This Zips use to have awesome Breakfast choices. And since there's limited breakfast choices in Chewella Washington, it was actually one of my first picks for a breakfast on my way to Colville each morning!! 😋 Now the only thing that is open is the drive thru window. They still carry everything Zips has had on their menu for year's. And it's nice their one of the few Zips around that still do buckets. ( buckets of fry items) But honestly there's nothing spectacular about this Zips!! Since they no longer serve breakfast I assume they'll possibly fold just like the others in Chewella. Sadly. So the main difference between this Zips & others is they only have the drive thru open, no access to sitting in lobby or the restrooms. & The prices of their items are definitely much higher than any other Zips.

First of all, I don't like zips. But my friend implored me to try this place. It is not Zips, in anything but name only. I hope the owner changes the name so people give a shot without passing judgement First like I did lol. It was possibly the best bacon I've ever had at a restaurant. Thick cut, cooked perfectly. Great eggs and hashbrowns. It's literally a sit down restaurant with waitresses, not the fast food joint I've come to expect. Stop and eat. You won't regret it

$9 for this. Way overpriced. Customer service stunk. We were not greeted by the masked man at the counter, or spoken to by any employee when coming or going. Reminds me of a family run restaurant where no one is really invested or worried about losing their job.

My husband and I were delighted by the Saturday morning breakfast we had here. My half portion of The Kitchen Sink was a paradise of hashbrowns, bacon, cheese, eggs, and green peppers. My husband had the chicken fried steak with country gravy and was very happy as well. He said it was one of the best that he has had in a long time. It was a fun surprise to have a sit-down restaurant experience at a fast food restaurant. Our "waiter" was exceptionally polite and attended to our every need, including coffee refills. I believe they only do this for breakfasts, and I highly recommend stopping by to check it out.

So, I've posted about this place before leaving pretty good words. I have now removed it after my visit there this morning. So we are at a motel, in town after picking berries all day. We know that Zips opens at 7 am but from where we were we could see customers going in before 7, so we did the same. Some people that walked in after we did got attention from the waitress first. In coming to our table she says " We're technically not open yet, these other people are just our regulars, I'll be back in 10 minutes when we open". I couldn't believe it, 8 other people in there drinking coffee but we couldn't get a cup? I wanted to get up and go elsewhere but the wife wanted to eat and hit the road. I've never in my 60 years heard anything so rude. There was no tip and I'll never, ever, go there again.

My mom and I went there for breakfast, since the other breakfast was packed and I personally didn't want to go to the casino for breakfast.Their country fried steak was the best one I've had in my life. The gravy was delicious, as well as the sausage mixed into it.Definitely recommended.

I would give them three stars if they changed one thing, the online menu, it is so poor you can't tell the prices on anything and what comes with the order as well.I would give them four stars if they cleaned up the place, it's scrungy looking and feeling in there,.& I'd actually give them five stars if after updating the menus, and cleaning up the joint, they lowered them ridiculous prices!Until then, they get two stars at best.

Stopped in today and have mixed reviews. The original person who waited on us stepped away for the drive in and then proceeded to socialize while we waited. Finally a young man in the kitchen took the initiative and asked what he could start to cook for us. Now that's customer service! I've just come to love Zip's burgers but they almost lost me if it hadn't been for him stepping up! Food was good.

Have had decent experiences before, but they need to get their stuff together... after walking in and seeing no posted breakfast menu, we were told tohave a seat and they would bring out menus. After 10 minutes, no menus and two of my friends left. After another 5 minutes, I left. During that time no one serviced any of the 5 tables with people sitting in them... either taking orders, delivering orders or bussing tables. Obviously, they didn't want us there. Heading to Colville Zips. They have their stuff together.

Outrageously expensive! It has become so expensive that you can drive a full size pick-up to Colville or Deer Park and come back with your food. While still saving money!! They also try milking you for tips at the same time. Makes it seem like the owners are abusing the community and refusing to pay their employees at the same time. I'll be going out of town for my fast food thanx.

Went in for breakfast there were 4 people including us. Got our coffee, waited 20 minutes as did the table across from us. Nobody came to take any orders left Money for coffee and left.? Absolutely will not be going back. It asks what we got, we got nothing that’s the problem.

No frills burger joint. Customer service was OK, they didn't seem very motivated. My burger was good and the right amount of greasy. The bun needed toasting. The fries were frozen from a bag. They should get away from Styrofoam.

I haven’t been to a bad Zips.This one is typical: good food, good prices, good service.The drive-thru could use a lot of work though. It is angled poorly, so it is hard to get full size vehicles through without having to back up and try again.

Love us some Zip's! Good old fashioned burger joint. It's a little pricey compared to most fast food, but it's not a giant conglomerate fast food experience. That's what makes it great. Feel good that you're supporting locally owned franchises. I love the big boss and western burger. My wife prefers the bacon burger. Also have some good old fashioned milk shakes and some Zip's offer breakfast menu that rivals many sit down restaurants.

Used to be awful but they have really stepped up their game. Food is good, service is good. Prices are a little spendy but it’s worth it and portions are good size. Hope they continue to excel!
