The staff are super friendly to people and most importantly to our doggies! They have all kinds of healthy treat options that aren't very expensive and they give samples!

Nice store, nice people working there. Employee owned, a variety of pet supplies mainly for cats an dogs. As far as I could tell. We went on for a mouse toy. Sold out, the other store has some. 21min later, nope no toy. Sold out, well she got two different toys. I think she likes.

I knew my adventure today would be interesting--my puppy leaves puddles everytime he has any emotion good or bad. The employees were so amazing and made my dog feel safe and by the end of the romp around the store his tail was wagging! I call that a win. Also they helped me and cleaned up my dogs puddle! I would give then 100 starts if I could.

Friendly and helpful staff. They have freeze-dried salmon as well! I'm not sure why, but their prices are a little cheaper for the bagged dog treats than other mud bays I've visited.

Went with a friend, didn't but anything. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the store. I loved how everything was set up, made it visually appealing. They've got a great selection of cat and food treats. Considering going there for treats for Scout soon. Customer service was awesome! Staff seemed knowledgeable and was very friendly.

Good selection, but pretty pricey. I used to love Mud Bay but like a lot of companies out there they're catering to the WOKE crowd and I just can't deal with the politics anymore. I'd rather drive over to Rieber Ranch to give money to a company who leaves political garbage out of pet ownership.

Been coming to this location for about 9 months. The employees are always very warm and welcoming, but we come for the great selection of high quality and natural products. Be careful though, we usually stop in just for food or litter and come out with treats and toys galore. It's very easy to go ham and spoil your babies here.

Unfortunately right now (end of DEC2021) their shelves are 'bare'. Well about 15% of the store is bare. There are still plenty of food options for your pets, just maybe not as much as usual. It sucks because that's something they can't help. I still had great interactions with the staff, very friendly and kind. That's why it doesn't get less than 5 stars, because it's not their fault and they still provide plenty of options around the store. For example, a certain type of food was out and they had a sign recommending other brands for the same 'flavor profile' for your feline friend. Good thinking! Too bad this one isn't my local Mud Bay :/.

I am the brand new puppy owner of a labradoodle. I am way in over my head and had a plethora of questions. (many of them stupid/silly). Thank God for this person who greeted me with alacrity at this store. I didn't catch their name, but this person had a Wonder Woman tattoo on her arm. This person was patient, friendly took the time to learn my pet's name, and answer all of my questions and offered so much advice. Mud Bay in Covington is my new go to for all things puppy related. Thank you for all of your help. 5/5 stars
