I took my dog in. She was very sick. Doctor took blood work, and X-rays, exam.All of the test and the results were explained to me in detail. Extremely professional.The staff was beyond nice and caring. They understood my concerns.This is now the only Vet I will be taking my animals to. 🙂Thank you

We are new to the area, and when my cat got sick, a friend recommended this office. They are the kindest people. They care about the animals they see. They are compassionate and understanding. Just this week my elderly shih-tzu needed emergency surgery and they were more than willing to work with me on payment. The vets back in Indiana would never even consider that even in a life or death situation. I am soo thankful for Bunchgrass. I would recommend these wonderful folks to anyone!

Randy and his team have shown us so much care and compassion for our little Yorkie Kita. Randy has performed oral surgery (extractions) and double eye surgery (inverted lower eyelashes) as well as every wellness check and vaccinations. Joy has always been so gracious and happy to get us scheduled and answer any concerns or questions we’ve had, and has never made us feel like we were a bother or an inconvenience. We always felt Bunchgrass’ genuine and professional concern for us, with a 3 pound dog, it’s easy to become a helicopter mom and stress over even the little stuff. Randy’s the best vet ever….we highly recommend him and his team, they are great people to place your trust and care of your pet(s) of all sizes in.

I really appreciate the care Doc. showed to my little dog. He did quite a bit of teeth cleaning and pulling of rotten ones. He also removed some rather large warts in various places, and his bill was very reasonable

Dr. Randy is a great vet who goes the extra mile to help any animal in need. Joy, his receptionist is always friendly and very helpful. I am a TNR cat trapper and foster and they have been extremely helpful when I have had a cat in need of help or simply just a question to ask.

Dr. McGraw has treated our cats, dogs, horse, and even a duck, and has always provided skilled, compassionate care. We've had a couple of animal emergencies over the years (a kitten that had been run over and a drake who'd been on the losing end of a battle with a raccoon), and they've always gotten us in right away. He helped us nurse our 17 year old hound dog through the end of her days, and when my daughter comes in on a visit, takes the time to explain what he's doing and show her what's going on.Sometimes the staff sounds distracted on the phone, but if you watch them from the office, you can see it's because they are handling about five issues at once. I'm very happy with the service there, and won't take my animals anywhere else.

Hands down the best Vet Clinic EVER! Randy McGraw is compassionate and knowledgeable, Took my puppy there after a bad dog fight and Robyn was reassuring and made me feel like it was all going to be ok. Randy has come out and castrated my horse and diagnosed my other sick dog, I will continue to give them my business as long as I have animals!!!!

I called with a problem goat. The primary phone response was good and I was quickly referred to a Vet (not Randy) who took my information. She asked appropriate questions and provided some scenarios for dealing with the (very pregnant) doe. Overall a very good phone experience: we'll see how the second half goes.

So nice , employes wear super sweet i had to put my little dog down and they didn't charge me up front they let me do a payment plan. I didn't need to tho just had to wait till pay day but when I came back in they remeberd who I was even tho I was a first time customer.

I found a cat and took her in and they gave her back to us and said there was nothing wrong. When I got home she was having a hard time breathing and she was sneezing and I took her to a vet in Moscow the next day and she had to put her down because she had a tumor in her stomach and in her nostrils and she had something in her throat.
