We stumbled into Birdsview after spending our morning amongst the larches at Heather-Maple Pass Loop and getting in some sightseeing at Diablo Lake. They were conveniently located just off Highway 20, in Birdsview WA.We knew we'd be looking for some grub after our hike and that we'd have our fur child (Ender) with us, so wherever we went, we would need it to be dog friendlyLucky for us, @birdsviewbrewery had a full food menu, in addition to being a family/Dog friendly spot. They have a spacious and charismatic taproom with rustic themed tabletop seating. The space is cozy yet comfortable and clean. They have a large biergarten area, complete with gazebos and tent covered seating. This space is dog friendly. However, it is 21+While there we got a flight and some pints of their:🍺Pandemic Haze, Hazy IPA🍺Bills Pils, Pilsner🍺Sasscotch, Scotch Ale🍺Witless, Belgian Witt🍺6 BBl West CostWe also enjoyed some killer food. We started with some pretzel bites w/ 🧀 and eventually got their Grilled Chicken Sandwich and their Pretzel Burger. Both were delicious and perfectly portioned. 😋There were a ton of dogs 🐕 hanging out, which made us feel right at home. We will definitely be back to the North Cascades and will be sure to stop into @birdsviewbrewery again.

Nice stop when through the area! If you don't want to hassle with cooking while camping or you're just passing through, Birdsview has a nice menu that will appease anyone in your group. The chips & salsa (with Skagit's Best salsa) is so, so good. The sandwiches were good, a bit messy but tasty. The sandwiches are served with a bag of chips. Pro tip: order chips & salsa and pack those chips for the weekend hike. The beer was solid. The Cold IPA was refreshing and the IPA nice and hoppy without being overly malty which I always expect when I leave the city.Loved the (21+) beer garden outside and they had live music starting at 6:00 which seems to be a regular thing in the summer. $5 cover which goes to the band starts at 5:30.Overall a great spot to grab some food, a drink or just relax and enjoy some tunes.

Our first time because it is kind of a far drive but totally worth the effort, thank you 2022 Ale Trail. The beer is great and so is the food. We had the Tomato pesto grilled cheese that was absolutely mouthwateringly delicious!! Also the grilled bratwurst with added sauerkraut, grilled onions and regular mustard was everything I wanted it to be, very satisfying. Looking forward to a burger next time.

Great place, local spot that is open to us outsiders after some hiking in the great nature nearby. But their beer, for me, was perfect! I love a hazy ipa and it was one of the best I have had in a couple of years for sure. The decor is off the charts fun for conversations, the food was typical, just be sure to confirm your order, we asked for burgers and somehow got child sized chicken sandwiches...uhhhh?!

Be sure to stop by this very cool and interesting place! Staff was very friendly and helpful. They have gluten-free bread and hamburger buns from 5B’s Bakery in Concrete…yummy food !!! We’ll definitely be coming back next time we’re in this area.

One more place for destination event. Going to bring my brother here. This is our first stamp we got on the Skagit beer trail. We aren't big on pubs, but the burgers were calling. We split a Everything burger and the taco salad. Delicious.Husband extra happy on the taco salad. I loved the burger best.So pleasantly surprised their house golden ale was SO GOOD.I'm not a beer fan, but my sip from husband's drink turned into half a glass. We loved eating outside in the golden hour. It was fun to see everyone relaxing, even the dogs.

Nice small brewery. Tried all the beers and enjoyed them. Solid options with good variety. Would be happy to drink a pint of several of the options. Didn't eat so didn't give 5 stars because I can't speak to the food. Great back garden area with shade. Would definitely go back if in the area again.

We live in Seattle and hadn’t been here for about 10 years, but the beer and food was as tasty as I remember it and the staff are all down home good folk and were as friendly as ever. This is a bar with an exterior beer garden, Washington State Law prohibits any person below the age of 21 to enter a bar or beer garden. We were in the area looking at all the wonderful fall colors and were overjoyed to see that the Birdsview Brewery made it through the Covid down turn. All beers and cider on-tap are made in-house and each of us thoroughly enjoyed our pretzel burgers, cider and beers.

Excellent local beer! We had a wit beer and a flavorful IPA, but I can't remember the name - 7 barrels? Both were great but the IPA was extremely tasty. The food was okay.

Food was more than decent, and the peach cider was amazing. Small venue, but it has a lovely beer garden with plenty of shade and cross breezes. Well worth a visit.

When we were posted up at the Big Rock Roadhouse hours before, another patron suggested we try this place after we were done treasure hunting (Geocaching) for the day.So we did.The space is intimate so it was seat-yourself. I ordered the SasScotch Ale to wash down my meatloaf sandwich. The service was decent, definitely not over the top friendly. Not sure if it was not being a local, frequent patron, or an off-day for her. Regardless, we happily ate our food and killed beers. Then we set out to find the geocache hidden on the property.

Every once in a while my buddies and I like to travel around to take in what our Washington has to offer. This place is a must go if you are ever around. A true Gem. The people there are soo nice and the vibes are super positive. Plus they have horseshoe! First time I've ever tried to play but a memory none the less. I will definitely be going back when I have a chance travel up there again!

The coolest little brewery in this part of the Pacific Northwest. It’s the last chance for local brews on your way into the North Cascades — and your first chance if you’re on the way down from the mountains.

Worst burger I have had in a long time. The “beef” tasted like the nasty stuff they served in middle school lunch. The toppings and bun were good but the patty was inedible, I didn’t even finish half of it and I was starving from hiking Park Butte. The staff was decently friendly and the watermelon cider was good but that burger deserves 1 star.

After a smoky Sunday hike at Baker Lake - Maple Grove, we stopped here on our way back home to Seattle for beer and sustenance. They were very accommodating and have both a large inside seating area and copious outside seating. Since we had our dog with us, we opted for outside (they are a brewery that also serves food, so no dogs inside per the health department!). We ordered the Witless and the Golden Pale Ale and thought both were very tasty, would drink again. The owner was super nice and came out to our table with two big dog treats for our pooch! Seems like a gem in an area where your choices are slim. We'll stop by again next time we are in the area!

Great icy cold beer, IPA and Scotch Ale were really good. Lovely shady grassy area in back with a small stage. Would be a fun spot to listen to music. Dog friendly, even brought Yampa a doggie bisquit! Food is great too! Worth a stop!

Ok for breweries in the middle of nowhere, this has got to be a contender for the top spot. After hiking all day, my appetite was indeed wet for craft beer. So I stopped by and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of each brew. I had at least 4 pints and each style was on point. It was nothing groundbreaking per se, it was just top notch quality. Definitely the better breweries in the county. The best thing about it for me, and this is an underrated point imo, was how cold each beer was. We’re talking ice cold here. Overall it was the most refreshing beer session in recent memory.

Wonderful world class brewery! Great beers and a nice beer garden with a music venue. Tip: pick up a Skagit Farm to Pint Ale Trail passport and you can get a free pint glass!

What a great place. Good beer. Seriously good Salsa. Mine came with Nachos which were pretty good too. Not a bad bike ride up the Cascade Trail from Sedro Wooley.

This family run brewery/restaurant exemplifies Northwest hospitality. From their down home family friendly service...to their NW inspired culinary treats on the menu, Bill and his "family" will surely serve up an evening to remember. Whether you are enjoying a pounder of Bill's Pils...or just sipping the evening away with a Ditsy Blonde or two or three...Bill's award winning line of PNW craft beers will provide a "taste of the Pacific Northwest" you may...or may not remember😉...but one you will never forget...and sure to visit again soon! 🍻

Fabulous grounds! Very informal service and seating but that is the charm of this brewery slash pub!The service was informal but that doesn't mean it wasn't good. We were waited on very quickly and attentively. I had the Pilsner and loved it although I am not an expert. My company enjoyed their brews as well.Very dog friendly, as my pup decided he belonged on the table top and no one said anything but his hairless older brother!Lots of fun!

Birdsview Brewing is stellar!! Fantastic beers. Great outdoor setting with great views. My big senior dogs love the place. Great staff, super nice. Food love is and smells great but I always seem to have packed a lunch not knowing where my wandering will take me.

This was a really nice place. I like the building it had a lot of character. The staff was friendly and the service was great. The "everything burger" was one of the best burgers I have had in a while.I liked the growler collections hanging from the ceiling and all the old beer signs around the place. They only featured their beer, but the IPA was pretty good and so was their pale. The outdoor seating was nice and they can handle a good number of people. If you are looking to find an out of the way place for a Saturday drive this may be the place.

Excellent ciders if your a cider person. I had a Turkey Swiss sandwich. Very good! Hubby had a burger. Very good, cooked to perfection. Staff is very friendly. The place is a museum of signs, nicknacks. A lot to see. Nice beer garden. Definitely recommend stopping in if your ever in Concrete.

Great place to get a cold beer after your rafting trip! It doesn't get anymore local than this.
