Colville Walmart is Very Clean and Organized Store! Always Someone Willing to Help you find anything! Prices are Low and Fair. Really Enjoy having Curbside Pickup! We have always been satisfied with their selection of Breads 🍞... Desserts 🍪....and Produce! I only wish they had more Cashiers. They're always willing to help me with my 🛒 Cart. Thank You.

Colville Walmart has checkouts with clerks. And their sleeves are stocked.Country store Walmart is far better than any Walmart's of Spokane's locations.

This is the nicest and cleanest Walmart Supercenter I’ve ever been to. The restrooms had mirrors and were tidy, unlike the ones I’m used to in California. Staff were helpful and directed me to merchandise in the correct aisle.

Bought 4 tires from the automotive they said it would take an hour. We roamed around the store for an hour. When we came back they said they hadn’t even started. We asked why were weren’t paged or text our cell phone. We lost over an hour of our trip! They had no response. Incompetent people!

I typically avoid Walmart when ever possible but after shopping this colville store i was super amazed it's not like all the other Walmarts, it's extremely clean and omg they actually had the self serve closed and real people at all cash registers,, this should be what all Walmarts should target themselves to become kudos!!

The employee on register 5 at 1PM, wendy is one of the most friendly cashiers with a very pleasant smile. Good jobCovid update, march 22 2021 this store now only has two checkout aisles that are not self service. When I asked why an employee said it was corporate decision and it helps on employee costs. This country has bowed down to the science and has gone to the extreme end of that spectrum

I'm very disappointed with the management at this store, I understandYou just can't make every one happy, but our elders are the one's that make a business work. This store has 8 or 9 electric wheelchairs and they are mostly broken! COME ON MANAGEMENT KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY AND HIRE SOMEONE TO FIX YOUR OLD JUNK,OR BUY NEW ONE'S...IT'S DEFINITELY FOR A GREAT CAUSE 👍 👌.

Always has their books stocked. The things I see that need improvement are more options for chemical free products plus sized clothing selection and of course they need to get the cute dollar spot that all Walmarts have now that are similar to target. Sometimes I wished they would restock their seasonal products more than just the initial first stock so that some of us others can get in on the cute stuff too.

Worst Walmart in eastern Washington with only self check out. Then they have a huge pot hole and instead of fixing it the put carts together with yellow tape and block the road way.

Even though this store gets busy at lunchtime on a Tuesday, this big box store is well stocked and relatively inexpensive. Ideally, I'd prefer to keep the money I spend in the local community, but it's almost impossible to beat the convenience, variety, and volume of products.While I love the convenience of self checkout, it does reduce the jobs available to the workforce. Keep that in mind if you are small community minded.I also recommend bringing boxes, bags, or even a laundry basket because all retail in the state of Washington no longer allows those toxic plastic bags. While mildly inconvenient, I'm 100% behind reducing garbage in our beautiful country. Let's reduce how much pollution and garbage we make!

Other then the fact you always have to page overhead for any help in the pet section. The fish are straight neglected, half the tanks are so dirty you cant even see if there is fish in there. 1 tank the fish have completely ate one of the dead fish

In Washington, you have to bring our purchase bags to carry the items you buy. In Montana, we don't have to buy bags to get our stuff.

Phyllis who works in the deli should get a raise!! She is most certain a prime example of awesome customer service and if your in a bad mood going in, an interaction with this woman will take it away!! My son makes it a mission when going into this store to seek her out and when she is not there he is disappointed..Whatever this woman is making, I guarantee it is not enough!!

Need more checkers the stores converted to 90% self checkout I'm paying inflated prices and have to deal checking and bagging the cart , people need jobs and they charge more and cut jobs.

The pharmacy is great and very helpful. Well staffed and hard workers. Prices are good on the medicines too. The pickup is quick and easy for groceries

Friend & I saw a dog squat and poop INSIDE the store! NOT an isolated incident. Employees are told NOT to ask LEGAL questions of "Is it a service animal?" And if yes, "What duties does it perform?" Corporate is looking into it! At least the owner cleaned it up, though I suspect it was only because my friend raised such a ruckus!

The staff in the automotive department is not friendly, incompetent and lack common courtesy. I left my vehicle there for a few hours for a four wheel mount and balance an when I showed up to get my vehicle they still hadn’t even started working on it, said that two of my tires were “too warn” to put on rims (although they were in good condition) they refused to put the other two “good” tires on as well. Meanwhile I was waiting IN the store for 45 minutes an they never had the decency to call me an say your vehicle is incomplete and you can leave now. Blue creek mercantile is cheaper, faster and they actually do their job.

I stood in Walmart at Sportinggoods Department where there was no sign at the Desk saying closed for the day or evening due to staffing. A young man radioed Sporting Goods customer service. After sometime I went up front because the young man said he probably went on break it’ll be another fifteen minutes. I laughed and said seriously I’ve been here a while. We went up front to get a manager or someone who knew something. Manager came out a little 10 minutes later we waited she said she’d get someone. We went back to Sporting-goods. We waited. Later she walked back and said someone was coming. Another man stocking the isle came up and called for someone. 45 minutes later we were told they had staff call in and no one had the code not even a manager. To me if anyone in the management dept who cared about that department would of notified someone or put up a sign so that customers who worked all day and were tired could tell their son we’d come back tomorrow instead of us standing there and going to search for help for almost an hour.

Walmart has lost its customer service is priority attitude and has a much colder atmosphere. There's a few employees that try to help but all in all customers usually have to figure things out for themselves or ask another customer.
