I love this place. I loved the previous management and I really love the new ones as well. They are so friendly. They also strive to make sure everything was just right. I had one minor issue with my order once and the owner was at my table apologizing and fixing it right away. The new owner always asked my work group of there is anything they could do to improve my experience. Connells go to place to have lunch with my coworkers.Vegetarian options: Pizza and salad bar options.

Papa Ray's just got new owners; I have been in twice since they took over. I am pleased to report they don't plan to change - it will stay the family-friendly, customer loving, high-quality establishment we have all grown to love, BUT...they are adding new items to the existing menu! You've absolutely GOT to try the Tandoori Chicken Pizza!! It is sooo good 😋

My husband and I got stuck in Connell because of car troubles and we walked to Papa Ray’s for lunch. Their pizza is DELICIOUS and they have awesome bread sticks! We highly recommend the Luau. The atmosphere is super cute and great for hanging out.The family that owns this restaurant is amazingly friendly— they offered us strangers a ride back to the motel and to use their tools to fix our car!I think we’ll make this a regular road trip pit stop!

The pizza was great with many options to choose from. The staff was excellent on making good suggestions if you were undecided or unsure. I was very pleased with the results of my choices for pizza! There was a decent salad bar as well!

Great buffet. High quality product. Got the fries, tots and Mozz sticks as well, all delicious. Friendly service and great local spot! If we are ever in town again we will be coming back!

GREAT Pizza with excellent service. I was pleasantly surprised when I tried Papa Ray's the first time. I grew up back east with excellent Pizza in Chicago and New York. The flavor, crust and style hold up among the very best.

Awesome pizzas, friendly staff. Called ahead with the order an hour away. Stayed open for and the pies were piping hot. Best pizza in the tri-cities area. Will definitely make the trip from Spokane to eat there again.

Went there for lunch while traveling through from Kennewick. They had a pizza and salad all you can eat buffet and it was great. Food was great, service was great with relaxing atmosphere. I'll go back.

I very much enjoyed the food here!They messed up on the order a bit but completely made it right. Their totts are on the more crunchy side, both their ranch and Tarter were super tasty. I would definitely recommend!

Hands down best place to stop and take your time to grab a pizza. Great people with fast turn around on fantastic pizza! I highly recommend adding this to any stop if you’re near the area. Family owned and family run! Great time for anyone

Tasty warm friendly pizza and burger place. Service was fast and very friendly. Several Tv's to catch a ball game too. Salad bar and pizza was on my menu tonight. Next visit I think we will taste one of their burgers.
