This store is close to my neighborhood and everyone is always friendly. You can find great discounted groceries throughout this store. A lot of times if there is a shopping cart in the middle of the aisle, you'll see discounted items in it!

Would give it a 5 star because the workers are always nice and nice to talk to. I took one star away because unfortunately the prices here are a little high. The only thing that doesn't seem that high of a price is the meat prices. It's good for convenience sake and it's closer to where I live than other places that sell similar products. So it's good for a quick snack when you're feeling a little hungry, but if you're looking to go grocery shopping it would probably be best to shop elsewhere

The prices💰here tend to be higher 📈⬆️ than other stores however the convenient location makes up for it. The closest store is on other side of town; they are also the only gas station ⛽in this part of Clarkson. Even being a smaller store they still have most of the items I need🗞️ ☕🥩🥦🥪🍓🍕🍞🍩🥐🥑🥓🥒🥝🥕 Including an ATM 🏧 and deli with hot 🔥 and cold ❄️ foods and soft serve ice cream 🍦 Friendly staff.

Ricks is a great store with great location. They supply everything one would need from a small grovet store. Their deli has a good variety for those looking for a quick fresh bite to eat. On my reason they are not a 5 star is that the cost is a little high. I know that they are a small chain and that inherently means slightly higher prices those additional price increases chewed away the 5 star rating thier store would have received .

I love this store. The staff are always so wonderful. Great respect for the owner and management and staff here, and the convenient location means that I can drive here, find what I want and pay for it, then get home within 15 minutes most of the time.

I liced across the street from Rick's family foods store several years ago. I now live on the other side of Clarkson but I stop at the store ever time I'm in the area because I love their BBQ RIBS. Also I have never encountered a rude employee there

Very friendly staff a very clean store since there has been new owners and everyone seems to smile and joke around now. I don't get a long talk about how unhappy the workers are from the workers. I always felt bad for them . I have had my fair share of jobs like that.

Great for a quick gallon of milk, or loaf of bread. Not really a store to do your main shopping in, but it's not meant to be that. Pretty good prodouce section too, for a small store, even though I have hit it when it's "not so fresh". But 9 times out of 10, it's great. They also have "Champs Chicken" in the deli, and it's some of the best fried chicken I've had.

This manager when asked about his horrible green beans would not even look me in the eye. Ran back to his office. The produce there is NOT WORTH a penny. Canned was better than what he offers. Sadly, this is not the first time the produce there is terrible. Come on. The clerk, Roz, is the best clerk ever and probably deserves a raise.

I can't say that this is my favorite place to shop, nor can I say it's even on my normal list of places I would shop. However, if you need to get in and out quick, and don't need a specialty product, you might give it a try.The place is typically fairly dirty, and it doesn't smell wonderful, but one thing I would compliment is their butcher. There is something to be said about such a small store that still cuts their own meat. And since it is small, it's pretty easy to get your meat cut custom, the way you like it.Avoid the deli and the produce, just sayin'.

Love this store but they need to keep their produce up to date. Went in to get some potatoes for baking and they were a little soft. Bit other than that they are very friendly and have a great staff!

I'm not sure if I go there all the time because of the great ladies behind the counter or how good the food is.only suggestion I have is rotate something new once in awhile. But what they have is worth stopping daily. Thanks all. Great store

Since the sale and take-over by Sammy, the quality has gone down hill. I go because it's so close. He's gone to some off brands that have been disappointing, but I figure he's got everything to make his bottom line more profitable.

Ive been going to the same store since I was very young, back When it was IGA. Now I only go for the deli. Last few times, when I need to grab quick groceries. I've had to run there, it is the closest to my home. Their freezer food is always freezer burnt!!!! This is the 3rd time. Hash browns were frozen solid in a ball and freezer burnt. Bought some ice cream snacks one night and they were freezer burnt, and the waffle cones were super soft and chewy.. They sure know how to charge a pretty buck for what food they have. Their produce is not always the greatest either.

Friendly staff.good sales n markdown items..they need to order more of some things.so they can keep shelves stocked.they used to have 2 different sizes of western family clamato juice..i have complained 30 times.they say they'll get it but it never happens..the store is close to home n i hate to have to go way down to albertsons to get it.

Use to stop there for Cold beer, fresh produce and comparative pricing. Not any more! Prices are high; asking $25 for a case a beer and $5 for rotting strawberries... left my Groceries and drove the extra 60 seconds to Albertsons.

Went to buy a Ham and cheese Hamberger (exactly what it was labeled) to get the grossest thing I've ever seen ham (just ham no burger) mashed into what I think was bread it was soaked with so much grease I couldnt tell sat under a heat lamp probably since 11am just ashamed they call that food and charge 5$ for it. Wont be back to buy somthing quick on the go from them for sure.

The fruits and veggies are still for sale past freshness, have had moldy bread (cashier caught it), milk has short expiration dates. But it is in the neighborhood with good hours.
