Went by word of mouth and the star ratings and have been completely let down. Took our 2 year old Aussie in to get a grooming went in with 6” long hair in the longest area had been to a different groomer 6 weeks ago . Rhonda explained she would take the old long hair off down to an even coat well an even coat means SHAVED COMPLETELY SHAVED. She burned him with the razor more than once. The other groomer said he loved to be groomed and was well behaved. We brush him twice a day and when he sees a brush he lays down he loves it . With out a doubt the WORST CUT EVER. She explained it as a summer cut . I call it she screwed up bad and had to shave him to get paid. And then call it a summer cut BULL. STAY AWAY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

my puppy is a doodle. he does not take too well to being bathed and groomed. She accused me of causing it because i tried to do it myself the first time. One the 4th time she refused to cut him . Then i suggested sedation she refused. i had waited 3 weeks. This isn't a big dog. In any case if your dog has any behavior issues she sends you packing.My dog is friendly and sweet. this is the only time he acted out
