I love going to Goodwills and thrist stores. I always try to go to some when traveling, so I've been to a lot of Goodwills. This one was relatively clean and had some good items. Had some nice name brand stuff. However it wasn't organized at all! Or it it was made very little sense. Clothes definitely weren't organized by size. But did get cute tgings

1st time at Goodwill. Tool clothes and a turntable to the register. Asked if I could try the clothes on, they have no fitting rooms. I asked if the turntable worked, she said its a 50/50 chance. The assistant manager then said I could try them on at home amd return them if they didn't fit/work. She neglected to say it would only be for store credit. Which I found out right after purchasing. Her mismanagement was wrong. She could have informed me it would be for store credit, rather than have me believe I would get my money back. And her coworkers were extremely rude when I asked questions about the policy. Shop elsewhere. No stars.

Defeats the whole purpose, this is NOT a resale shop.this stuff is donated but charge almost retail price or more sometimes. Most expensive one I've ever seen. Picture is just an example, no returns only store credit, awful management, wish they were there to help the less fortunate like advertised -5 stars.

Prices are fair, the store is relatively clean. There are no dressing rooms so the end of the clothing racks near mirrors are a bit of landing zone for all of the rejected clothes that people try on in front of the mirrors. The clothing was very disorganized and the sizes were certainly not in their designated spaces.

Good stuff that other people didn't want anymore. I love lithe people's junk. Mmmhhhmmmm, trash.

I really like the downtown location. Everything is within walking distance. The store is clean and organized. The staff were nice and friendly. I would recommend this place to all of my friends and family and anyone looking for a fair bargain. Very inexpensive jeans if you know what your looking for and are patient. You will have to go multiple times to catch them goodies that do come along. I'm wearing this shirt I bought in the photo I've posted. I hope you folks have a wonderful winter.

I used to frequent the goodwill when it was at the downtown location and I felt it was clean and well run. This was my first visit at the new location and I was pretty disappointed. It was far less organized and only after arduously going through the racks to find a few items to try on did I discover that this location does not have dressing rooms. For the prices, it wasn't worth it to me to guess whether or not the items were going to fit me well, especially when they can only be returned for store credit. If they don't install dressing rooms I don't see myself coming back.

Every time I go into this goodwill it is always like everything is ransacked through.... boxes are always empty from their intended products. Alot of items are way over priced. The wait time to checkout is always long as well.

The prices are great and I do enjoy finding fun treasures. However in this giant new building there are no dressing rooms and you can't try stuff on? I'm sorry, I have growing children and I want to make sure what I'm buying will fit, or at least is a little too big. Sure I can return them but to be honest I will spend more money before I have to go through a return process. So I ended up going to Walmart to buy the kids new clothes.

It was good , although no fitting rooms to try things on, also the prices are a little high for people that can't afford any thing

If your from out of town and looking for an inexpensive place to grab a coat or some pants, don't stop here. Prices are above baseline for goodwill and there are no dressing rooms. For a better spot Google Yeeha Aloha. Better prices , dressing rooms and less of a corporate feel.

Clothes selection is decent but the fact they don't have dressing rooms is so inconvenient. It's really hard to just guess if something will fit you right. You can return clothes but only for store credit

Prices are way too high on visibly used merchandise you can get brand new across the street at discount houseware/clothing stores. There is no organization of the clothing sizes so be prepared to go through EVERYTHING on the racks.

It has a good clothing selection, especially for women, but it would have been awesome if they had some dressing rooms available. If you are coming from afar it's a bit inconvenient to return clothing items. It's also a bit difficult eyeballing clothing and deciding if something is a good fit for myself or my family members. I'm sure they have their reasons though. Its just something that could have made the experience run a bit more smoothly. The parking was also not amazing, as it is in a pretty crowded little area. I would still recommend. It's a nice store in a nice location.

I am a regular at this goodwill even before the move and I have to say I've seen nothing but greed on the part of goodwill they now pull most items and ship them off to be sold on there website for ridiculous profits. As for in store shopping I've seen dollar store items prices at $10. So if you think you're items are going to people in need think again. Most likely they won't even end up in our community.

Over priced, they are supposed to be supporting the community and the needs of the less fortunate. Unfortunately they have turned into a money making scheme of taking things for free from the community and then over charging the people they are intended and marketed to be helping. Hard to call it a non profit organization anymore

It was a quick trip in and actually did not find what I was after today . I did however fine the store to be neat and tidy for a Saturday afternoon it was organized quite well I'd say. New dress shoes dog meds electric pencil sharpener and a couple hygiene products and 23 bucks later I'm home and overall satisfied.

Horrible. Will never come back. Found same men's clothes on display every time I went, nothing new. They were more expensive than in Walla Walla and had limited amount of items per size (men's pants). Women's pants are mixed in with men's, which is very frustrating. I don't think they care to separate them. The place is out of the way, in College Place, a place most people from Walla Walla, the bigger city, will never go to. GW needs to get back to Walla Walla so more donors from there can donate to the store. I seriously doubt most donors from Walla Walla will spend gas to bring donations to this place.I really don't know what GW was thinking when they moved to College Place, the axx of the world. I know they needed a bigger parking lot, but now they don't have much selection of clothes. I went 3 times and I couldn't find the type of quality brand clothes I used to find at their store in Walla Walla. They have nothing but ugly, low quality men's clothes in my opinion. Please GET BACK TO WALLA WALLA! And yes, I'm from College Place!

One of the best thrift stores I've ever been, prices are usually reasonable and there is quite a large selection of things that I never knew I needed. 10/10

Howwww are these reviews good?! They’re way overpriced for items that were DONATED to them! Their store is beyond filthy and disorganized and their manager is the most unfriendly person I’ve ever met in my life. This place is absolutely terrible.

I will miss this store. Competent, friendly staff. I go here first to find used furniture, toys, art, clothes and much more. It's a good feeling to be able to purchase pre-owned goods, to help the planet.

I liked the old goodwill downtown Walla Walla better.... I feel like we lost out on a fun shopping experience.. oh how I wish goodwill would go back to downtown.....

Meh... No dressing rooms, high prices and the new location lacks the character of the downtown location. Now it's just another generic Goodwill... Better bargains and treasures can be found at our local small thrift stores for sure.

Fair prices, decent selection, good customer service. On the negative side, it is always fairly disorganized when I come in... either they can't keep up with careless put backs, or it isn't organized on a regular basis... either way they could take note of the way Goodwill stores in California have managed to stay clean, organized, and easier to shop for particular items you might be looking for... still an overall fair deal for shoppers.

Decent prices, especially compared to other businesses in town. Half off items every week. Coupons you can use for 10% or 20% off. Good selection for the season. Right nkw its winter, almost spring. They have plenty of jackets, snow shoes and boots for spring.
