Daughter has celiac disease. We find almost all of our staples here, and treats as well. The staff is always super sweet to me and my little troupe of kids. Love getting a good espresso here as well. Such an amazing bakery, loved the coffee, food and everything about this place! We camped in Newhalem campground and then were looking for a breakfast place around and we were quite lucky to have found this gem. Go here if you want to treat yourself with a great breakfast, staff is sweet and very welcoming! I just loved the vibe this place had!!:)

Everything on menu is gluten-free. We tried sandwiches, cookies, pretzel bites, cake, and got some frozen items to try. It was delightful to be able to eat everything there as it is a gluten-free exclusive bakery. Yum!The mochas were okay, a bit burned, but good beans.The atmosphere was fun and lots of signs to make people laugh. Coloring pages for kids and print outs of songs to sing. Cheerful and caring staff. We will be going again.

Everything is gluten-free and made right here! I have other food sensitivities and the young lady helping me had a NOTEBOOK with everything listed with ingredients. SO helpful and amazing! I came away with cookies, English muffins and my husband even grabbed a couple things. He can eat anything and their selections even enticed him to try. After tasting the items we purchased, they were very fresh and tasty. We’ll definitely be back and recommend you try this gem of a bakery.

This bakery is in the middle of a tiny town but is always busy with locals and visitors. They have a large variety of baked goods and menu items. They are pretty fast with fulfilling orders. We bought one bread pudding and two fresh juices and spent about $26. It was very expensive. The bread pudding was dry but the flavor was good. If I had known everything was gluten-free, I probably would have skipped it. I don't like the taste of gluten-free. The juices were fresh but relatively small for the price we paid. Some of their other items looked good and maybe they would redeem this place but based on my first experience, I'm not sure I would return.

This is my wife's favourite bakery in both Canada and the US. I'm required to stop there and plan our days around their opening hours whenever possible.And to be fair, their stuff is VERY good.

What a gluten free dream come true. This adorable bakery has it all! With LOTS of variety, delicious food, kind staff, and outdoor seating! First passed this place on my way to the North Cascades, then detoured leaving the park so I could swing by again!

Recently had the chance to stop and check out this bakery. I was really stunned at the size and depth of their offerings! It was hard to limit my choices. I was especially happy with the pizza. Most GF crusts are thin, which I really don't like. Here I was finally able to get a thick crust for my pizza!! The crust for the hand pies was nice and flaky. Had the lasagna for dinner tonight, and it was just delicious. I'm going to be making more trips to Concrete just to go here. WOW!

Very helpful staff, offered to help over the phone or email to make stuffing from their stuffing mix. Gluten free facility very good eats. We got 7 packs of stuffing mix, 4pk of cinnamon rolls, and a 4inch cheesecake, dinner rolls, and a cupcake. All were very good, we will return.Dietary restrictions: Gluten freeParking: Eastside of the building, maybe 15 spots?Kid-friendliness: Offered homemade graham crackers to my 4 year old, and had a little talk with him about what he likes very nice and friendly.

This place was so amazing! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Their bakery offered such a wide array of options. They offered many options you often don't get to experience at other places if you're gluten free. Everything I've tried was delicious and I highly recommend the Duffins. And there was a good mix between sweet and savory options.

Amazing bakery hidden away in a small town. I loved the way the inside is decorated including the bathroom. The cinnamon roll was almost cake like and delicious. I had the veggie hash which came with a slice of seed bread they called wonder bread. My friend had the sunrise plate. Everything was delicious.

As a mom to two children with celiac disease this place was a huge blessing! We found this on our travels to North Cascades and ended up going twice for our girls. The treats were delicious and really rich. We should have probably split the cinnamon rolls, but it’s incredibly rare for us to find a celiac safe/completely gluten-free place. Thank you 5b’s and staff for making this place happen!!!! Tons of options and even meals to take along.

Was kinda very disappointed in the birthday cake I ordered. It was a naked birthday cake . Never in my life have I ever seen someone want to buy a birthday cake with literally no icing. I asked for the whole thing to be Robin egg blue like the Easter cake only the top was .. over all if they weren't closed Tuesday and Wed I would of had them fix it but I was already low on time to go get a cake anywhere else ...also it was extremely dry.. one of the driest cakes I ever had in my life.Also wasn't too happy they don't do any writings. Next time I'll go elsewhere

Great selection of tasty gluten free treats with a full menu and espresso. Indoor and outdoor seating. Great stop coming up or down from the mountains! Service was a little strange, hard to describe but there was a palpable tension between staff members... maybe just a bad day? Still recommend for the food.

Rare treat in a unexpected place. To find an all gluten-free bakery is rare enough. To find one with delicious goodies in abundance AND great coffee, friendly staff and owners and wonderful decor and character is a real treat. Even if you don’t care about gluten free eating, the food is so good it won’t matter. The pot pies were amazing. We had the beef and curry flavors and also some baked goods. We’ll be back!

This bakery is Gluten free and everything tastes amazing. They have a huge selection of items. The also have a juice bar with a selection of freshly squeezed orange, carrot, beet and other juices. Their Chai tea is homemade and their Hot chocolate is real. Best place even if you are not gluten free.

Such a lovely spot! We stopped on our road-trip and were so pleased to find a gluten free delicious bakery. Wonderful customer service, very friendly and helpful. Everything was yummy, we got some cookies and the whoopie pie was excellent. Good coffee too. Such an adorable location too. I just wish I could have tried one of everything!
