I went in because our account was hacked. They made us pay for a new plan even though I had just paid for the plan that was hacked 2 weeks prior. In order for them to give us a free phone I had to get the most expensive plan. Now I am having issues with changing my plan. The best part was that the manager said she would report the hacked account to fraud and cancel it and nothing was ever done. I found this out when cricket took more money out of my bank account to pay for the hacked account. I was not able to get any help with anything and they said they will not be refunding me any of my money. I had to go in and change my debit card, and everyone on the account had to get new phone numbers. I do not recommend this service, they do not help if anything goes wrong. Such a bad experience.

This is no longer cricket but verizon. They are an authorized Verizon retailer. The employees were friendly. This is not a verizon dealer but they can offer good advice and they have all the accessories you will ever want or need.

There is always excellent customer service since they change to a cricket store! I have appreciated the assistance when I cracked my phone. It was very simple to replace my phone right in the store! They are always very courteous and helpful. I love the family plan! It makes my bill so much cheaper!

Don't ever try to buy extra hotspot.. It will make your payment fall Short, your account will be suspended and they will charge you $15 to reactivate it. They would rather lose a customer with 3 lines Four 3 years than refund you.. I will be taking my business elsewhere

I really appreciate the extent to which this facility of cricket at this location has went out of their way to help me with these three phones we got between me and my wife and the tenacity and dedication don't even really explain the amount of sincere effort these guys put in especially Daniel the manager and Jose his employee thank you and God bless I will be recommending this to my friends in the Navy thank you

I've been waiting for them to open for over an hour.. The store sign says open at 10 am... Nobody to contact to see how long it will talk them to open... Thanks for wasting my time and money.. It takes me an hour to get to Colville..Serously disappointed with this store.

This store is the best looking for a good phone company that doesn't cost and arm and a leg go to cricket. Ask for Daniel hes the best.

Visited this location Thursday 12/19/19 at around 3pm and it was dark and closed. Since the store is 45 minutes from my home, I tried to find out when they would be open: I went on the CricketWireless.com website store locator and also the store's Facebook page: and find only the address is listed--no hours are posted, and no phone number! (Only the main Cricket Wireless 800 who have no clue when this store might be open...)
