Apparently this store allows dogs despite it having a clearly marked service dogs only sign at the front door. I was in there today and there was an older couple with a small white dog that was riding in the baby seat of a cart (which is a health code violation) and was actively barking at other customers as well as employees. When I brought this up to the cashier she said the manger has a don't ask policy and refused to do anything about it. Sad to see a store neglect it's duties to protect its customers and assets from needless exposure to contamination and allergens.

Possibly the dumbest cooks in the deli that I've ever seen. Bacon is literally raw. Unbelievable, it's the same every time too. Complete imbeciles. They even managed to burn eggs. Do your job better or go bag groceries idiots.

We came up from Idaho to see my fathers family for my kids when we stopped in here to get some snacks for the road only to see one of the employees being yelled at by what I assume another employee.I own a bussiness and you never ever raise your voice at your employees, if there is an issue then you deal with it privately and calmly instead. Won't be coming back here as if that is how they treat there employees then they must also treat the store as poorly.Credit where credit is due however, it is a nice small store so that is the only reason it is a two star instead of a one star but you guys seriously need to straighten out your work ethics because that is embarassing.

Prices are marked up, cashiers are gossipy and nosy, pretty sure this place is run by the Mormons. I gladly travel to Pullman or Spokane for shopping.

My daughter, and I had been at the WSU Vet School to visit her dog that was there for cancer surgery. It was a long day driving roundtrip to visit him. We were starving, and fast food sounded yucky. We both picked out what sounded good to tide us over until we got home. Thank you Rosauers!

I'm relatively new to Washington state and my first experience was a bit scary. New state, new people, new world but I've grown accustomed to the staff and it's such a homey, nice vibe entering the store for shopping. Reminds me alot of a store from where I grew up called cala foods that had a super family oriented chill vibe.Looking forward to more shopping hereAnd more interactions with the awesome staff

Stopped for a quick visit early am for fresh donuts and hot coffee, just driving through. There was a nice selection and we enjoyed what we bought.

Took the kids in to get lunch and a little shopping. The people in the Deli were super busy but kept up on all the food and it was hot and yummy. In the bakery the kids recieved a free cookie, the doughnut section was awesome, they even have Maple/bacon ones yum. Very positive people and experience here.

If you are like me and thought they closed at 11 pm like they used to, that is no longer the case. They close at 10pm. They stuck their heads out the door, saw that I was getting out of my car and went back in and locked the doors. Granted it was 9:59 but I thought they still closed at 11.

Deli clerk was rude and very judgmental. Asked for honey mustard on a sandwich and she gave me attitude about “we don’t have fancy stuff like that, you must be from the big city”. I wouldn’t recommend unless you have to stop.

Always welcomed with a smile. Helpful associates. Great management and friendly cashiers that remember your name. They go the extra to get the things you need. Saved my dinner by getting me a vegan turkey at the last minute. Not many stores do that. Awesome place to shop. Highly recommend.

Oh you're going to love this place... They will carry your groceries to your car and help you load... Very friendly... They have a little bit of everything there.. the ladies in the deli are super helpful... The cashiers in the bag persons are so helpful.. the hospitality is why I will keep going back and back over and over again... They will always greet you with a smile... And I appreciate the motorized carts..alot

It's small so not all the selection but that is a corporate thing . Staff is very professional and will help in anyway. So in short we are glad to have them here. Hopefully corporate will upgrade this store needs a fish monger case .

Great store with super friendly staff. Produce is of a higher quality than chain stores in Pullman. Some stuff is slightly more expensive than other stores, but if you watch for sales items, you will consistently pay less. Service is excellent, staff will work hard to make sure you are happy.

Asked if they carried an item and the girl took me to it, instead of stating the aisle. I tried there bake at home pizza and it was very good. I was pleasantly surprised.

Rosauers have good sales. Every day items are a little high but no higher then they need to be for them to stay open. Store is always clean and well stocked. Shelves clean and faced. Good fresh meat & produce. Good management.

The staff at the deli was quite rude. We stopped in just as they were cleaning up that area for the night and he would not acknowledge me. After I did get his attention he was impolite and would not sell me anything. A simply, "sorry, this section is closing for the night" would have been so nice. He was just rude. Really disappointing because other rosauers stores are not this way. In a time where Walmart and other chains are pushing out smaller businesses, customer service is important to keep sales going!

Oh I love their eclairs I can't go in there and not pick up package of them even though there's four used to last me 4 days I can come down to 2if I'm lucky prices could use some work
