It's called the "dusty attic" and I'd say that's a very apt description. Not for folks who prefer a more sanitized and curated antiquing experience, but perfect if you're looking for hidden gems. Plenty of good things to find even in a very small space, as long as you are determined to look. And the cat never fails to brighten my day :)

My favorite on my list of local thrifts but over the past year or so the store has gotten too crowded, even for me. Leftovers being so bad to the point the owners themselves don't have a proper workspace. Half of it is just garbage. The Dusty Attic is getting to be the same way, very little room to breathe, and really not safe for the workers nor the customers. I sincerely hope the city of Colfax makes them clean up because it's a mess.

This antique store had more cat hair than anywhere I've ever been. But they had a great selection and it was fun to walk around, especially in a small town like Colfax. I'm glad I'm not allergic to cats.

Some of those things are a little overpriced the others are price decent you just have to be paying attention to what you're buying and how much it is

There is a lot and I mean a lot of things in this shop, so make sure you have time to browse around and don't forget to say hi to the little kitty walking around.

Fantastic stuff. Felt like a museum! And the prices were great. The shop kitty was a nice part of the experience, too. I sort of chuckled at the reviewer who thought there was too much stuff. There's never too much stuff!

Do you want a place that has tons of stuff? The price is right too. LOOK OUT FOR SHOP CATS! They'll follow you for pets. Adorable. It's an hour away from me but I'll do day trips to find more treasures.

This place has so many antiques to look at and choose from that it's hard to take it all in in just one visit.. definitely recommend it to anyone looking for that special hard to find item..

Dirty, crowded, and unorganized. If they spent one hour a day cleaning and organizing their shop it would be a significantly better shopping experience.

The owner is very nice, but the place is so over crowded that you can't really see much. I know that he has got to have some amazing things, but you can't find them in the horder type maze inside. Hold your purse close, or you will knock stuff over. Its that closed in inside.

I bought a loveseat from Dusty Attic today. It is like new and the price was great. But the service I had at Dusty Attic was even better, they delivered it to my house in Pullman same day and were very helpful. Thank you!

Great place to find hidden treasures from the past. It's exactly like a dusty attic but on the ground floor and it's goods are very reasonably priced!!
