Edit: Your response is exactly what I expected from you. You are once again rude, and assuming. The problem was not your so called honesty, it was your behaviour. It's wild to me that you could read my review and go with the "I'm sorry you feel this way" apology. You made me feel that way with your behaviour. Not your honesty, your delivery. Kindness is not difficult. Using the excuse of honesty as if that makes being rude okay is really lame.-The older woman working there was deeply condescending. I asked a question and was met with a lecture that resulted in her likening my asking if a treat would help my dog calm down so he could enjoy his walks more, to drugging a six year old who can't sit still in kindergarten. Maybe she had all of the best intentions, but her tone did not pass the vibe check, she just managed to make me feel awful regardless of what her intention may have been. She was exactly zero percent helpful and put me off wanting to look for anything else there.

I bought this “tuffut-flex” dog toy for “tuff chewers.” The piece my golden chewed off in less than 30 minutes is on the green cardboard above where it states for “tuff chewers.” I wanted to exchange it for a better toy and pay the difference but I was told I could not do that because it was damaged. That is the reason I brought it back the next day! No customer service here!If you look at my other posts I am NOT an “impossible” person to please. I normally give 5 stars but when I feel a business is not taking responsibility and in fact blaming the customer, I think others should know. I appreciate great businesses and my reviews show that. Positive breeds positive energy. This was my first time in this store and my last. I try to surround myself with positive. This was a dog toy that was $12.99. I did not ask for a refund but to exchange for another toy I know to be stronger. Seems like not good business sense to make a fuss over this small amount. This is why I wrote the review. I already ordered toys I know to be stronger from Amazon. Try Kong or west paw from Amazon.

My family and I visit this store when we are in town for my toddler to look at the kittens and cats in the store. The past 3 times the employee “working” has had loud music playing in the store, and spent the entire time during our visit on his phone. No greeting, or how can I assist you?, or any sort of politeness.We will continue visiting the store simply due to our adoration for Coupeville, however we might actually purchase from the store if we felt welcomed and acknowledged as customers rather then a nuisance.

I love this store. I have two big American bullies and its always really calm inside the store which is awesome when trying to wash two dogs at once. Also they charge a really good price to use their dog baths.

I take the care, nutrition and health of my dogs very seriously. What I find invaluable is being able to buy any food at this store because it has been thoroughly vetted. The owner and staff research everything so I don't have to. It's obvious they have a passion for nutrition and very high standards.I've been to other stores where I had to notify them of recalled food on their shelves. Worse yet they were still there days later.The bulk of their products are food and supplements. All the best quality in a variety of price points. It is focused on dogs and cats. As a trainer I can recommend the Real Meat dog food as awesome trainer treats that you won't feel bad about!

A wealth of knowledge about various diet choices for pets and so passionate and willing to share and educate! I had a fantastic experience there and feel really great about starting my dogs on a raw diet. I feel like I have a mentor - not just a store owner! Thank you, Whidbey Natural Pets!

Cute shop with interesting items, some even locally made. Cat toys is limited to onerolly trolly thing. Staff is friendly and helpful. They also have kittens for adoption but you can never either get a straight answer when they'll be ready for adoption, if at all and how to start the adoption process. Seems to you to know some who knows someone who knows someone to get a kitten there or the correct information

I wanted a treat ball for my dog that I have only seen at this shop. The lady’s kids were running all over the store and getting way too close to me. I told my husband to move back from them. The lady said, “ They are fine; don’t worry about them.” I thought, “ what about my safety?” Then she proceeded to take my credit card and did not have wet wipes or hand sanitizer. I felt very unsafe and she was doing nothing to address any virus concerns. I will never go there again. She does nothing to protect customers.

LOVE. LOVE. LOVE. Working as a petsitter in the area so I’m constantly going here. They have an adorable cat that greets you. They are super friendly and helpful in anything I’m looking for. I even came here as Christmas presents for a couple friends and their pets.

Just had a definitely far from good experience at that stupid Whidbey Natural pet dog wash oh my gosh! What a deal. First of all it STINKS!the hoseNozzle is about a foot tall with an on off squeeze trigger that literally you could easily really drown and kill and fill a small dog's lungs with water accidentally! And then lastly they're stupid blow dryer to dry your dog is nothing but ice cold air blowing Ice Cold Air on a wet dog so I just bundled them up with the towels and said "well i can say ive done that now...never again"and I walked out with wet dogs.just letting you know so you don't recommend it to somebody. Also the tub is so deep that you have to bend over like crazy the whole time so if you have a bad back forget this place. It might possibly be okay for a Saint Bernard but then good luck getting them in a tub that the top of the tub is 4 feet off the ground or more......DANGEROUS and ridiculous🐕🐩😳😏

Selection of toys is very limited, and absolutely nothing for parrots. As far as parrot food supply goes it is all seed sea-based, the worst thing you could feed a parrot.

Maskless staff. No barrier between said staff and customers. This is rediculous. Even is staff is vaxed, not all customers will be, this is unnecessary risk, clearly shows how little they care about the community
