they took to play with them, clean up the backyard, and bring in packages. Also, detailed daily reports and pictures of our babies. We will definitely be using them again! Thanks again!

Our neighbors use Froloc pet services, and we've watched the employees walk and interact with the neighbors dog and they do an amazing job. But, we see this one employee walk the dog, and I've never seen so much love and compassion. That guy absolutely adores this dog like it's his own, and always taking great pictures of the dog, even getting on the ground for the perfect pic. We've noticed this for over a year. I finally told him today how great we thought he was with the dog. I think his name was Thomas and the house (area)is located on 7th in Puyallup. That man deserves a raise for going above and beyond.

I usually have terrible panic attacks and anxiety leaving my cats, one of whom needs insulin injections 2x a day, when I've gone away to visit my elderly father. I usually set up a kitty cam and check it rather obsessively while I'm gone. Since I found Frolic Pets, it's a whole different feeling! I don't even need the anxiety medication I usually take when traveling! They give you updates each visit on their super convenient pet portal. Really detailed and thorough notes on everything that they did or noticed. They even attach pictures of your pets from each visit and they respond immediately to any inquiries. Their staff are kind, competent and really care about your furry family members. I asked a friend to stop by my apartment mid-day in addition to Frolic Pet's visits the first time I used them. I didn't even bother my friends the next two times I hired them. I felt 1000% confidence in their staff's care and dedication to my cats specifically. I swear my home was even more clean after their visits than I usually leave it! They're absolutely amazing. You won't ever worry about your beloved pets when you travel again!

We just used Frolic for the 1st time for our 2 cats. I was a little anxious leaving them for 2 weeks with a new sitter, especially as one of my cats requires medication twice a day. We had 3 different sitters take care of the cats, and after each visit, we received a detailed report of medications dispensed and care given, plus numerous photos. The sitters exceeded my expectations, even taking the trash out (we didn't ask that this be done). I would definitely use them again!

My pup gets anxious and isn't super great socially with other dogs, but I know I can rely on Carol and Frolic staff to ensure that she is safe and taken care of when I need it. They took great care of her when I couldn't after my double jaw surgery. I even talked over surgery options with owner Carol before going through with knee surgery for my aging pup, she is so knowledgeable and wants the best for all the pets she/and Frolic cares for. The daily pet reports while boarding puts the minds of my kids, my husband, and I at ease when we have to be away from our canine baby. Staff always write the nicest things about our pup. We will drive out of our way to make sure our pup can be cared for there (even after we moved to Eastern Washington) because of the quality of care we know she recieves.

I use Frolic for walking my dog. They are very professional and have come across as trustworthy and knowledgeable. Every time they walk him I get an email with pictures and status of if he peed or had a BM, if anything unusual happened, anything you can think of they give me a status of. Their app is easy to use to schedule walks and the price is comparable to Rover but without the stress of potentially cancelling. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a walker (they have other services but I have not used them).

Enzo our boxer loves going to Frolic. He gets a lot of play time and is in a safe environment. The employees send updates with pictures and health checks to let you know how he is doing which is very comforting. I highly recommend Frolic for your pet care needs!

These guys did a great job taking care of my older dog when we went out of town for a week. They were great with updates and sent plenty of pictures. He got an ear infection just before leaving so they had to give him multiple medications and ear drops with an ear wash. They took care of it all and he looked all better when I returned a week later. Thanks For everything! Will definitely use them again.

Love Love Love Frolic. I used their services for my cats. My boys love every person they have sent. After every visit they send you a lovely message detailing the visit with pics. It's great to have a company take care of your pets as if they were family.

DO NOT BOARD HERE! Has gone downhill! Beware of hidden boarding fees! I first contacted Frolic a few years ago upon moving to WA as Frolic seemed like a great option as they were close, with a flexible schedule, and a large number of staff. Dog walking seemed to go pretty well, and they also offered boarding services, which for our first few vacations, worked great. Recently I had my dogs stay with Frolic while my wife and I were on vacation and expected things to go as well as usual.To my surprise I received a message from Frolic On the first day of boarding that I would be charged a extra fee for one of my dogs barking....um, you own a dog business? Why amI being charged for a dog being a dog? I was also charged because Frolic insisted they knew better than me when it came to medicating my senior dog, I had specified proper dosage three times by the time the our vacation was over, and the owner suggested she knew better, and charged me for over-medicating my dog despite repeatedly telling them to stop. Luckily, an overdose for my dog isn’t fatal, but for yours it could be! As the staff and the business owner will not listen to the dog parent when it comes to dosing instructions. By the time all was said and done, we could’ve boarded a third dog for what we paid in hidden fees, which is outrageous because Frolic already charges more than an animal hospital with 24/7 care. Also, these extras are subjective, and therefore non-negotiable. I was of course I was not told about these extra fees until Frolic already had my dogs. Beware, if you care about your pets, please avoid this place at all costs.

I have two house rabbits (free roaming). The care has been above excellent when they have sat for me. Coming home to cheerful and healthy pets is the best. My bunnies have been skittish and scared upon my return when I've used other services/individuals, so I can tell Frolic takes the time to make sure they're comfortable and happy, which is very valuable to me. Bunnies are suspicious critters, but their sitters seem to have the knack for taking the time to gain their trust, which is very special. I love the pictures they take each day that let me see they're well when I'm not there with them. No matter how much my head knows they're fine, it still helps the heart to see their healthy furry faces from afar! Keeping their cage properly clean is great, and is also something I haven't seen from other sitters. Finally, on a non pet-related note, the extras like bringing in the mail are much appreciated - and putting the mail where the pesky bunnies won't eat it! Frolic's services are worth every penny.

Visited WA with our elderly dog, Riley (heart problems). He needed round the clock care. Frolic Pet Services provided a sitter (Chelsea) two different times we needed someone. She was caring, loving, on time, gave us follow up, written notes on her stay with Riley and handled our needs professionally, and with an apparent affection for him. I highly recommend this service. Couldn't have gone to our family events without Frolic Pet Services coming to our rescue.

First i have used them for both dog training and pet walking services. The dog training was done by the owner herself she was very respectful to both me and my lily (dog) making me feel like i was not completely dumb when it comes to dog training (i am by the way). Secondly, the dog walkers are also very respectful of the property when they come to walk my dog. Always giving her treats, love, cuddle time, and good long walks. They also send pictures. Way better than WAG since you could be getting a new stranger every other walk. I prefer to know who is coming in and out of my house.

The absolute best! We have three cats and one that takes a daily med. The sitters have been professional, responsive, honest, and fun!Though, the cats are a little partial to the sitter, Nancy; they do secretly tell us they love all the sitters that visit and care for them...Excellent care!=^.^=

We had a hard time with dog walkers in the past: Flakey, unable to handle our dog and just not coming. I am SO happy to have found Frolic. It really set out mind at ease, and our dog was very well taken care of, and they went above and beyond with pictures, customer service and follow up. I couldn't have been more pleased. The only feedback is the website is a little funky and the scheduling program was not as clear as I would like.

Only use this company if you have a perfectly trained dog who never has accidents or chews things - and who is kenneled when no one is home. Otherwise they will blame you for almost anything their employees do wrong and then cancel your future services with very little notice.The short story is: while I was away on a business trip, they neglected to give one of my dogs his medication even though I couldn't possibly have given clearer instructions; they lost my other dog's collar with her tags 3 days before I came home, never told me, never found it; and when I arrived home there were 10-12 pee accidents and 5 poop accidents in the apartment that had not been cleaned up at all. They did give me my money back for all of the services provided by the girl who didn't give the medication. Despite all of that, I was willing to believe that this was an anomaly and give them a second chance, but then 4 days later they decided to cancel the rest of my walking services without giving me enough time to find a replacement because they felt I was "too negative" about what had happened during my trip.The long story is on Yelp... I scheduled a consultation with them and I was told anytime between 1-3pm. I come in and a different lady than who I talked to on the phone says my appointment was at 1pm, when I got there at 2:50. They had some dogs out so my two dogs started barking. The lady said they couldn't stay here because the 3 rules was your dog can't be a barker, he has to be crate trained, and they have to be social with other dogs. I told the lady on the phone that they were crate trained and put on my profile, which she said she read, they they aren't sociable with other dogs, but I never heard anything about the barking issue. I just turned around and left. The lady there was very rude and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. Another thing was that they were full, but I was promised on the phone that they had space for my two dogs.I highly recommend going somewhere else to board your dog because they neglect to tell you all the information. Going there is a waste of time.

Best pet sitting service I've ever used. Great communication, and they've even alerted me when one of my cats seemed out of sorts, asked me for authorization then transported him to the vet and got him his treatment and kept me up to date on how my fur baby was doing throughout it all.
