Filthiest bathroom I have ever had to use. Sink, toilet beyond disgusting. TP all over the floor. I think they have two but only one in service. TP wasn’t even put in the holders.

Circle K here is bad beyond all belief. Really rude workers who find that it its acceptable to pick at your own skin (read: dirty). Circle K needs to really improve if they want my support and love. Circle K isn't anything close to the quality of work and quality of service that I would want. Circle K needs to rehire someone else like the college kids who did a really good job with service near U Washington where I just recently stopped at a convenience store.Please do better incompetent, bottom-of-the-barrel staff. I won't be coming back on my trucking through this region.

Do not get this drink value advertised for $5.99. get 30 drinks in 30 days here for $5.99. I've bought this several times but was not able to get the drinks that are on the fountain because of so many issues over these machines not working or product wasn't available. It left me angry after purchasing this advertised special. Doesn't come with guarantees or extensions when machines aren't working or no one is stocking the empty drinks. Just out of order or empty signs up over most products there. Summer is coming. Many months of the same issues I finally quit getting my drinks there altogether. Nor did I get my money back for theoss by your defaulting .And I liked going in there. Loved the management and I would on the average spend anywhere between $20. To $60. When I did come in, usually cigarettes gas drinks something to eat and maybe some scratch tickets, what can I say?. I haven't gone in but a couple times since Thanksgiving and only got my cigarettes . Drinks are down still and there's not much food later in the evening. Cashier's are friendly but not .much to go in for. these days. That's sad. What's going on guys? Thought it was a convenance store? Still would come back if you'd fix your fountain problems and have more food in the evenings to choose from. Not even sausages are out . But they have great bottled propane exchange bottles and air for car tires there.

They are always short staffed and keep firing people like there's a line of people wanting to work there. Most of the cool people have been fired so I've just started to go to other places to get gas, snacks and drinks.

You guys need to have a talk with that new kid in glasses working there! I go there and use the bathroom all the time with no problems! Then one night when that kid was working the night shift he told me if I use the bathroom I have to purchase something. I said are you serious? I’ve never been told that by the other workers here. He then said yes it’s a new law. If you use the bathroom at night you have to purchase something. I knew he was full of sh!t and walked out!

I notice the bathroom is very clean and that tells you what kind of employees they are if they care.. Curtious and helpful I found the clerk to be. Nice store. No trash over flowing and it was well lit. Go Here instead of elsewhere..

I pumped gas. Gave register person $50 told Hispanic lady, I'm gonna fill up asked manager if I can use bathroom and her answer was oh no not at the moment. I sprayed it down and bathroom is not available right now so I needed to use it real bad. Jumped in my car to get to a bathroom then drove off to Tri Cities got distracted and for got to get my change. I pumped $36 so they better have my $ tomorrow. Manager tells me oh I don't see any money left here, kinda rude. We will see tomorrow. Sad thing is that I work in Connell so I go there all the time.

Connell Gas and Food Mart is two blocks up the road, go there instead. Circle K does not have internet so you can't pay for anything with plastic. There staff is very young with little to no customer service experience. The store is dirty. Connell Gas and Food Mart is a much better store and the staff are friendly and helpful. Spare yourself and take mybasvice.

Bought gas here for less than $25. Within a half hour, I got an email from my bank saying I spent $91 here. When I tried to call (repeatedly) to figure out the issue, no one would answer. Stay away and keep your money safe

Carol gave me an annoyed dirty look when I asked if someone could help me with the coffee machine. It only gave me milk and hot water. She could have smiled and said someone will be right with you. But no. She choose to be rude. It was my first time in there. Not sure if it will be my last.

Convenient but always dirty. UPDATE: this store has made huge improvements and they have been diligently working to keep things clean and orderly (even when they are flooded with students/workers on lunch breaks).
