Jessica!!!! Has been grooming our poodles for the last year. Both dogs have become even more beautiful than before. We love how Jessica helps us pick the best groom for each of them. She has her own poodles and we can tell she loves them as much as her own. Thank you for loving the beauty of dogs as much as we do. 10 out of 10.

The girl makes the grooming to our dogs is amazing my dogs love her, we are so happy with all the service she has done with us and mainly to our dogs, it goes without saying the dogs end up always perfect after the grooming, hopefully she spend way more years in petco.

We have two huge lab puppies. This was the first time for both of them to be in a store or to be groomed at all. Desiree was wonderful! She was excited to take on the challenge and she tried very hard to make it so that I was not embarrassed when Hank had a bit of an accident. She was very complimentary and I truly believe she loves she does. I hope we get her EVERY time!

I had my dog groomed several times and the grooming was fine but the last 2 times I had an appointment they called at the last minute and rescheduled for several weeks later (this time it was 2 months) even though I had made the appointment at the previous service. I have called and can’t get through to a person so I won’t bother them again. Terrible customer service! I will be going elsewhere.

The staff were friendly and professional. This was my puppy’s first grooming and along with him, I was very nervous. When his groomer, Athena, walked him out and shared with me how he did and sincerely seemed to care about him, I was immediately relieved and confident I would be bringing him back.

PetCo Grooming has been great with my GSD who has separation anxiety. She goes in monthly for a bath and shed package to help keep her shedding under control and they have been working with her through her anxiety to keep both themselves and her safe during the process. She always comes out happy but ready to be back at my side and smelling, feeling, and looking great. I will continue to bring my girl to PetCo for her grooming, for their continued care for her, and great service. Also, always remember to tip your groomer, they work hard to make your pet look and feel great!

Athena does a wonderful job with my pet (Pumkin). She always tells me how he did and what I should consider doing for his next visit. She’s kind and professional. She always greets us with a smile and pets my dog to get reacquainted with him so that he’ll feel comfortable.

I would not use same stylist. She completely shaved our dogs tail. I have never experienced that before. It looks bad!! Her excuse was theat it was too matted. I just think she should have asked before making it look like a rat's tail.. :(

Our dog Benny has special needs----he lived his first 4 years in a cage in the woods. Desire, the girl who cuts Benny's hair is very patient with him and never cages him. She keeps him by her side the whole time he is there. Benny loves her!!!!!

Rose seem to love going to be groomed. I think it because they treat her so nice. Also she always comes home looking and smelling so nice. I think they do a great job on her.

Excellent groomer! Cheryl did a outstanding job with our elderly 14 year old baby Pomeranian! She knowledgeable about smaller breeds! Highly recommend her for your small pet!

My dog is a super friendly, calm lab. The only issue is that he won’t go into a crate. He’s claustrophobic. He’s fine on a leash tied to the outside of it though. Petco stopped taking my dog in because they said he has to go into the kennel and there was no way around it. Too bad. Guess I’ll take my business elsewhere

I drive 14 miles to come to this petco. They provide extremely amazing service, and produce results that i haven't seen anywhere else. The staff is amazing, they care for my animals, and always execute with excellence. I'm a customer for life!

We have a very young puppy and are not comfortable cutting nails. I saw the nail trim going on and he was so happy with the groomer, wagging and licking her (sorry).

The gentleman whom was working the evening when I brought my old/big boy with a back problem in to get his toe nails trimmed..... was scared/ shaking,just had his teeth done with in the week I think is why he was scared,but anyway the gentleman was so very gentle/caring with handling him i loved it........definitely a special groomer which has a heart of gold. Mathew was the gentleman ( Groomer 😉)
