Was taking a break from work with my brother. We were in his work truck, he owns a construction company. He was wrapping up a work call and I was finishing McDonald's. I was about to run into Bartels and grab a few things I needed before we went back to work when some security guard pops up in the window. He's harassing us as to why we were sitting there, it was private propery and basically asking us to leave. At first I was confused because we had sat there for less than 10mins and I'm about to run into Bartells. Like is this not a store, and is this not customer parking? Then I was offended. I've never been treated like that in my life. Needless to say, I ran my errands else where. I won't be returning to this shopping center at all.

The pharmacy staff is great. They have a lot of business but yesterday filled a Rx I seriously needed in a flash and I am so grateful to them.They took over the business from a Rite Aid down the street that increased their load.Know that they have a delivery option and in my case free. You can pay and have your prescriptions delivered without even leaving your home save for certain meds like controlled substances. They send texts when a prescription is ready and you can select this option there.The staff is friendly, competent, and will do their best to take care of your needs....great!

I think the staff in this store and pharmacy provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service. It's unfortunate that since the buyout the company has changed the quality and variety of products, but it's still better than the national chains. Before the buyout they were 5 stars in my mind.I don't think anyone should be leaving low ratings because of safety and loss prevention measures they've had to take to prevent theft. Those are due to changing challenges in the community and society in general.

They are racist! They seen me looking around as I was doordashing and they didn't ask me if I needed help once!! They seen a white lady and they asked her if she needed help! When I was done checking out he handed me my bag didn't say thank you or anything after the purchase. There were 3 older white men cashier/employees. If it was for me making a purchase I would have left and never came back! The whole vibe and experience in the store was horrible!

The pharmacist at this location is inappropriate and steps past her roll as a pharmacist. I contacted customer service multiple times and no one has reached out to me.I will never use them again and am reporting this pharmacy to the state

If i could give it a negative review i would.First id like to say the gentleman named robert was super helpful and was great to me.I came to buy a quick pair of headphones since i forgot mine at home and just needed it to work out. A manager named drew was the first person i asked for help to direct me to the right aisle. Trusting the product (which i now know better), upon check out i selected no to paper receipt. I walked out trying to pair the device and realized its not turning on, went to my car and tried to charge it with the provided wire and no light, indicating that its faulty. I turned back around and went back in to ask for a replacement, i was barely gone 2 mins from the moment i walked out and the same manager Drew asked me for a receipt which i explained i didnt think i needed cuz i trusted the product. He refused to help me, didnt even offer if he could help me figure out a way to pair the device, NOTHING!! I was getting frustrated because he literally just saw me pay for the item, i offered to show the transaction on my card he said no, asked if i could speak to Robert who checked me out and he said no, i asked for a higher manager or a number i can contact about this and he said no. While having a smurk on his face. Technically i just got robbed. Tho i understand it was my responsibility for having my receipt but when i asked him where is the written policy that shows "no receipt no return", he told me its written on the receipt that i didnt get... i walked out of there frustrated and yes i called him an A**hole even tho he was worst than that, and he followed me outside while assisting ANOTHER customer to tell me im not allowed to come back. NO THANK you, i will never come back to that store and give them another penny. You dont need to tell me not to come back cuz why would i ever come back after an experience like that.A review like this wont matter, he still gets to keep his job and no additional customer service training will be given but this is the type of Manager this store have. He is in fact a manager who supposedly can handle situations like this but failed, and this is the type of worker they have presenting the store.

They have extremely low standards service at pharmacy locations their pharmacies are extremely unprofessional very rude I was using different Bartel pharmacy at des mines location 216 they wore very polite very professional great customer service I used that place for 10 years unfortunately they got close and we have to use this location which extremely rude poor service very disappointing.

Once again, since the buy out, my scripts not ready when this store said they would...once again. Another " not done yet, need 20 minutes". Because of that same response often since the buy out, this time I ordered Thursday mid day, for pickup on Friday after 10:30 am, I got there at 2:30pm, was told not ready yet- Another 20 minutes please. Sat now. On hold with them for 15 min now to confirm if ready yet

I scheduled flu vaccinations for both my wife and I. Per the instructions we arrived 15 minutes early. First they had no record of my wife's appointment even though we both received emails reminding us of your appointments. So, my wife had to fill out a form again. Then it took them 45 minutes to complete our two flu vaccinations. I have never had such slow service at our Bartell's. We were the first appointments of the day, so it wasn't like there were others ahead of us. I am very disappointed with how long it took.

Okay, a drug store is a drug store is a drug store. However, Bartell is a tad bit more. I went in looking for a very specific lipstick color, which was out of stock, BUT I found 3 very similar shades which were less than the ONE I was looking for. (Score!) But the main reason for the review is that Bartell carries a pretty large selection of CBD oils and creams. I was able to find the roll-on oil that I had been searching for. (I had back surgery a few years ago, and this oil REALLY helps!) My "green" shop doesn't even carry it! Anyway, thanks Bartell!!

By far the easiest and most efficient pharmacy I have ever used. Others constantly struggled to get everything right and I would end up waiting an hour or more, going over insurance with them again and again, etc.But this Bartell's? I'm in and out in less than ten minutes, with all my medication, no screw-ups with the amount of medication, nothing. They're a godsend. I'm never going to another pharmacy again if I can help it.

Can't say enough good things about the staff! The pharmacy is absolutely top notch, and the store is great - their prices are a little higher, but with the awesome service you receive, it's worth it. Special shout out to Young, Tran, Ellen, Nolan and Nancy. You guys rock!!

My experience at this Bartell's Pharmacy was the most positive experience that I have ever had receiving vaccinations. I went to get various travel vaccines for a 2 year stay in Ecuador and the Head Pharmacist spent much of her own time researching the area to see what vaccines were required and how to get me the best prices possible. She also recommended other medication that is not necessary for travel but is incredibly helpful. She was very polite, careful and genuinely cared for my well being. She even called me back about 3 weeks later to tell me more research that she had done into getting me a malaria treatment course, the research she provided was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I 100% recommend this Bartell's Pharmacy to anybody. I am very satisfied and will be going back.

I always enjoy Bartell. Their low racks make the store appear spacious and it's easy to see where things are. Theirs employees are friendly, the pharmacy is good, and their ads are for things we need. It's my go-to place.

Super bad experience! Bad customer service ! Lady super rude ! Didn’t tel us Before hand that we need to show our ids jus to buy one cough syrup ! And then when we told her it’s okay we don’t need it then we said jus give us the makeup stuff we would like to pay that I swipe my card and then she says i need id I said even for the makeup really 🤷🏽‍♀️! We have been coming bartell for almost 5 years never had a problem and today worst service ever !u guys jus lost a customer for life!

They never have our order ready when they say to come. You always have to stand around and wait. 15 to 20 minutes. Employees also have poor attitudes! Customer service training needed.

Saw a “care provider” today in the care clinic to get an obvious wart I have on my collar bone removed. I know what a wart looks like because I had another one taken off very recently. When I went in she barely even looked at it then told me she didn’t “feel comfortable” removing it because it “just doesn’t look like a wart” she then proceeded to google what warts looked like.If you want to receive actual care I recommend going to a real Kaiser Permanente or just go on wed MD. Seems to be where they end up going to find their information.

The pharmacy staff and store employees are wonderful! This is truly a neighborhood drug store. The pharmacists actually know your name. This store used to be my kids favorite store because of the toy section! Great place to do business

Nice and courteous employees. A bit slow compared to Walgreens pharmacy. Usually takes 30 min to 45 min (sometimes an hour) to pu a medication. Walgreens is 15-20 usually sometimes a bit longer. Still like to come to this Bartells!

Purchased an item realized it was the wrong item went to return or exchange —one minute I had my receipt and then it was missing — I was not able to do anything not even a store credit !!!! Will not be shopping here again , sorry to say, I really enjoyed supporting the smaller stores…
