I like this store for there variety and decent prices but they came out with ad yesterday for an office chair. Today I looked online that this store has it in stock. It said yes, so I drove from Spokane to pick it up. When arriving an employee said they must have sold all out. I said that is doubtful as I had just checked online. Another employee joined the conversation and said they never received any units at all and that corporate messed it up and they do this often. They couldn't even have one shipped to the store as they don't even know if the company has the product. Why advertise and put it online if it doesn't exist. Waste of time and gas money. I will most likely not be back.

Bi-Mart is a great little chain store that typically resides in smaller towns offering a large variety of products at a reasonable price. My only gripe with these stores is sometimes I go looking for something fairly basic I think they would carry and come up short.

Went specifically to print pictures from my phone ! They give a lot of their time to help you get them printed ,they are always helpful ! Kodak pics are the best ! Also got cat food and other essentials!

The BiMart in Deer Park, Washington has some very rude and demeaning employees. When they are asked a question, I am met with a sharp or demeaning response. I place the blame squarely on the leadership. Customer service does not seem to be important to them.

I thought I had previously left a review of the Bi-Mart in Deer Park, Washington I guess I was mistaken. I shop here every week since my arrival. Pleasant knowledgeable staff willing to go the extra mile in customer service. Jana needs a special shout out, she has helped my husband and myself out numerous times, has delivered lawn supplies and maintenance along with dressers and tables purchased to our truck. Tonight knowing I had to get more bird seed, I have so many they go through a full feeder within 16 hours. I knew this evening might be the last night of their great bird seed sale, so I went to the store this evening to purchase more. 20 minutes before closing I bought five more bags how can I pass up that deal? She again loaded the 20lb bags into my truck saving my back. All the employees are great, but Jana goes above and beyond. I ask the manager if she isn’t one to place my comments in her personnel file. Thanks Jana

Worst experience. The sporting goods section is the worst section to deal with in this store. Was looking forward to purchasing a shotgun and the lady was super rude. Shotgun was a semi auto and she demanded me to show her my 1639 training....ummm 1639 is for semi auto rifles and I don't have to show anything. Also she was super impatient. I will not be returning to this establishment. She had no patience and wasn't willing to work with me. She is very lucky I didn't ask for a supervisor or give her a reading of the law. Been a gun owner for many years. Maybe bi Mart should train their staff to have a little more respect and be trained up on gun laws in order to sell guns.

I stopped at Bi-Mart for some groceries on my way through Deer Park and was pleasantly surprised with the variety and quantity of items in the store. They have dry goods, home improvement, canned food, drinks, fresh produce, clothing and more. Everything was reasonably priced and easy to locate and the store was tidy as well. I'll definitely stop by if I'm in Deer Park again.

Stood in front of the rifles for minutes, the lady in sporting goods assisted three other folks and didn't bother to say a word to me. Nice to have a small town store, sorry to have a small town mindset. This experience has not been the first and it will be the last. I will eagerly await Tractor Supply so I no longer have to deal with these people.

Very nice little store. A little everything I needed. The store was very clean and with a little wandering, was able to find what I needed easily with the well labeled aisle markers. I was in the area visiting family, and don't know when I'll be able to visit again, but if I do, I will probably stop in again

I've never shopped at Bi-Mart before but definitely will again. Five dollar membership fee but it is well worth the money. Great prices and many hard to find items..

I spend a Lot of time in this Bi-Mart and I have never been disappointed in any of my purchases (except that one ATT cordless phone, and we know that isn't their fault!) This place is GREAT! I stop to check with them for hardware before I go to the Ace because there's always SOMETHING that needs to be fixed when I'm on a supply run, and their sporting goods, gardening/yard supplies, and kitchen shop are well-stocked too. They save me a trip into North Spokane at least 3/4 of the time and that by itself is enough to get 5 stars, but the staff are always friendly too, so they're my go to out in Deer Park.

Really like the selection and prices.BUT, BEWARE. DO NOT buy any Russian ammunition from here. It jams up your fire arms and they have a no return policy even on unopened boxes.😕

I used to love shopping here until recently... every employee here has a rude disrespectful attitude unhelpful. If you ask management to help they will encourage employees bad behavior. The short manager with glasses (red shirt) literally just let a cashier treat q customer like trash... if you ask yo talk to their top boss they act like they know nothing will happen and they can act however they want. I talked to Jason and he half heartedly told me the issue will be resolved.... let's see if anything actually changes
