Over and over this has been a phenomenal place to work with. Each experience there, I left feeling like I was being taken care of and in good hands. Everyone who knows tractors knows there are some terrible dealerships out there. Hartills is the best. They have been so accommodating. They are respectful. They have helped me through so many issues with my tractor. I cannot recommend them enough. You will not regret doing business with them. Went to this place for scheduled maintenance and to fix a hydraulic leak(approximately 3-4 years ago). They did the maintenance and parked the tractor in their back lot without notifying me they were done. I had to call them to find out they couldn't fix the leak. After I got the tractor home I found 2 leaks. What mechanic ever screws on an engine oil filter halfway? This could have destroyed my tractor had I not noticed.It's taken me this long because I hate to complain but I'm still angry.

After a short conversation during non business hours, Paul asked me to bring in my FS-250 Brush Cutter to figure out why the blade had slop (wouldn't completely tighten) in it. As it turned out, the small engine shop in Spokane, where I bought it used, didn't use the correct hardware to attach it. For a small price I now have use of an awesome Stihl tool...Thanks Paul!

I would NEVER buy a tractor from this place again. Service is the worst!!! They blame everything wrong with the warranted service on you, nothing is their fault. I bought a Mahendra tractor because I had bought one 12 years prior and loved it.They ended up having to replace the one I purchased from them with another Mahendra leas than a year later, and then I ended up returning that one for a different brand.Out of almost 2 years of making payments on time, those tractors were either in the shop or broken down for a total of 5 and a half months. That's 5 and a half months I paid for a tractor I could not use.By the way, if I was the only one as he claimed having as much problems with these Mahendra tractors, why did he stop caring Mahendra shortly after I traded for a different brand?I never raised my voice to the owner once until I went with a different brand he sold. At 41 hours, the shifter for forward and backwards broke off, causing me to be stuck in a hole on 3 wheels.When I called him, I was 10 miles from his shop, he informed me it would be at least a week before he could come out to look at it and also informed me, "I am NOT here for your every beckoning call!" Well I raised my voice this time, and he informed me I needed to find a different dealer. I did.This is the short version of this, I have witnesses to all of this and paperwork to prove all of what I am saying. I documented every break down, and how LLOONNGG it took to get a repair. Buyer be where.
