The most irritating thing for me is the long line when picking up prescriptions. ALWAYS a line. As a senior, it's hard to stand so long. I also agree with some previous reviews about how rude some of the help can be. My brother wants to change to Costco's pharmacy. I'm thinking the same thing.

I am new to this pharmacy and it sure is a breath of fresh air to have such kind, caring staff there! They have been very helpful in transferring my prescriptions.

Not very professional when it comes to someone on sobriety meds like I am. I've inly been treated with respect by Brian all the other staff are very rude and disrespectful .if your taken medication for sobriety this pharmacy isn't the place to fill . It's already embarrassing as it is and with them giving you the cold shoulder or doesn't care about filling your medication at a proper time they rather fill your last they always tell me sorry we have max of urgency already we can't rush yours when your already waiting past 24 hours . I found cordant care pharmacy by far the best one yet I don't feel judge disrespected . Hate to say this but they need to either train there staff not to disrespect people or fire them. They habe a sign out saying they won't tolerate disrespectful people or aggressive behavior but that's how they treat people filling there meds for sobriety. If it wasent for cordant pharmacy I would already have relapse u want to go to a place where I'm comfortable and not Going to be judged

Two huge issues causing patients to be told rx. Is. Ready...get there barely have a chance to breathe to find they can't find the request? I have proof on my cell. This whole cluster could ending the staff answered.i hold Letha and the 2 Brian's! Stephanie I haven't seen..Why don't you have a full staff.Frustrated enough to check out Walgren. No threats but a promise

They don't get prescriptions filled together if you have more then one. You wait in a line for half a hour then they tell you you have to wait to talk to pharmacist. Youtell them you have waited a long time in line and you will come back to pick them up tonight when they aren't busy. So you come back and then they no longer have rhem. They are way slow and need more help out front to get prescription out. And then they did not tell me that I needed to get my prescription somewhere else. All I wanted was to come back and pick them up later how,rude.

I got my first covid19 vaccine there today. The staff was very nice, helpful. The person who gave the vaccine was very good at his job and caring. I'm terrified of needles and it made a big difference.

I was told that I would have to wait 30 to 45 minutes if I walked in for a Covid booster. So, I made an appointment and waited 53 minutes. Pharmacist is great but staff is lacking.
