Oh my gosh, we are over the top happy to have amazing pizza so close to our home. My husband worked for Stanislaus Food Company for over 20 years and we were excited to see Big Red's using their tomato sauce. It's the best in the business. When we got our pizza, we could tell Big Red's is using quality ingredients, and plenty of them, no skimping here. They also had a nice assortment of beverages and delicious ice cream, nice big scoops. It was Friday night, so they had karaoke which was fun, the place was filled, and a nice family atmosphere. The owners and servers were very friendly, and even though they were busy, we didn't have to wait long for our drinks or pizza. The prices were very reasonable, and you definitely get what you paid for. We ordered the family size and took more than half home. I'm going to have to up my walking game so I can come here often. Highly recommend!

Hi, I was a regular at colbert trading co, getting their pizzas. Tragically I have noticed a steep decrease in quality of the pies being sold as of late. This saddens me as I loved the community and used to love the food. I hope they can turn it around because I would be back if they can. The local family ownership of both seem like great people and I would love to support them again if the quality of the food is increased. Specifically we got a full pepperoni pizza and chicken tenders, the pizza cheese didn’t stay with the pizza as it was hard and didn’t bond to the dough or sauce that also seemed to not be very fresh and the chicken was on the same level as dino nuggets in the oven. I’m sorry to leave a poor review and I very rarely do, but I loved this establishment and hope to see it return to quality.

Tonight was at least my tenth visit; I'm glad I waited so I could give this review. Every time I have been to this establishment, I have received friendly service, encountered a clean establishment (to include restrooms), and enjoyed my food and drink. Quiet and family oriented, this place offers tasty food, cold beverages, and a relaxing place to enjoy it.They offer Uber eats I noticed and take-n-bake for a discount! I asked the young gentleman working if they would consider catering for an event, and he seemed willing to offer it, with enough advance, of course). Will continue to return and support local!

Great place to stop and grab something to eat. From Pizza to ice cream and anything in between. Very cozy and always spotless. Our kids like the place very much, specially in the summer.

Best Pizza in my area. Staff was friendly and helped me explore the menu. Cool little store right off of Highway 2. Came back a second time and tried a Calzone. 10/10! If I could rate them higher I would.

This place is awesome. I have granddaughters who are gluten free but the rest of us can have it. They have some of the best pizza and it probably one of the funnest experiences we've had as a whole family. They're outdoor entertainment space was so much fun!!!! We were there for their last concert of the summer and they have a place for little kids to play as well as balls that you can throw around with your family and other partygoers. It was so much fun if you have a chance and you don't mind getting a little off the beaten path it's an amazing place to go!!! We will definitely be back!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! It was my first time and it was welcoming and warm. I had the Crusader calzone and it was DELICIOUS. I wish I took photos to make everyone else drool. Prices are competitive, staff are friendly, huge drink selection. They also offer take and bake! This is a hidden gem.

Had to wait over an hour between ordering our food and receiving it. At the time of ordering, there was only one other party in the establishment, so the restaurant was not over crowded or behind on orders. Ice cream also had a grainy consistency. (EDIT: I'm not sure how to respond to the comment below but it was July 14 around 11:30 am)

We stumbled upon this gem by accident on a weeknight- right before closing time. The owner made us feel right at home. The food was excellent- by far the best gluten free pizza I've ever had! (We have been gluten free for 10 years... so that's really saying something!) We will be back :-)
