Could not be happier with how my cat was taken care of. He is long haired and had gotten into some weird pokeys in his fur that got matted up. They gave him a flea bath and shaved him and my baby has been so happy since he got home. I haven’t heard him purr in a month and now he’s like a little engine. Will forever be bringing my babies here to be groomed! ❤️

We have gone here for a while. TBone a ES with lots of hair and being a big dog takes a lot to do him. He looks so handsome his little sister Candy is small Chiweenie who goes with him. She looks so sweet coming home.

Had my two goldendoodles groomed their. The cut they had was nice but not exactly what I wanted. To be fair, this is their first time there. So the next time I go there, I will make sure I explain more thoroughly on how I want them cut. Average price for this area.

As I was parked across the street from the pooch parlor tonight I was utterly shocked at what I and a few others witnessed. The two women, who are obviously employees closing up for the night, grabbed multiple dogs by there necks and carried them screaming to a vehicle where they threw them into a carrier. This car was full to the brim with dog kennels each containing a helpless victim. These woman have no business working with animals and are clearly guilty of animal abuse. Charges should be brought upon them and they should be fired immediately by the owner. Never would I ever bring my beloved pets to this establishment after what was witnessed tonight. Please help spread the word.

I love this place. I brought both my fur-babies here for what I call "The Works." Baths, brushing, nail trims, and sweet little bandanas! My little lady has severe anxiety when it comes to baths but they handled her so well! Picked them up and they smelled amazing, looked adorable, and were happy pups!

I had been taking my dogs to Pooch Parlor for a few years and was happy with them. However, the last time I took my little Shih Tzu/Havanese mix in to get her a trim, my regular groomer wasn't there and, without notifying me, they handed her off to I-don't-know-who who proceeded to give her a buzz cut and cut all of the hair off of her beautiful Shih Tzu tail. I was appalled and very upset. She looked like a rat! I complained and explained why I wouldn't be coming back and all I got was "okay. Have a nice day". If they had just apologized and tried to work with me, I would still be going there. It will take a good year, if not more, for my dog's tail to grow to it's normal length.

Dropped dog off 12:14 for her 12:30 appointment for nails clipped and bath. 1:51 she still hadn't had her nails done. At 40$ i had to go back and get her towel that i provided. If you can get into the groomers off Aladdin id highly recommended it. Nails clipped and her hair cut last year was 50$ they didn't take hour and half to do that. Plus the girls up Aladdin are friendly and actually seem Like they enjoy animals.

Great place to take your fur babies.They have great customer service and treated my boy great. I recommend them highly. I don't like leaving my boy anywhere because he is blind and has diabetes. However, he was fine here and I didn't feel uncomfortable at about leaving him.They do a great job and they are quick.

We have been going here for at least 2 years. Usually we get Josey and she is AMAZING and always has been- she is patient, kind, and our dogs do well with her, never had any problems. However, on our recent visit we got a short, heavy set girl with head phones on who was incredibly rude, and super aggressive with my dog. He has NEVER tried to bite someone before and we have gotten a ton of nail trims and groomings (he's 10yrs old). He tried to bite her twice and was freaking out due to the way she was handling him. If you can't handle dogs gently, and with patience and kindness FIND A DIFFERENT JOB. I was so upset I wish I had stopped her mid-trim and taken my dog. If you're willing to be that way IN FRONT of me, I can only imagine when no one is watching. We will not return and will get their work done elsewhere. If you do go here still, I suggest requesting Josey, you won't have to worry about your dog being mistreated.

The ladies there are SO thoughtful and caring, I absolutely love taking my fur baby to them for her nails. They have awesome bed side manor and they have genuine care for her mental and physical well being

These gals are AMAZING! They have been working with my special needs dog for a little over a year. They give him the extra care he needs & because of that, my little pup is getting more comfortable with the grooming process. I am VERY thankful to have such a great group of gals here in our small town. Huge hearts & kindred spirits!

Make sure your puppy has all his shots! Hair everywhere. You will leave the building with different dogs hairs on you. Customer service seemed nice enough. Cost is high, but worth not having to travel out of town.

I posted a bad review for the pooch parlor last evening, and of course it is not showing up in the reviews today - - - - hmmmm, I wonder what happened to it ? so here we go again - - - i have 2 giant breed dogs whom are 14 years old, they have been to the groomers since they were 3 months old, with the last 8 years being at the pooch parlor. with that being said, here is my complaint....just got my sweet dog back from there ( all new groomers ), she was cut and bleeding, razor burned all over, and her groom was not complete, nor were all her nails done, the price also went up about 35.00, maybe more. IT WAS TERRIBLE, AND OUR ANIMALS WILL NEVER GO BACK !!!! BE AWARE, IT IS NOT THE SAME AS IT WAS !!!!!!!!!there are other choices.............

Took good care with my dogs grooming. However they missed cutting the hair on the upper lip of one dog on several visits. The hair was in the dogs mouth around the teeth causing excessive licking and gaging. Did a mouth sweep and discovered the problem.

The girls who work there really know what they are doing. I was a groomer myself 20 yrs ago. My dog, Sitka, looks wonderful. Will definitely be taking her back regularly.

Terrible service rude groomers made almost all of my dogs nails bleed both times I took her in. Will not be coming back. Very upset with this place plus the charge raised for the nail trims from $5 to $8 which is not worth it for them to torture my already traumatized rescue dog. Ridiculous!!
