Main station being a fuel service, yet two other businesses at both ends of the establishment are connected. A nice location for stopping in. Restaurant, gas station and a bait and tackle shop. Really cozy and inviting. The staff were amazing individuals with goals. I suggest stop in if in the area!

Burger was trash. Tasted like it came out the back door of a McDonald's. Onion rings were soggy, fryer wasn't up to temp. I'd recommend you just go to the grocery store in town.

For a gas station, this is great. I was pleasantly surprised that I could feed my family of 6 with a single large pizza. It was freshly made and pretty good. Of course, if I was at a fancy, expensive restaurant, I would not give it 5 stars, but for a gas station, it's quite good.

Our favorite fuel stop for snacks and beverages whenever we're visiting family for 10 years. The food is surprisingly good. My favorite are the fries and sandwiches -- burgers, French dip, Philly cheesesteak -- all served hot and freshly made.

I have been here multiple times and everytime it's always warm and welcoming. A lovely staff. Great service. And the restaurant has wonderful food.

Went with 4 people two were done eating before the 3rd was served and that person was finished by the time i got served. All 4 orders arrived over a 45 minute period of time. We all ordered breakfast and 3 were supposed to come with toast but didn't.However, everyone got jelly for the toast that didn't show up. We asked for our toast and it finally arrived but wasn't buttered. One person couldn't eat her pancakes because they were chewy. I had the worst chicken fried steak ever which was also tough and chewy. When we complained to the guy who took our money he blamed it on the kid who wrote down our orders. It was clearly the cooks fault for being incompetent in the kitchen. Oh and it tasted like someone spilled cleaning solution in the gravy.

I have so many good things to say about Big Wally's!*The owners and employees are always super nice and very helpful.*You will not find a more convenient stop when you are traveling through eastern Washington.*Very clean store, you can tell it is operated with pride.*The coldest beer with an excellent variety, as well as good wine and spirits.*The employees are full of use full information about surrounding lakes, what fish are in them and what the fish are biting on. Huge tackle shop!*Great menu and food service! I always order the deluxe cheese with tator babies, my husband loves the club sandwich. Prices are very reasonable.I highly recommend this place

We had a stop for a fast snack;restroom & refueling Looks safe and people are nice. It has good size parking lot with a dedicated area for trucks. The restrooms were clean and there was some variety of healthy(er) food. Great service and great Food.Good job Folks keep up the good work :)

Stopped in for food after exploring the Blue Lake Rhino area. We ordered pizza and chili fries, both are deserving of far more than 5 stars! The employees and their service were fantastic as well!

Good quick stop to grab some drink or a quick bite to eat. Had the biscuits and gravy. Not bad. A little bland but otherwise tasted good. The wife ordered a bacon egg and cheese English muffin. She enjoyed it. You can also buy alcohol at this location.

God awfully expensive!! For a 12pk Pepsi product soda 1 large fountain soda 1 cup ice and two $.99 cent Arizona teas was well over $10!!! Which is absurd in my opinion personally!!! Won't be going there again while visiting my aunt in this little community that's for sure at least not for beverages. However cigarettes were almost a whole buck cheaper than the local grocery store and the younger guy running the register was very friendly and of good humor. Probably ther only two decent things in the store to me. I did notice though that there was a section of the store dedicated to solely fishing equipment. Didn't wander through there though so have no idea what prices were like in there.

We have always had a great experience at big Wally’s. Been going for years. The staff goes out of their way to make our experience a wonderful one. The bathrooms have always been clean when we have gone it.I would like to mention a cashier in particular. I believe he is on the slower side. Tells us his name everytime we go in there, tommy. He is such a sweet boy. I think it’s great that they hired him. He brightens our day everytime we see that little guy.My husband and I normally eat when we do get there after the long trip we make. The food is great. Cooks always greet us with a smile.

So beyond furriated with whomever handled my transaction. So extremely rude and lacked customer service skills. All of their ice cream bins were empty so I had to call my friend to ask her which was her next choice and while I was on the phone the guy interrupted me and said “are you ready yet” and then when I said no he went to check other people out so I got in line and when I got up to the front with my snacks and my one ice cream cone I was trying to get all my stuff on the counter and my ice cream dropped on the counter and the guy goes “what do you want me to do about it” so I said “well I would like another one and I’ll pay for it if I have to along with my friends” and he actually charged me...for 3 cones...so that’s cool:)

We have stopped by Big Wallys for years on our way to Chelan. If you need fishing gear, ice, beer or gas they have it. This review is based on the bathrooms that probably have never been cleaned; they have the same wornout sign above the sink saying the water is very hot. The eating area was filthy, food on the floor. The food was horrible...meat was like cardboard and no flavor. The place needs attention to bring it back to the high quality gas station place it use to be: finish the remodel, clean the place and paint the filthy walls, use real beef in the burgers.

I went in awhile ago with my family. There was an older gentleman that works there. He was following us around and watching us. He never offered to help us, he just kept watching us. It made my family super uncomfortable. As we were leaving, my significant other pointed out that he was watching others people’s kids. It was so uncomfortable we will not be going back. We have heard the same situation happening to other people, so we just wanted to warn others before going.

Been going to Big Wallys FOR YEARS 10+ years. Have always looked forward to stopping there. Since the new owners have taken over, prices are through the roof! The place is not as clean or kept up as well as it use to be. I bought 4 pieces of jerky, and a lunchable and it cost me almost $20. It's disappointing more than anything.

We travel through Coulee city biweekly, often midweek, sometimes weekends. Bugs get all over the windshield regardless, however, this gas station thinks washing your windows is a joke. All the squeegees are broken and the trash is always so full that its spilling out and often people put their trash in the water meant for washing your windows. They also have really expensive gas. Just wait a few more miles and go to a gas station up the street that actually cares.

Super busy with all the fishing, but good for gas and a restroom stop. We didn't stop for food as it was packed, a bit dirty as well, but it looks like this is the spot to be for the locals and the locale.

I must say that yesterday I had one of the best fish sandwiches in quite a while a while.....had to give the cook and extra tip...keep your day job and Big Wally's is still popping out the best food around. Good job Josh. So all you catch and release fishermen out there can still get a chance to have a great fish sandwiche.

My husband and I stopped last night for dinner. While the food was good, the cleanliness was greatly lacking. And the people at the pay counter were kind of rude.
