This is an excellent hotel well worth the price. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious and filling (options range from standard cold fare like yogurt, cereal, eggs, etc. to hot dishes including sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, potatoes, and waffles). It is in a convenient location. The only complaint is that the shower had not been thoroughly cleaned as hair was left from previous tenants. No elevators.

We were in Pullman for my daughter's family weekend at WSU. The rooms were overpriced for the occasion. We originally only booked one night because there were no other options available in close proximity to the school, but we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel and booked another night.The staff were friendly. They offered a continental breakfast and unlimited coffee and tea. They have a pool. I only hated that they don't have an elevator (it's only 2 floors).I would stay here again in the cities, if needed.

This hotel was really a very pleasant surprise! The office staff were wonderful to work with, they saved us on the room rate by asking what memberships we might have like AAA or AARP. We were given a great rate.The entire facility was clean and well maintained. The rooms were very nice and super clean. Close to restaurants in town.I would recommend the Best Western Wheatland to anyone needing a room for the night or longer.Rooms: The rooms were very clean and spacious.

Wonderful location with great price considering what you're getting in the rooms and at the hotel. The breakfast is a full breakfast, not a continental breakfast. Parking lot can get crowded at night, so keep that in mind. Nice area in front of the hotel to park for check-in, with a large check-in area. It's one of the nicer hotels in the area. Great location, easy access right off the road. Well lit parking lot. Rooms are nice plenty of room. Microwaves are in the rooms. Beds are comfy. Check-out is noon, which is something you don't see at many hotels. Yes, it costs more than most of the other hotels in the Palouse but it's also a nicer hotel. The staff was very friendly, and the check-in desk has staff at a 24 hours a day. We'd zero issues staying here again.Rooms: Clean rooms with comfy beds. Lots of space in the rooms, and the rooms have microwaves and ample drawers. Bathrooms were nice and cleanNearby activities: The hotel is located in Colfax Washington in the Palouse region. There's lots to do and explore in the Palouse. Beautiful rural scenery surrounds you in the PalouseSafety: Parking lot is well lit. All the side doors to the hotel work with your room key only.Food & drinks: There's a grocery store right across the street that carries lots of food and drinks. There are microwaves in the room if you need to cook anything.Noteworthy details: The hotel is situated in the Palouse region of Washington, so that's the main draw coming here. It's more expensive than other hotels in the Palouse but it's also a nicer hotel, so it's up to you to decide if that's worth the price.

Clean, spacious rooms with breakfast included. What more can you ask for? How about friendly staff? The front desk receptionist and the host at breakfast were super friendly. They answered questions and gave suggestions. The breakfast host also enlisted the help of the Best Western Corporate Marketing Manager. He was very knowledgeable of the area and showed us the locations on a map of the falls and barn houses around the Inn. They made the experience superb.Safety: We arrived at the Inn at about 8:30 or so. We felt very safe. There is a grocery store across the street. We could have walked to it, but we drove. It was just beginning to get dark, but it felt safe. The parking lot of the Inn is very well lit.Noteworthy details: There are pictures of various interesting sights on the walls in the hallways of the inn.

My husband has stayed at this hotel several times over the last couple of months and loves it! Rita at the front desk stands out the most with her excellent service, making sure he has his points for his stays and explaining any news going on at the hotel for the week. When I make his reservations, I've always been greeted with a happy friendly voice on the other end. My husband has also said the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Thanks to all the hotel team for taking such great care of him while he travels!

Wife and I stayed here this weekend for her daughter graduation from WSU Pullman. Rooms, price and customer service were fantastic. Beds were too soft for my liking and my back is killing me, but I need a firm bed. Breakfasts were great, strawberry and whipped cream waffles are my favorite!! Rooms were insulated well and we couldn't hear other guests...we hope they couldn't hear us 😉!Thanks for a great weekend!!

Words cannot describe how amazing every team member here is. This motel is more than just a job and business to them. It’s a place where they practice Jesus’s teachings and bring kindness to the society. There was a note of mission statement on the small table in the room which I took a picture of to share with you. I hope you have the chance to check in here and experience it for yourself. I was exhausted and feeling down when I checked in. The breakfast chef and receptionists went out of their way to make me feel welcomed. I will stay here again.

The folks here are wonderful. They are personal, engaging, care about where you were and where you are going. Cleans were very clean and roomy. Great breakfast with lots of options.Rooms: Room was clean and large. Nice little fridge and very user friendly microwave!Noteworthy details: The staff knows the city! Asked about best places to eat and they didn't disappoint (even provided coupons). Told us about events for the evening at different locations and upcoming as well.

Clean place to stay. About 20 minutes outside of Pullman. If you're looking for something fancy this isn't it, but if you're looking for a clean place to stay this works great.Breakfast in the morning was fine for hotel food, but don't expect restaurant quality.All in all I would recommend this hotel for travelers who are looking for a basic hotel with amenities (pool, small workout room, a warm breakfast, and free coffee)

Staff was very welcoming. The Wheatland Inn Best Western I swear was new, though staff stated they had been in operation for several years. By far, is this the cleanest Best Western I have traveled to. They have thought through it all - Comfortable beds, towels, soaps and amenities not to mention the welcoming of all staff and workers especially during a time of staff shortages and national uncertainty during Covid-19. Also, I must state...Finally a continental breakfast that was OPEN! Everything was clean, and available at the breakfast. Great work keeping your guests happy and allowing options for the included breakfast.

I look forward to staying at other best westerns in the futureRooms: They actually provide room service while you’re staying there instead of forgetting that you’re there so you can get clean towels every day or you can get your room cleaned if that’s what you need and housekeeping was very niceFood & drinks: They had a variety of foods, strawberries, whipped cream, stuff to put on your oatmeal boiled eggs, omelettes, and other eggs, biscuits and gravy juice French toast, a good variety of food I was impressed

I checked in on April 27 2021 planning on only staying the night, I ended up staying on the 28th as well. I was driving with my dog Charlie and ended up here. The staff were fantastic upon check in and they gave me a room upgrade as well :) The room was really nice and the hotel is next to the River. They had two areas for dogs and they were both very clean :) Plenty of parking. The hotel has Laundry and Exercise room and an indoor pool :) The manager was so sweet :) Hi Becky :)
